then, the second nonwoven fabric layer 4 is fixedly arranged on the top of the antibacterial layer 2, the protective layer 8 is fixedly arranged at the bottom of the first nonwoven fabric layer 1, the top surface of the antibacterial layer 2 is provided with a plurality of first embedding grooves 3, the bottom surface of the second nonwoven fabric layer 4 is provided with a plurality of second embedding grooves 5, and gaps are arranged between the first embedding grooves 3 and the second embedding grooves 5, so that a certain distance can be kept between the water absorbing strips 6, air can pass through the gaps after water absorption, and sufficient air permeability is ensured;
