Claims (7)

1. An information management method applied to an electronic device, characterized in that the information management method comprises the steps of:
Responding to a starting request input by a user through an instant communication platform running on the electronic equipment, and displaying a user interface comprising a plurality of function keys, wherein the function keys at least comprise a login/registration key, a member management key, a matter management key and a communication key;
Responding to a registration request or a login request input by a user through the login/registration key, registering one or more organizations according to the registration request, entering the organization according to the login request and the personal definition identity or the default system identity, and displaying part or all members of the organization by the user interface;
Responding to a member management request input by a user through the member management key, incorporating other users into the organization according to the member management request, and displaying the invited members on the user interface, or deleting or setting the members in the organization;
Responding to a matter management request input by a user through the matter management key, and adding or deleting management matters on the user interface according to the matter management request;
Responding to a communication request input by a user through the communication key, and sending specified information to a member pointed by the input request;
wherein the deleting operation of the members in the organization comprises the following steps:
deleting the member in the organization from the current organization or moving the member in the organization to other organizations registered by the member in the organization while deleting through an additional request of the deleting request;
The specified information comprises part or all of user temporary input information, files, objects and platform operation request information;
the function key is also used for receiving a matter operation request input by a user and displaying a matter management interface, wherein:
The item management interface is used for responding to an item operation request of a user, and carrying out information input, parameter setting, milestone definition, marking addition or archiving processing on the management item based on the item operation request.
2. The information management method according to claim 1, wherein the management items include a monthly on-demand management item, a daily management item, a business management item, and a business management item.
3. The information management method according to claim 1, wherein the function key further includes a contract management key, wherein the information management method further includes the step of:
Responding to a contract management request input by a user through the contract management key, and establishing a contract, setting contract information, modifying contract contents and/or transacting filing operation based on the contract management request.
4. An information management apparatus applied to an electronic device, characterized by comprising:
the system comprises a starting control module, a control module and a control module, wherein the starting control module is configured to respond to a starting request input by a user through an instant messaging platform running on the electronic equipment, and display a user interface comprising a plurality of function keys, wherein the function keys at least comprise a login/registration key, a member management key, a matter management key and a communication key;
The first operation module is configured to respond to a registration request or a login request input by a user through the login/registration key, register one or more organizations according to the registration request, enter the organization according to the login request and the personal definition identity or the default system identity, and the user interface is also used for displaying part or all members of the organization;
The second operation module is configured to respond to a member management request input by a user through the member management key, bring other users into the organization according to the member management request, display the invited members on the user interface, or delete or set the members in the organization;
A third operation module configured to respond to a transaction management request input by a user through the transaction management key, and to add or delete management transactions on the user interface according to the transaction management request;
a fourth operation module configured to respond to a communication request input by a user through the communication key and send specified information to a member to which the input request is directed;
wherein the deleting operation of the members in the organization comprises the following steps:
deleting the member in the organization from the current organization or moving the member in the organization to other organizations registered by the member in the organization while deleting through an additional request of the deleting request;
The specified information comprises part or all of user temporary input information, files, objects and platform operation request information;
the function key is also used for receiving a matter operation request input by a user and displaying a matter management interface, wherein:
The item management interface is used for responding to an item operation request of a user, and carrying out information input, parameter setting, milestone definition, marking addition or archiving processing on the management item based on the item operation request.
5. The information management apparatus according to claim 4, wherein the management items include a monthly on-demand management item, a daily management item, a business management item, and a business management item.
6. The information management apparatus according to claim 4, wherein the function key further comprises a contract management key, wherein the information management apparatus further comprises:
And a fifth operation module configured to establish a contract, set contract information, modify contract contents and/or transact filing operation based on a contract management request input by a user through the contract management key.
7. An electronic device comprising at least one processor and a memory in signal communication with the processor, wherein:
the memory is used for storing a computer program or instructions;
the processor is configured to acquire and execute the computer program or instructions to cause the electronic device to implement the information management method according to any one of claims 1 to 3.
