随着电网跨越式发展,在运变电设备数量大幅增长,传统运维方式已无法满足全面掌控设备状态、精确评估电网风险的需求,亟需加快推动现代信息通信技术与传统运检技术逐步融合。
传统巡视由工作人员通过手动记录变电站中各种设备、仪表、开关闭合器等。2002年开始逐渐在变电站中引入巡视机器人替代人工巡视,2010年以后逐步稳定发展,巡视机器人在变电站中执行设定好的路线巡视任务。
传统巡视及时性差、效率低,花费人工较多,存在较大的交通风险和巡视过程风险;机器人巡视造价高、维护复杂,依赖专业人员维护,巡视路线固定,不一定能检测到设备仪表。
发明内容:
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:克服现有技术的不足,提供一种通过鹅颈管把底座和摄像头进行连接,实现摄像头的转动调节,以对不同角度仪表的图片进行采集,通过无线传输层把采集到的仪表照片传输到识别网关层进行AI识别,AI识别后的数据通过无线传输层或有线传输层进行双向加密后输入到内网层,最终在用户层进行接收显示,解决人工抄表及机器巡检具有缺陷的UHF电力仪表抓拍识别管理系统。
本发明的技术方案是:一种UHF电力仪表抓拍识别管理系统,包括前端设备、无线传输层、识别网关层、内网层和用户层,其特征是:前端设备固定设置在仪表处并采集仪表照片,通过无线传输层把采集到的仪表照片传输到识别网关层进行AI识别,AI识别后的数据通过无线传输层或有线传输层进行双向加密后输入到内网层,最终在用户层进行接收显示;

识别网关层包括控制器、AI算法识别单元、4G通信模块和UHF无线模块,对仪表照片进行AI识别。控制器采用STM32F407ZET6,Cortex M4低功耗。
内网层为国网加密融合终端,对传输的数据进行双向加密。
用户层为后台终端,对识别后产生的数据进行显示及查取。

Claims (6)

1.一种UHF电力仪表抓拍识别管理系统,包括前端设备、无线传输层、识别网关层、内网层和用户层,其特征是:前端设备固定设置在仪表处并采集仪表照片,通过无线传输层把采集到的仪表照片传输到识别网关层进行AI识别,AI识别后的数据通过无线传输层或有线传输层进行双向加密后输入到内网层,最终在用户层进行接收显示;
前端设备包括底座、摄像头及电器元件,所述底座内设置有空腔,其通过可拆卸的密封盖设置呈密封腔,所述密封腔内设置有电器元件,所述电器元件通过贯穿鹅颈管的导线与设置在其端部的所述摄像头连接,所述鹅颈管的另一端设置在所述底座上,所述底座上设置有条形固定块,所述条形顶块上设置有U型槽,所述U型槽滑动卡在条形凸块上,所述条形凸块底部设置有向两侧的延伸部,且所述延伸部上设置有固定孔;
无线传输层包括UHF无线模块和4G无线模块,实现数据的传输;
识别网关层包括控制器、AI算法识别单元、4G通信模块和UHF无线模块,对仪表照片进行AI识别;
内网层为国网加密融合终端,对传输的数据进行双向加密;
用户层为后台终端,对识别后产生的数据进行显示及查取。
2.根据权利要求1所述的UHF电力仪表抓拍识别管理系统,其特征是:所述U型槽的开口处设置有内扣板,且所述条形凸块上设置有与内扣板配合使用的内扣槽。
3.根据权利要求1所述的UHF电力仪表抓拍识别管理系统,其特征是:所述底座上设置有向外延伸的固定板,且固定板上设置有螺孔,螺孔内设置有螺栓。
4.根据权利要求1所述的UHF电力仪表抓拍识别管理系统,其特征是:所述摄像头通过Y型转向节与所述鹅颈管的一端转动连接,所述鹅颈管的另一端通过接头与所述底座螺接。
5.根据权利要求4所述的UHF电力仪表抓拍识别管理系统,其特征是:所述Y型转向节为两个,其中一个Y型转向节的一端与所述鹅颈管固定连接,另一端与另一个Y型转向节的一端铰接,另一个Y型转向节的另一端与所述摄像头铰接,且铰接处设置有紧固螺栓。
6.根据权利要求4所述的UHF电力仪表抓拍识别管理系统,其特征是:所述电器元件包括相互连接的主控器、电源、看门狗电路、摄像头模块、AD检测单元和UHF无线模块。
