A sterilizing device for medical instruments in a battlefield comprises a box body (15) and a sterilizing component arranged in the box body (15), and is characterized in that a sterilizing chamber is arranged in the box body (15), the sterilizing component is arranged in the sterilizing chamber, two sides of the sterilizing chamber are respectively provided with a box door (19), and the lower part of one side of the sterilizing chamber is communicated with a water inlet pipe (7); the disinfection and sterilization component comprises a plurality of groups of ultraviolet sterilization lamps (16) and a cleaning device, the ultraviolet sterilization lamps (16) are respectively and fixedly arranged on the inner wall of the disinfection and sterilization chamber, the cleaning device comprises a rotating shaft (2), a mounting bracket (5) and a cleaning cylinder (6), the rotating shaft (2) is rotatably arranged at the top of the disinfection and sterilization chamber, the top end of the rotating shaft is linked with a driving motor (1) fixedly arranged at the outer top of the box body (15), the bottom end of the rotating shaft (2) is fixedly provided with an installation plate (23), two groups of second telescopic rods (17) are arranged on two sides of the bottom of the installation plate (23), the mounting bracket (5) is fixedly arranged at the extending ends of the two groups of second telescopic rods (17) and is internally provided with a cleaning cylinder (6), a plurality of groups of through holes (22) are formed in the side wall and the bottom of the cleaning cylinder (6);
the cleaning barrel (6) top still is provided with drying device, drying device includes air heater (4) and end cover (18), end cover (18) are through first telescopic link (3) fixed mounting in mounting panel (23) bottom, air heater (4) fixed mounting is in end cover (18) bottom and it is close to one side of cleaning barrel (6) still is provided with the loudspeaker air outlet, mounting panel (23) top both sides still rotate and install two sets of pulley (24), and are two sets of pulley (24) form sliding fit with annular chute (20) that set up the top in the disinfection and isolation room.

The disinfection and sterilization device for battlefield medical instruments according to claim 1, wherein a flower-shaped mounting seat (21) is sleeved on the periphery of the cleaning cylinder (6) and the flower-shaped mounting seat (21) is in clamping fit with a flower-shaped mounting groove (25) formed in the mounting bracket (5).

The apparatus for disinfecting and sterilizing instruments used in battlefield medical treatment according to claim 4, characterized in that said reflux unit comprises a reflux pipe (12) and a reflux pump (13), one end of said reflux pipe (12) is arranged to communicate with the bottom of said sewage treatment chamber and the other end thereof is arranged to communicate with said disinfecting and sterilizing chamber, said reflux pump (13) is fixedly installed on the outer wall of said box body (15) and is arranged to communicate with said reflux pipe (12).
