背景技术
随着人们生活质量的提高,尤其爱美人士,追求每天一张面膜,以维持肌肤的亮泽、光滑、美白,因此对面膜等日用护肤产品的需求量越来越高,为保证面膜的服帖性和补水保湿效果,在面膜产品中的含水量非常多,导致其易受细菌和真菌的污染,因面膜中的主要功效成分为多糖、氨基酸和多肽等成分,若无法防止微生物滋生,会影响有效成分的活性而变质。
为保护产品免受微生物污染、变质,延长产品的货架寿命,现有技术中常用加入防腐剂防止微生物的繁殖,但防腐剂的添加会增加对肌肤的刺激性,导致肌肤出现潮红、红疹的致敏现象,且吸收的不够均匀,而且与皮肤的贴合度差。
发明内容

针对现有技术中存在的问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种无防腐剂面膜的生产工艺,它将亲肤膜、无纺布、吸附膜、积蓄膜、棉麻膜和胶状膜通过热压技术热压成网状结构,亲肤膜、吸附膜和积蓄膜的内部材质分别为蚕丝、生物纤维和水果纤维,不添加防腐剂,从而实现效果最佳的功效,美白养肤,螺旋均匀丝在束缚轴的内表面呈螺纹状结构,方便将精华液导送至均匀槽的内部,进而方便精华液的均匀导送至面部,方便均匀养护,释放块贴合于皮肤的毛孔,释放块的内部材质为凝胶,方便贴合并打开毛孔,方便精华液的均匀吸收。
2.技术方案
为解决上述问题,本发明采用如下的技术方案。
一种无防腐剂面膜的生产工艺,包括其生产步骤:
S1:复合膜体的制备:
将亲肤膜、无纺布、吸附膜、积蓄膜、棉麻膜、胶状膜通过热压技术热压成网状结构,厚度为0.4-0.7mm;
S2:定槽定丝:
在亲肤膜的内边缘均匀挤压成凹槽,即形成定型槽,并将螺旋均匀丝通过缝合的连接方式安置在所述的定型槽的内部;
S3:烘干;
将步骤S1制得的复合膜体烘干裁剪成长25±5cm,宽20±5cm的圆形面膜,即得复合膜体面膜;
S3:精华液浸泡;
将步骤S3制得的复合膜体面膜浸泡在体积为40-50mL面膜精华液中后,装入面膜袋中,平铺,装箱,置于无氧环境下用60Co-γ射线辐照,封口。

实施例1:
请参阅图1-9,一种无防腐剂面膜的生产工艺,包括其生产步骤:
S1:复合膜体的制备:
将亲肤膜、无纺布、吸附膜、积蓄膜、棉麻膜、胶状膜通过热压技术热压成网状结构,厚度为0.4-0.7mm;
S2:定槽定丝:
在亲肤膜的内边缘均匀挤压成凹槽,即形成定型槽,并将螺旋均匀丝通过缝合的连接方式安置在所述的定型槽的内部;
S3:烘干;
将步骤S1制得的复合膜体烘干裁剪成长25±5cm,宽20±5cm的圆形面膜,即得复合膜体面膜;
S3:精华液浸泡;
将步骤S3制得的复合膜体面膜浸泡在体积为40-50mL面膜精华液中后,装入面膜袋中,平铺,装箱,置于无氧环境下用60Co-γ射线辐照,封口。
S3步骤中60Co-γ射线辐照的剂量为5.0kGy-9.0kGy,所述精华液浸泡的平铺厚度为5±0.5cm,方便杀菌。
复合面膜,包括复合膜体1,复合膜体1包括亲肤膜101,亲肤膜101的前侧表面固定连接有无纺布102,无纺布102的前侧连接有吸附膜103,吸附膜103的前侧设置有积蓄膜104,积蓄膜104前侧连接有棉麻膜105,棉麻膜105的前侧安装有胶状膜106,亲肤膜101的后侧表面开设有定型槽6,定型槽6的内部安置有束缚轴7,束缚轴7的外表面连接有螺旋均匀丝8,螺旋均匀丝8的外端固定连接有连接点9,连接点9的外端固定连接有导液纤维10,导液纤维10的外端固定安装有安装端盖11,安装端盖11的外侧开设有均匀槽12,均匀槽12的内部固定安装有导水轴13,导水轴13的后侧表面固定安装有毛孔润养件14,毛孔润养件14的外表面固定安装有溢液块15,溢液块15的内部固定安装有溢液纤维18,毛孔润养件14的后侧表面固定安装有释放块16,释放块16的内部开设有释放槽17,不添加防腐剂。
请参阅图1-2,复合膜体1的内部开设有眼部定型口2,眼部定型口2的下侧开设有鼻膜3,鼻膜3的下侧开设有嘴部定型口4,复合膜体1的外表面开设有适应口5,方便稳定贴合皮肤。眼部定型口2呈椭圆状结构,且眼部定型口2的长轴长度为3cm,嘴部定型口4的长轴长度为5cm,方便稳定贴合于脸部的轮廓合适位置。亲肤膜101的内部材质为蚕丝,吸附膜103的内部材质为生物纤维,积蓄膜104的内部材质为水果纤维,不添加防腐剂,从而实现效果最佳的功效,美白养肤。
请参阅图2-5,定型槽6围绕复合膜体1的外边缘轮廓线设置,且均匀槽12在定型槽6的外端均匀分布,并且定型槽6与束缚轴7的连接方式为缝合连接,方便定型槽6与束缚轴7的连接。螺旋均匀丝8的内部材质为棉麻,且螺旋均匀丝8在束缚轴7的外侧呈螺旋状分布,方便均匀精华液。
请参阅图8-9,毛孔润养件14的纵截面呈半球状结构,且毛孔润养件14在导水轴13的后端表面等间距分布,并且溢液块15在毛孔润养件14的外表面等角度分布,方便贴合于皮肤。溢液纤维18的内部材质为竹制纤维,释放块16的内部材质为凝胶,且释放块16与释放槽17呈一一对应设置,方便打开毛孔,便于精华液的吸收。
请参阅图1-2,使用时,首先将复合膜体1的亲肤膜101贴合于使用者的脸部,亲肤膜101敷在脸上,由于重力精华液均敷不均,亲肤膜101、吸附膜103和积蓄膜104的内部材质分别为蚕丝、生物纤维和水果纤维,不添加防腐剂,从而实现效果最佳的功效,美白养肤;
精华液通过定型槽6内部的束缚轴7,方便精华液的导送,并在螺纹状结构的螺旋均匀丝8的作用下,方便保证精华液通过导液纤维10导送至安装端盖11的内部,安装端盖11与均匀槽12相固定连接,进而方便精华液的均匀导送至面部,方便均匀养护;
均匀槽12的内部固定安装有导水轴13,导水轴13的后侧均匀分布有毛孔润养件14,毛孔润养件14的呈半圆球状结构,毛孔润养件14的设置方便贴合于使用者的皮肤,通过释放块16贴合于皮肤的毛孔,释放块16的内部材质为凝胶,方便贴合并打开毛孔,在释放槽17的作用下,方便精华液的均匀吸收,以上便完成该无防腐剂面膜的生产工艺的一系列操作,将亲肤膜、无纺布、吸附膜、积蓄膜、棉麻膜和胶状膜通过热压技术热压成网状结构,亲肤膜、吸附膜和积蓄膜的内部材质分别为蚕丝、生物纤维和水果纤维,不添加防腐剂,从而实现效果最佳的功效,美白养肤,螺旋均匀丝在束缚轴的内表面呈螺纹状结构,方便将精华液导送至均匀槽的内部,进而方便精华液的均匀导送至面部,方便均匀养护,释放块贴合于皮肤的毛孔,释放块的内部材质为凝胶,方便贴合并打开毛孔,方便精华液的均匀吸收。

Claims (10)

1.一种无防腐剂面膜的生产工艺,其特征在于:包括其生产步骤:
S1:复合膜体的制备:
将亲肤膜、无纺布、吸附膜、积蓄膜、棉麻膜、胶状膜通过热压技术热压成网状结构,厚度为0.4-0.7mm;
S2:定槽定丝:
在亲肤膜的内边缘均匀挤压成凹槽,即形成定型槽,并将螺旋均匀丝通过缝合的连接方式安置在所述的定型槽的内部;
S3:烘干;
将步骤S1制得的复合膜体烘干裁剪成长25±5cm,宽20±5cm的圆形面膜,即得复合膜体面膜;
S3:精华液浸泡;
将步骤S3制得的复合膜体面膜浸泡在体积为40-50mL面膜精华液中后,装入面膜袋中,平铺,装箱,置于无氧环境下用60Co-γ射线辐照,封口。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种无防腐剂面膜的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述S3步骤中60Co-γ射线辐照的剂量为5.0kGy-9.0kGy,所述精华液浸泡的平铺厚度为5±0.5cm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种无防腐剂面膜的生产工艺,复合面膜,包括复合膜体(1),其特征在于:所述复合膜体(1)包括亲肤膜(101),所述亲肤膜(101)的前侧表面固定连接有无纺布(102),所述无纺布(102)的前侧连接有吸附膜(103),所述吸附膜(103)的前侧设置有积蓄膜(104),所述积蓄膜(104)前侧连接有棉麻膜(105),所述棉麻膜(105)的前侧安装有胶状膜(106),所述亲肤膜(101)的后侧表面开设有定型槽(6),所述定型槽(6)的内部安置有束缚轴(7),所述束缚轴(7)的外表面连接有螺旋均匀丝(8),所述螺旋均匀丝(8)的外端固定连接有连接点(9),所述连接点(9)的外端固定连接有导液纤维(10),所述导液纤维(10)的外端固定安装有安装端盖(11),所述安装端盖(11)的外侧开设有均匀槽(12),所述均匀槽(12)的内部固定安装有导水轴(13),所述导水轴(13)的后侧表面固定安装有毛孔润养件(14),所述毛孔润养件(14)的外表面固定安装有溢液块(15),所述溢液块(15)的内部固定安装有溢液纤维(18),所述毛孔润养件(14)的后侧表面固定安装有释放块(16),所述释放块(16)的内部开设有释放槽(17)。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种无防腐剂面膜的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述复合膜体(1)的内部开设有眼部定型口(2),所述眼部定型口(2)的下侧开设有鼻膜(3),所述鼻膜(3)的下侧开设有嘴部定型口(4),所述复合膜体(1)的外表面开设有适应口(5)。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种无防腐剂面膜的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述眼部定型口(2)呈椭圆状结构,且眼部定型口(2)的长轴长度为3cm,所述嘴部定型口(4)的长轴长度为5cm。
6.根据权利要求3所述的一种无防腐剂面膜的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述亲肤膜(101)的内部材质为蚕丝,所述吸附膜(103)的内部材质为生物纤维,所述积蓄膜(104)的内部材质为水果纤维。
7.根据权利要求3所述的一种无防腐剂面膜的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述定型槽(6)围绕复合膜体(1)的外边缘轮廓线设置,且均匀槽(12)在定型槽(6)的外端均匀分布,并且定型槽(6)与束缚轴(7)的连接方式为缝合连接。
8.根据权利要求3所述的一种无防腐剂面膜的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述螺旋均匀丝(8)的内部材质为棉麻,且螺旋均匀丝(8)在束缚轴(7)的外侧呈螺旋状分布。
9.根据权利要求3所述的一种无防腐剂面膜的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述毛孔润养件(14)的纵截面呈半球状结构,且毛孔润养件(14)在导水轴(13)的后端表面等间距分布,并且溢液块(15)在毛孔润养件(14)的外表面等角度分布。
10.根据权利要求3所述的一种无防腐剂面膜的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述溢液纤维(18)的内部材质为竹制纤维,所述释放块(16)的内部材质为凝胶,且释放块(16)与释放槽(17)呈一一对应设置。
