Abstract
The invention relates to a lining grinding mechanism for repairing a pipe die, which comprises a base, a headstock, a bracket, a grinding mechanism and an axial driving device, wherein the headstock is arranged on the base; the headstock and the bracket are mounted on the top of the base; the bracket is used for supporting the pipe die to enable the axial direction of the pipe die to be horizontal; the head frame drives the pipe die to rotate; the grinding mechanism is arranged in the pipe die and is also respectively connected with at least two supporting wheels through a supporting wheel frame in a rotating way, and the supporting wheels are all matched with the inner wall of the pipe die in a rolling way; the axial driving device is connected with the grinding mechanism and the base and drives the grinding mechanism to slide along the axial direction of the pipe die; after the cement lining of the pipe die is coated, the grinding mechanism replaces a grinding wheel, so that the noise is low, the required motor power is reduced, and the pipe die is safe and stable and overcomes the defect that the grinding wheel is easy to break.

Background
Centrifugal casting is a technique and method for filling liquid metal into a casting mould rotating at a high speed to fill the casting mould with the liquid metal by centrifugal motion and form a casting. The liquid metal can well fill the casting mould in the radial direction due to centrifugal motion and form the free surface of the casting; a cylindrical inner hole can be obtained without a mold core; the removal of gas and inclusions in the liquid metal is facilitated; the crystallization process of the metal is affected, thereby improving the mechanical and physical properties of the casting.
In centrifugal casting, a pipe die is needed, the mechanical property is good, and the wall thickness is light. In order to prolong the service life of the ductile cast iron pipe, a cement mortar lining is usually coated on the inner wall of the ductile cast iron pipe by a centrifugal method so as to protect the pipe body. After lining is finished, the cement mortar lining needs to be ground, so that the inner wall of the lining is smooth. At present, the lining of the pipe die is ground through a grinding wheel, the noise is high, the required motor power is high, and the grinding wheel is easy to break, so that the potential safety hazard is easily caused.

The invention has the beneficial effects that: the grinding mechanism replaces the grinding wheel, so that the noise is low, the required motor power is reduced, and the grinding mechanism is safe and stable and overcomes the defect that the grinding wheel is easy to break.

The principles and features of this invention are described below in conjunction with the following drawings, which are set forth by way of illustration only and are not intended to limit the scope of the invention.
As shown in figure 1, the inner wall grinding mechanism of the pipe die comprises a base 1, a headstock 2, a trolley 3, a grinding mechanism 4, an axial driving device and at least one bracket 5. The head frame 2 and the carriage 5 are both mounted on top of the base 1.
A chuck 21 is mounted on one side of the head frame 2 close to the bracket 5, the chuck 21 is fixedly connected with one end of the pipe die 6 coaxially, and a rotation driving mechanism (not shown in the figure) is further mounted on the head frame 2, connected with one end of the chuck 21 and drives the chuck 21 to rotate, so as to drive the pipe die 6 to rotate. As shown in fig. 3, the bracket 5 comprises a bracket seat 51 and two rollers 52 rotatably mounted on the top of the bracket seat 51, and the rollers 52 are slidably and rollably engaged with the side walls of the pipe die 6 for supporting the pipe die 6 and keeping the axis line of the pipe die 6 horizontal. The rollers 52 are symmetrically arranged on both sides of the central axis of the bracket base 51, and position the axis of the pipe die 6 right above the central axis of the bracket base 51.
The base 1 is provided with a slide rail 11, and the extending direction of the slide rail 11 is parallel to the axial lead of the pipe die 6. The trolley 3 is arranged on the slide rail 11, and the trolley 3 is provided with a driving device for driving the trolley 3 to slide along the slide rail 11. The trolley 3 and the slide rail 11 form an axial driving device, are connected with the base 1 and the grinding mechanism 4 and are used for driving the grinding mechanism 4 to axially slide along the pipe die 6. The grinding mechanism 4 is arranged in the pipe die 6, and the grinding mechanism 4 is connected with the trolley 3 through a support rod 31, so that the grinding mechanism 4 can extend to the deep inside the pipe die 7.
As shown in fig. 2, the grinding mechanism 4 includes a ring seat 41, and the ring seat 41 is coaxial with the pipe die 6. The outer side wall of the ring seat 41 is provided with two limit ring plates 42, and six mounting plates 43 are arranged between the two limit ring plates 42. The retainer ring plate 42 can fix the mounting plate 43 from both sides of the mounting plate 43, thereby improving the strength of the mounting plate 43. Six mounting plates 43 are equally circumferentially arrayed about the ring seat 41. The end faces, far away from the ring base 41, of the mounting plates 43 are provided with the sanding strips 44, the sanding strips 44 abut against the inner wall of the pipe die 6, and the cement lining of the pipe die 6 is ground through the sanding strips 44. The inner side walls of the limit ring plates 42 are respectively provided with sliding grooves 45 corresponding to the mounting plates 43 one by one, two side edges of the mounting plates 43 are respectively slidably mounted in the corresponding sliding grooves 45 on the limit ring plates 42 at two sides, and the mounting plates 43 are connected with the ring bases 41 through elastic pieces (not shown in the figure). The elastic piece can be a pressure spring and can be connected with the mounting plate 43 and the ring seat 41 in any mode, and the elastic piece is symmetrically mounted on two sides of the mounting plate 43 and presses the frosting strip 44 onto the cement lining of the pipe die 6, so that the frosting strip 44 is stressed uniformly.
The using method of the invention is as follows:

Because the ring seat 41 is arranged at the axis of the pipe die 6 and the six mounting plates 43 are connected with the ring seat 31 through the elastic parts, the peripheral stress of the grinding mechanism 4 is uniform, the ring seat 41 is supported at the axis of the pipe die 6, the periphery of the cement lining of the pipe die 6 is uniformly ground, and the grinding quality is improved.
The grinding mechanism replaces the grinding wheel, so that the noise is low, the required motor power is reduced, and the grinding mechanism is safe and stable and overcomes the defect that the grinding wheel is easy to break.

the grinding mechanism is arranged in the pipe die and is also respectively connected with at least two supporting wheels through a supporting wheel frame in a rotating way, and the supporting wheels are matched with the inner wall of the pipe die in a sliding and rolling way;
the axial driving device is connected with the grinding mechanism and the base and drives the grinding mechanism to slide along the axial direction of the pipe die.
