The pay-off device comprises a pay-off shaft, a wire guide wheel and a limiting rod, the lubricating device comprises wire wiping cloth and a lubricating oil tank, and the drawing device comprises a portal frame, a die box outer sleeve, a die box, a die and a cooling water pipe. The paying off shaft, the wire wheel, the gag lever post, the equal fixed connection of lubricating-oil tank is on the platen, parallel arrangement around wire wheel and the gag lever post, die box overcoat and the coaxial butt joint of lubricating-oil tank, the lubricating oil of lubricating-oil tank, die box and die box overcoat threaded connection, the die mounting is in the die box, the unsettled frame of portal frame is located on die box overcoat upper portion, adjusting bolt is arranged at side and top, adjusting screw top butt die box, can change spoke line linearity, spoke line on the paying off wheel is in the same direction as cleaning the back through the wire wheel is led, get into the mould after the lubricating-oil tank is lubricated from advancing the silk hole and draw. Furthermore, the portal frame is erected on the upper portion of the outer sleeve of the die box in a hanging mode, adjusting bolts are arranged on the side face and the top and consist of adjusting nuts and adjusting screws, and the top ends of the adjusting screws are abutted to the die box, so that the linearity of the spoke lines can be changed.
Before drawing, adjusting the adjusting bolt on the portal frame to be proper, rotating the adjusting nut to enable the top end of the adjusting screw to abut against the die box, screwing the locking bolt, and fixing the position of the portal frame. And opening the overflow valve, injecting lubricating oil into the lubricating oil tank, putting the die into the die box, installing the die box outer sleeve, and opening the cooling water pipe. In the drawing process, spoke lines are output by the paying-off wheel and guided by the wire guide wheel, after the wire wiping cloth is wiped, the spoke lines enter the lubricating oil tank through the wire inlet through hole, penetrate into the chuck, enter the lubricating area through the wire inlet hole in the isolating plate, and the lubricated steel wires are drawn by entering the die box through the wire outlet through hole.

Detailed Description
In order to make the technical problems, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the following detailed description is given with reference to the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments.
The invention provides a die box device for drawing spoke lines.
As shown in fig. 1, the apparatus includes a wire releasing device, a lubricating device and a drawing device. The pay-off device comprises a pay-off shaft (1), a wire guide wheel (3) and a limiting rod (4), the lubricating device comprises a wire wiping cloth (5) and a lubricating oil tank (10), and the drawing device comprises a portal frame (14), a die box outer sleeve (15), a die box (16), a die (18) and a cooling water pipe (17).
As shown in fig. 2, the die (18) includes a compression section (181) and a sizing section (182).
As shown in figure 3, the portal frame (14) is suspended on the upper part of the mould box outer sleeve (15), and adjusting bolts (141) are arranged on the side surface and the top part and consist of adjusting nuts (143) and adjusting screws (142).
Before drawing, adjusting an adjusting bolt (141) on the portal frame (14) to be proper, rotating an adjusting nut (143) to enable the top end of an adjusting screw rod (142) to be abutted against a die box (16), tightening a locking bolt (144), and fixing the position of the portal frame (14). Opening an overflow valve (12), injecting lubricating oil (11) into a lubricating oil tank (10), placing a die (18) into a die box (16), installing a die box outer sleeve (15), and opening a cooling water pipe (17). In the drawing process, the spoke lines (2) are output by the paying-off wheel (1), guided by the guide wheel (3), wiped by the wire wiping cloth (5), enter the lubricating oil tank (10) through the wire inlet through hole (6), penetrate into the chuck (7), enter the lubricating area through the wire inlet hole (9) in the isolation plate (8), and are drawn by the spoke lines (2) after being lubricated after entering the die box (16) through the wire outlet through hole (19).

A die box device for drawing spoke lines is characterized by comprising a paying-off device, a lubricating device and a drawing device; the pay-off device comprises a pay-off shaft (1), a wire guide wheel (3) and a limiting rod (4), the lubricating device comprises a wire wiping cloth (5) and a lubricating oil tank (10), and the drawing device comprises a portal frame (14), a die box outer sleeve (15), a die box (16), a die (18) and a cooling water pipe (17).

The die box apparatus for drawing a spoke line according to claim 1, wherein: pay off shaft (1), wire wheel (3), gag lever post (4), lubricating-oil tank (10) all fixed connection on platen (20), wire wheel (3) and gag lever post (4) parallel arrangement around, portal frame (14) are portable, are fixed by locking bolt (144).

The die box apparatus for drawing a spoke line according to claim 1, wherein: the lubricating oil tank (10) is characterized in that a wire inlet through hole (6), a wire outlet through hole (19) and a wire inlet hole (9) are coaxially arranged on the left end face, the right end face and the inner isolation plate (8) of the lubricating oil tank (10), and the wire inlet through hole (6) of the lubricating oil tank (10) is filled with the wire wiping cloth (5).

The die box apparatus for drawing a spoke line according to claim 1, wherein: the lubricating oil tank (10) is internally provided with a partition plate (8) for separating a wire wiping area and a lubricating area, the lubricating oil tank (10) is filled with lubricating oil (11), an overflow valve (12) is connected with an overflow pipe (13) for controlling the filling and replacement of the lubricating oil (11), and an overflow hole (21) is reserved at the bottom.
