Claims (9)

1. A stainless steel pipe fixed-length cutting device comprises a cutting machine table, a cutting motor and cutting wheels, and is characterized in that a control panel is arranged on the front side face of the cutting machine table, a U-shaped frame plate is fixedly connected to the upper surface of the cutting machine table, a hydraulic cylinder is arranged on the upper surface of the U-shaped frame plate, the lower end, extending into the U-shaped frame plate, of a piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder is connected with a horizontal carrier plate, a motor mounting block is connected to the lower surface of the horizontal carrier plate, the cutting motor is fixedly arranged in the motor mounting block, and the right end of a rotating shaft of the cutting motor is connected with the cutting;
a strip-shaped notch is formed in the upper surface of the cutting machine table right below the cutting wheel, two limiting sliding grooves which are symmetrically arranged front and back are formed in the upper surface of the cutting machine table on the left side of the strip-shaped notch, a pipe clamping block is arranged above each limiting sliding groove, a sliding block matched with each limiting sliding groove is connected to the lower surface of each pipe clamping block, and an automatic clamping and loosening mechanism is arranged on each pipe clamping block;
wherein, the automatic clamping and loosening mechanism comprises a connecting block connected on the upper surface of the cutting machine table, the connecting block is arranged on the outer side of the limiting sliding groove, a through hole is arranged on the connecting block, a first spring is connected between the connecting block and the pipe clamping block, a first wire passing wheel is connected on the inner side wall of the U-shaped frame plate, the lower surface of the horizontal carrier plate is connected with an outward U-shaped connecting strip, the outer end part of the U-shaped connecting strip is connected with a second wire passing wheel, a pull rope is connected between the side surface of the pipe clamping block and the side surface of the horizontal carrier plate, the pull rope passes through the through hole on the connecting block, bypasses the first wire passing wheel and the second wire passing wheel and is connected with the side surface of the horizontal carrier plate, round holes are arranged on the two side surfaces of the U-shaped frame plate, a slide rod is connected in, the inner end part of the sliding rod is connected with a tension adjusting wheel which is abutted to the pull rope, two ends of the second spring are respectively connected with the tension adjusting wheel and the side wall of the U-shaped frame plate, and the elastic coefficient of the second spring is smaller than that of the first spring;
the cutting machine is characterized in that a bracket is arranged on the right side of the cutting machine table, two horizontal guide rods are arranged in the bracket, a movable plate is arranged on the upper surface of the bracket, two guide blocks are connected to the lower surface of the movable plate, sliding holes are formed in the two guide blocks, the sliding holes in the guide blocks are matched with the corresponding horizontal guide rods, a pipe end clamping mechanism is arranged on the upper surface of the movable plate, a rack parallel to the horizontal guide rods is connected to the lower surface of the movable plate, a driving motor is fixedly connected to the bracket, and a gear meshed with the rack is connected to an output shaft of the driving motor.

The stainless steel pipe fixed-length cutting device according to claim 1, wherein the pipe end clamping mechanism comprises a lower support block and an upper pressing block, the lower support block is fixed on the upper surface of the movable plate, a rotating seat is connected to the movable plate beside the lower support block, a rotating plate is rotatably connected to the rotating seat, the upper pressing block is fixedly connected to the lower surface of the rotating plate, semicircular grooves are formed in the upper surface of the lower support block and the lower surface of the upper pressing block, a threaded cylinder is fixed to the movable plate opposite to the rotating seat, a connecting stud is screwed to one end, away from the rotating seat, of the rotating plate, and the lower end of the connecting stud is matched with the threaded cylinder.
3. The stainless steel pipe fixed-length cutting device according to claim 2, wherein a handle is connected to the upper surface of the rotating plate, and a finger horizontal groove is formed in the handle.
4. The stainless steel pipe fixed-length cutting device according to claim 1, wherein a cutting cover is further arranged on the periphery of the upper end of the cutting wheel.
5. The stainless steel pipe fixed-length cutting device according to claim 1, wherein opposite side surfaces of the two pipe clamping blocks are provided with arc-shaped grooves.

The stainless steel pipe fixed-length cutting device according to claim 4, wherein a cushion block is arranged on the right side of the upper surface of the cutting machine table between the two limiting sliding grooves, and an arc-shaped groove is formed in the upper surface of the cushion block.
7. The stainless steel pipe fixed-length cutting device according to claim 1, wherein the pull rope is a steel wire rope.
8. The stainless steel pipe fixed-length cutting device according to claim 1, wherein an anti-drop block is connected to an outer end of each sliding rod.
9. The stainless steel pipe fixed-length cutting device according to claim 1, wherein the driving motor is one of a servo motor and a stepping motor, and is electrically connected to the control panel.
