3. compared with the existing common oil cylinder, the band-type brake oil cylinder has the advantages that the sealing rings and the small-hole oil ports are additionally arranged on the front cover and the rear cover, no matter whether the piston rod extends out or retracts, oil is discharged through the large-hole oil port when the end part of the piston rod does not reach the sealing rings, oil is discharged through the small-hole oil port after the piston rod reaches the sealing rings, the oil port is changed from the large hole to the small hole, the piston rod can generate a damping effect, the buffering effect is achieved, the piston rod can be effectively prevented from being violently collided with a cylinder body in the motion process, the service life of the band-type brake oil cylinder is prolonged, noise can be reduced.

Furthermore, the small hole oil ports 348 on the front cover 343 and the rear cover 341 are provided with throttle valves, so that the buffer state of the piston rod 346 can be manually adjusted, and the operation is more convenient.
