In the invention, the photoresistor 7 is a resistor which is made by utilizing the photoelectric effect of a semiconductor and has a resistance value which is changed along with the intensity of incident light, and the resistance is reduced when the intensity of the incident light is high; the resistance increases when the incident light is weak; at daytime, most birds can move, light is emitted in daytime, so that incident light received by the photoresistor 7 is strong, the resistance of the photoresistor 7 is small, the current intensity formed in a current loop can meet the condition of triggering the buzzer 8 to make a sound, the buzzer 8 makes a sound to drive the birds to nest on the power transmission tower, the wind energy is used for blowing the fan blades 11 to rotate so that the main shaft 4 rotates together, the magnets 5 fixedly arranged on the side wall of the main shaft 4 rotate together, a magnetic field is generated at the power supply device 6, the magnetic flux passing through the inner coil 62 in unit time is changed when the magnets 5 rotate, and the coil 62 in the power supply device 6 generates current; when arriving night, birds have all had a rest, and it is more weak to shine this moment to the incident light that photo resistance 7 received is more weak, and thereby photo resistance 7's resistance increase, and current strength is less because of the reason of resistance this moment, can't reach the electric current demand that triggers 8 work of bee calling organ, so even be windy at night, bee calling organ 8 also can not sound, has avoided disturbing the phenomenon of people. The photoresistor 7 in the bird repelling device has the advantages that whether the buzzer 8 can make a sound or not can be automatically adjusted in two modes of day and night, when birds have a rest at night, the buzzer 8 in the bird repelling device cannot make a sound to avoid disturbing residents, and when the day comes, the buzzer 8 can normally work to make a sound to repel the birds.
