Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of equipment mounting plates, and discloses a fixed mounting plate of electrical equipment, which comprises: the mounting structure comprises a first mounting surface connected with electrical equipment and a second mounting surface connected with a support rail in a shape like a Chinese character 'ji', wherein one end of the second mounting surface is provided with a first clamping part, and a second clamping part is arranged at a position with a set distance from the first clamping part; a raised rib is arranged on the second mounting surface between the first clamping portion and the second clamping portion, and a first slope portion is arranged at one end, close to the first clamping portion, of the rib; the first clamping portion, the second clamping portion and the first slope portion fix the support rail on the second installation surface. The fixed mounting plate clamps the support rail and prevents the support rail from sliding through the rib with the slope structure arranged on the fixed mounting plate, and the fixed mounting plate is simple and stable in structure, not easy to damage and small in elastic deformation caused to the support rail.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of equipment mounting plates, in particular to a fixed mounting plate of electrical equipment.
Background
Electrical equipment mounted in a control cabinet is typically secured to a mounting plate. Such mounting boards generally have a front side and a back side, the front side having flatness for holding electrical equipment; corresponding structures are arranged on the back of the mounting plate and connected with the supporting rails, so that the electrical equipment is supported and fixed by the supporting rails through the mounting plate.
The prior mounting plates are designed to clamp the support rail to which the mounting plate is attached by means of a projection structure provided at a position on the mounting plate, for example, a projection provided on the back of the mounting plate, or a projection provided on a member provided on the back of the mounting plate for pressing a flange of the support rail. This projection fixes and clamps the support rail in the mounting plate by means of its deformation. However, during installation and use, the protruding structure is easily damaged due to the instant huge force, so that the mounting plate cannot fix and clamp the support rail.

The present invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provide a fixing and mounting plate for an electrical apparatus, which has a simple and stable structure and enables a support rail to generate small elastic deformation.

Optionally, a surface of the latch tongue opposite to the second mounting surface and the second mounting surface form a trapezoidal groove.

Detailed Description
The following describes the embodiments of the present invention in further detail with reference to the examples and the accompanying drawings. The following examples of the present invention are provided herein to illustrate the present invention, but are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1 to 5, an embodiment of the present invention provides a fixed mounting board of an electrical device, including: a first mounting surface 1 connected to the electrical device and a second mounting surface 2 connected to a support rail 5 in the shape of a Chinese character 'ji'.
In this embodiment, the fixed mounting plate is a rectangular plate, the front surface is a first mounting surface 1 connected to the electrical device, and the back surface is a second mounting surface 2 connected to a support rail 5 shaped like a Chinese character 'ji'. The first mounting surface 1 is generally a flat plane, facilitating the stable placement of electrical equipment thereon; and the first mounting surface 1 is provided with a screw hole for facilitating the connection of the electrical equipment to the fixed mounting plate by using a bolt. The shape and size (including thickness) of the fixing connection plate and the connection manner of the electrical device and the fixing mounting plate may be set according to the requirement, and the embodiment of the present invention is not particularly limited thereto. The inverted V-shaped support rail 5 includes a top surface, two side walls 52 connected to the top surface, and outwardly extending flanges 51 connected to the bottoms of the two side walls 52, respectively.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, a first engaging portion 3 is provided at one end of the second mounting surface 2, and a second engaging portion 4 is provided at a predetermined distance from the first engaging portion 3. The second installation face 2 is provided with bellied muscle 6 between first joint portion 3 and second joint portion 4, and muscle 6 is provided with first slope portion 61 in the one end that is close to first joint portion 3. The first engaging portion 3, the second engaging portion 4, and the first slope portion 61 fix the support rail 5 on the second mounting surface 2.
In this embodiment, a first engaging portion 3 is provided at an end of the second attachment surface 2 near one of the short sides thereof, and a second engaging portion 4 is provided at an end of the other short side opposite to the engaging member 3. When the support rail 5 is mounted on the second mounting surface 2, the first clamping portion 3 is used for pressing the flange 51 at the bottom of the support rail 5 close to one side thereof on the second mounting surface 2, and the second clamping portion 4 is used for pressing the flange 51 at the bottom of the support rail 5 close to one side thereof on the second mounting surface 2. The part that lies in between first joint portion 3 and second joint portion 4 on second installation face 2 is provided with two bellied muscle 6, and the direction perpendicular to first joint portion 3 and second joint portion 4 of muscle 6, in this embodiment, is perpendicular to second installation face 2 two minor faces promptly to be located the edge on two long limits of second installation face 2 respectively. The end of the rib 6 near the first snap-in portion 3 is provided with a first slope portion 61. After the support rail 5 is mounted on the second mounting surface 2, the first slope portion 61 abuts against the corner connection portion of the bottom flange 51 and the side wall 52 of the support rail 5, and the first clamping portion 3 enhances the fixing effect of the flange 51 of the support rail 5 by the compression of the corner connection portion by the first slope portion 61, and prevents the support rail 5 from sliding relative to the second mounting surface 2.
The number and size (e.g., length, width, and height) of the ribs 6 may be set as desired, and embodiments of the present invention are not particularly limited in this regard.
The slope of the first slope part 61 may be set according to the size of the corner connection of the side wall 52 of the support rail 5 and the flange 51 of the bottom, and the slope of the first slope part 61 is not particularly limited in the embodiment of the present invention.
Further, as shown in fig. 1 to 3, the first clamping portion 3 includes a plurality of clamping members 31, each clamping member 31 includes a clamping seat 311 connected to the second mounting surface 2 and a clamping tongue 312 formed by extending from the top of the clamping seat 311 to a direction away from the second mounting surface 2, and the clamping tongue 312 and the second mounting surface 2 form a trapezoidal groove 7. The plurality of engaging members 31 are arranged in parallel with each other.
In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, the first clamping portion 3 includes two clamping members 31 arranged in parallel, the cross section of the clamping tongue 312 is triangular, and the bottom surface of the triangular clamping tongue 312 and the trapezoidal groove 7 formed on the second mounting surface 2. The wider open end of the trapezoidal groove 7 facilitates the entry of the flange 51 at the bottom of the support rail 5 on the side of the first snap-in part 3 into the trapezoidal groove 7 when the support rail 5 is installed. A plurality of parallel arranged snap-in parts 31 facilitate the fixing of the flange 51 of the support rail 5 to the second mounting surface 2 by means of a plurality of snap-in points.
Further, as shown in fig. 1 to 4, the second clip portion 4 includes a base 41 provided on the second mounting surface 2, a clip sheet 42 provided on the base 41, and a spring 43 connected to the clip sheet 42; the click piece 42 is capable of reciprocating relative to the base 41, and the click piece 42 compresses or stretches the spring 43 when reciprocating. The space formed between the bottom of the clip tab 42 and the second mounting surface 2 is used for accommodating a flange 51 at the bottom of the support rail 5 on the side of the second clip portion 4.
In this embodiment, when the latch 42 is moved relative to the second mounting surface 2 by an external force, the spring 43 is compressed or extended, and when the external force is stopped, the latch 42 returns to the original position by the restoring force of the spring 43. When the support rail 5 is mounted, the flange 51 on the side of the second click portion 4 pushes the click piece 42 backward so that the flange 51 can be placed on the second mounting surface 2. Then, the engagement piece 42 is returned by the restoring force of the spring 43, and the flange 51 is fixed to the second mounting surface 2. The slidable engagement piece 42 is connected to the spring 43 to fix the flange 51 of the support rail 5 on the side of the second engagement portion 4.
Further, as shown in fig. 3, the base 41 may be integrally formed with the second mounting surface 2.
Further, the fixed mounting plate is made of a metallic material, for example, steel, iron, or an alloy. In this embodiment, the fixed mounting plate and the support rail 5 are made of a zinc-aluminum alloy, and the zinc-aluminum alloy has certain flexibility and elasticity. So that the support rail 5 can be mounted in place by slight elastic deformation of the flanges 51 on both sides of the bottom of the support rail 5 when the support rail 5 is mounted.
When the fixed mounting plate of the electrical equipment in the embodiment of the invention is used, firstly, the flange 51 at the bottom of the support rail 5 positioned on one side of the first clamping part 3 is inserted into the trapezoidal groove 7 formed by the clamping tongue 312 and the second mounting surface 2; then, the flange 51 of the bottom of the support rail 5 on the side of the second click portion 4 is lapped on the top surface of the click piece 41 and pressed downward; the latch piece 41 is moved backward by the pressure driving and causes the spring 43 connected to the latch piece 41 to be compressed. The flange 51 eventually pushes the latch 41 away and contacts the second mounting surface 2, and the latch 41 slides forward under the restoring force of the spring 43, pressing the flange 51 against the second mounting surface 2. To this end, the mounting of the support rail 5 to the second mounting surface 2 of the fixed mounting plate is completed, and the support rail 5 is further clamped by the first ramp portion 61 provided on the rib 6, and the support rail 4 is prevented from sliding relative to the fixed mounting plate.
According to the fixed mounting plate of the electrical equipment, the rib comprising the first slope part is arranged on the mounting surface connected with the support rail, so that when the support rail is mounted, the corner connecting part of the side wall of the support rail and the flange at the bottom is extruded by the first slope part, the effect of clamping the support rail and preventing the support rail from sliding is realized, and the slope has a simple and stable structure, is not easy to damage and has small elastic deformation on the support rail.

1. A fixed mounting plate for an electrical device comprising: a first mounting surface (1) for connection to an electrical device and a second mounting surface (2) for connection to a support rail (5) of the inverted V shape,
one end of the second mounting surface (2) is provided with a first clamping part (3), and a second clamping part (4) is arranged at a set distance from the first clamping part (3);
a raised rib (6) is arranged on the second mounting surface (2) between the first clamping portion (3) and the second clamping portion (4), and a first slope portion (61) is arranged at one end, close to the first clamping portion (3), of the rib (6);
the first clamping portion (3), the second clamping portion (4) and the first slope portion (61) fix the support rail (5) on the second mounting surface (2).

The fixing and mounting plate as claimed in claim 1, wherein the first clamping portion (3) comprises a plurality of clamping parts (31), and the clamping parts (31) comprise clamping seats (311) connected with the second mounting surface (2) and clamping tongues (312) formed by extending towards the direction far away from the second mounting surface (2) and arranged at the tops of the clamping seats (311).
3. The fixed mounting plate of claim 2, wherein the face of the latch (312) opposite the second mounting face (2) and the second mounting face (2) form a trapezoidal slot (7).
4. The fixed mounting plate of claim 2, wherein the plurality of snap members (31) are arranged parallel to each other.
5. The fixed mounting plate of claim 1, wherein the second snap-in portion (4) comprises a base (41) provided on the second mounting surface (2) and a snap tab (42) provided on the base (41); the engagement piece (42) is capable of reciprocating relative to the base (41).
6. The fixing mounting plate according to claim 5, characterized in that the second snap-in part (4) further comprises a spring (43) connected with the snap-in tab (42), the snap-in tab (42) compressing or stretching the spring (43) upon reciprocating movement.
7. The fixed mounting plate of claim 5, wherein the base (41) is integrally formed with the second mounting surface (2).
8. The fixed mounting plate of claim 1, wherein the fixed mounting plate is made of a metallic material.
