Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be obtained by a person skilled in the art without inventive step based on the embodiments of the present invention, are within the scope of protection of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic control flow diagram of an embodiment of a control method of a lamp provided in the present invention; as shown in fig. 1, the control method of the lamp of the present invention is applicable to a control system of the lamp. Detailed structure of a control system of a lamp can be seen in fig. 2, and fig. 2 is a system configuration schematic diagram of an embodiment of the control system of the lamp system provided by the present invention; wherein, lamps and lanterns control system includes: the system comprises a DMX512 controller, a UDP controller, an AP router and a plurality of lamps; the DMX512 controller is connected with the UDP controller, and the AP router is respectively connected with the UDP controller and the lamps.
The control method of the lamp comprises the following steps 101 to 104, wherein the steps are as follows:
step 101: after receiving the device adding instruction sent by the DMX512 controller, the UDP controller issues a search instruction to the AP router, so that the AP router searches for the lamp to be controlled according to the search instruction and receives registration information fed back by the lamp to be controlled.
In this embodiment, the UDP controller is a controller based on the UDP protocol, and the use of the UDP protocol can add services such as error detection to the data service of the IP. And each lamp is based on a TCP/IP protocol, and a unique IP address can be allocated, so that when the lamp fails or is abnormal, an error or abnormal type can be accurately reported to the UDP controller, the lamp is overhauled, offline and the like, and the whole system is more robust and operates more stably. After receiving the device adding instruction, the UDP controller issues a searching instruction to the AP router, so that the AP router searches the lamp to be controlled according to the searching instruction, receives registration information fed back by the lamp to be controlled, and realizes the function of searching the lamp device by the UDP controller. Meanwhile, the AP can be used as a large-scale signal switch and can be used as equipment for expanding the wireless signal range, so that the AP is particularly suitable for occasions with large control range, large number of lamps and stable signals, the AP can expand the range of searching for the added lamps and expand the control range of the UDP controller. Wherein the wireless signals include wireless 5 GWIFII signals and 2.4 GWIFII signals.
Step 102: and the UDP controller receives the registration information sent by the AP router and adds the registration information to a client list of the UDP controller.
In this embodiment, after establishing a connection relationship among the AP, the client, and the server in a one-touch network, the device information of the lamp receiving the search information is registered in the list of the client, so that the information of the IP address, the lamp name, the lamp firmware version, and the like of the lamp to be controlled is stored in the list of the client, and the information can be selected by an operator.
As an example of this embodiment, in the configuration of the operation mode of the AP router, the AP router sets the UDP controller as a client, and sets the lamp to be controlled as a server. The UDP controller is set as a station in the running mode of the AP, and the AP is set as a hotspot mode, so that a large-range signal coverage function is started, and the WIFI signal is circularly covered by taking the AP as a midpoint. The AP may be a wireless AP, and has router and switch functions inside.
Step 103: and the UDP controller selects a target lamp according to the client list and performs information configuration on the target lamp.
In this embodiment, the UDP controller mainly sets the operation mode of the lamp, the DMX address, whether to report an abnormality, and the like. After the configuration is finished, the controller can select more lamp combination functions according to the operation mode of the lamp.
As an example of this embodiment, the UDP controller is further configured to record a scene and play the recorded scene, specifically:
the UDP controller acquires the DMX control signal of the scene to be recorded and backups the DMX control signal to the local storage module at the frequency of 50 Hz; the stored DMX control signal is a continuous DMX signal, and is actually a combined signal of a section of lamp playing scene effect.
The UDP controller selects the recorded scene from the local storage module, acquires a DMX control signal corresponding to the selected scene, and sends the DMX control signal to each lamp through the AP router so that each lamp executes corresponding action according to the DMX control signal; when the UDP controller executes scene playing, the UDP controller masks the DMX control signal sent by the DMX512 controller. And in the playing process, only the data stored on the local storage module is read, the data is sent to the lamp through the WIFI signal transmission function of the AP router, the lamp reads the data, the data is analyzed and operated, and the corresponding recorded scene is played. Meanwhile, the controller shields the DMX control signal sent by the current DMX512 controller, and because a new control signal is not needed for playing and recording scenes, the control signal is shielded, and playing interference is avoided. The recording and playing modes of this embodiment are mainly different controls that can be performed at fixed points or in fixed groups by combining with IP addresses, and flexible applications of real-time signal control playing and recording scene playing are realized.
Step 104: after the target lamp completes information configuration, the UDP controller controls the configured lamp according to a firmware upgrading instruction or a lamp control instruction sent by the DMX512 controller.
In this embodiment, the UDP controller determines an operation mode of the lamp according to the information configuration of the lamp, where the operation mode includes an on mode, an off mode, an adjustment mode, a combination mode, a scene mode, and the like. The DMX512 controller is a console for sending lamp action command signals. The UDP controller receives the instruction signal sent by the DMX512 console, the instruction signal is sent to the AP, and the AP router sends the signal to the lamp. Due to the fact that the AP covers the connection capacity in a large range and the signal is strong, the instruction signal can be sent to the lamp in a wireless low-delay mode, and the lamp analyzes the instruction signal and executes corresponding behaviors, such as adjusting behaviors of lamp brightness, rotation angle, action execution time, light color and the like.
As an example of this embodiment, the UDP controller is further configured to perform software upgrade on the configured lamp, specifically, the UDP controller receives an upgrade file sent by the DMX512 controller, and selects corresponding upgrade software according to a model of the configured lamp; the UDP controller carries out integrity verification calculation on the upgrade file and generates an information check value; the UDP controller sends upgrading data consisting of upgrading files and information check values to the configured lamp; and the configured lamp verifies the upgrade data, and after the upgrade data passes the verification, the file is installed to upgrade the software of the lamp.
In this embodiment, an upgrade file is transmitted from a PC to a UDP controller through a USB tool, then the controller selects corresponding upgrade software according to different lamp models, then the controller performs integrity operation on the upgrade file by using an MD5 digest algorithm, and generates a unique MD5 value, and then the controller transmits the upgrade file and the MD5 value to the lamp together by using a WiFi transmission and transmission mode according to an IP address of the lamp. And the lamp performs CRC on each frame of received data, and if the data is wrong, the controller is required to retransmit the frame. After the lamp receives the information, the MD5 verification is firstly carried out on the upgrade file, and the upgrade is automatically reset after the MD5 verification passes. In the upgrading process, MD5 verification is performed on the whole upgrading file mainly on the basis of CRC verification, the integrity verification of the file is enhanced, the upgrading is free of errors, and the wireless upgrading of the lamp firmware is realized.
