The meter collecting box is terminal equipment for connecting a power company with a user, detects the power consumption of the user by using the meter collecting box, and plays a great role in the running process of a power grid. When a district manager repairs the emergency, an emergency guarantee power supply is lacked on site. The manager in the platform area often performs work in dark, and particularly in rainy and snowy days, the personal safety of the manager in the platform area is difficult to guarantee.

a meter collecting box comprises a box body and a box door and is characterized in that a cavity is formed at the upper end in the box body through a partition plate, a push-pull tripod is arranged in the cavity, two reels which are meshed through gears are arranged at the top end of the push-pull tripod, and a crank is arranged on one reel; each scroll is wound with a waterproof cloth, and the outer end of the waterproof cloth is provided with a gravity rod; the rain-proof cloth is characterized in that two sliding grooves with opposite notches are respectively arranged on the front and the back of two slopes of the push-pull tripod, the lower end of each sliding groove is provided with a blocking plate, the distance between the nearest parts of the two blocking plates is larger than the distance between the notches of the two sliding grooves, a flat sliding cylinder is arranged in each sliding groove, the width of each sliding cylinder is smaller than the distance between the nearest parts of the two blocking plates, the upper end of each sliding cylinder is provided with a sliding plate, each sliding plate is located in each sliding groove, the rain-proof cloth penetrates through each sliding cylinder, and the length of the gravity rod is larger than the width of each sliding cylinder but smaller than the distance between the nearest parts of the two blocking plates.
The lower end of the sliding groove is provided with two squeezing rollers, and the waterproof cloth penetrates through the squeezing rollers.
The upper end of the cavity is hinged with a drooping door, the drooping door is provided with a handle, and the uppermost end of the box door is higher than the lowest end of the drooping door, so that the drooping door can be opened when the box door is closed.
The lower end of the push-pull tripod is provided with four rollers.
The box door is divided into two doors.
Rain-proof covers are arranged above the two winding shafts.
And a rain scraping plate with the same shape as the rain cover is arranged at the upper end in the cavity.
The solar energy emergency lamp box is characterized in that a solar cell panel is arranged on the box body, and an emergency lamp is arranged in the box body.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:

Detailed Description
The drawings illustrate specific embodiments of the invention. As shown in fig. 1 to 5, the meter collecting box comprises a box body 1 and a box door 2, wherein the box door 2 is a two-leaf split door, a partition plate 3 is installed at the upper end in the box body 1, a cavity 4 is formed between the partition plate 3 and the upper end of the box body 1, a push-pull tripod 20 is installed in the cavity 4, four rollers 19 are installed on the push-pull tripod 20, the push-pull tripod 20 can be pulled out and pushed in like a drawer, but can not fall out when pulled out (like a keyboard placing plate of a computer desk), two sliding blocks can be installed on two sides of the rear end of the push-pull tripod, two sides of the cavity 4 are respectively a groove with a front end sealed, and the sliding blocks are located in the grooves.
Two reels 7 in the front and back direction are arranged at the upper end of the push-pull tripod 20, one reel 7 is provided with a crank 8, the crank 8 can be in a knob type, gears 9 are respectively arranged at the front end and the back end of the two reels 7, and the two gears 9 at the same end are meshed with each other, so that linkage is formed; the rain cover 11 is arranged above the two scroll shafts 7, the front end and the rear end of the rain cover 11 are respectively arranged on the push-pull tripod 20, meanwhile, the upper surface of the cavity 4 is provided with the rain scraping plate 12, the shapes of the rain scraping plate 12 and the rain cover 11 are the same, the cross section of the rain scraping plate can be arc-shaped or inverted V-shaped, and in the drawing process of the push-pull tripod 20, the rain scraping plate 12 scrapes rainwater or snow on the rain cover 11.
The front end and the rear end of two slopes of the push-pull tripod 20 are respectively provided with a sliding groove 13, the notches of the two sliding grooves 13 are opposite, the bottom of the sliding groove 13 is provided with a blocking plate 18, the closest distance between the two blocking plates 18 is less than the distance between the notches of the two sliding grooves 13, namely, if the notch of the sliding groove 13 faces upwards, the height of the blocking plate 18 is less than the height of the notch.
A sliding cylinder 14 is arranged between the two sliding chutes 13, the sliding cylinder 14 is flat, two ends of the sliding cylinder 14 are overlapped in the sliding chutes 13, two sliding plates 15 are arranged on two sides of the upper end of the sliding cylinder 14, the sliding plates 15 are positioned in the sliding chutes 13 and can slide along the sliding chutes 13, the width of the sliding cylinder 14 is smaller than the nearest distance between the two blocking plates 18, namely, the sliding cylinder 14 can slide down from between the two sliding chutes 13 as a whole, but the blocking plates 18 block the sliding plates 15, so that the length of the sliding chutes 13 is prolonged equivalently.
Two squeezing rollers 16 are arranged at the lower end of the sliding cylinder 14, and the connecting line of the central lines of the two squeezing rollers 16 is vertical to the plane of the sliding cylinder 14.
The winding shaft 7 is wound with the waterproof cloth 10, the waterproof cloth 10 downwards passes through a gap between the sliding cylinder 14 and the two squeezing rollers 16 and then is connected with a gravity rod 17, and the length of the gravity rod 17 is longer than the width of the sliding cylinder 14. The combination of the reel 7 and the waterproof cloth 10 is equivalent to a guardrail for one-meter line arranged in a bank, but the guardrail automatically rebounds, and the embodiment is wound by a crank.
The width of the slide cartridge 14 is such that there is no gap or only a slight gap between the waterproof cloth and the slide groove.
In order to reduce the weight, the push-pull tripod 20, the sliding groove 13, the reel 7, the sliding cylinder 14, the roller 19 and the like are all made of plastic, and the gravity rod 17 can be made of metal or plastic.
The cavity 4 is provided with the slouch door 5, namely the upper end of the slouch door 5 is hinged at the front end of the cavity 4, then the slouch door 5 is provided with the handle 6, the upper end of the box door 2 is slightly higher than the lower end of the slouch door 5, and the slouch door 5 can not be opened as long as the box door 2 is closed.
In order to adapt to dim weather, a solar cell panel 21 is arranged on the box body 1, an emergency lamp 22 is arranged in the box body 1, and the emergency lamp 22 is powered by the solar cell panel 21.
The using process is as follows: after the box door 2 is opened, the door 5 is lifted to slide down, the push-pull tripod 20 is pulled out until the door is immovable, at this time, under the action of the gravity rod 17 and the self gravity of the sliding cylinder 14, the sliding cylinder 14 slides downwards until the door is immovable, the gravity rod 17 continues to drive the rain-proof cloth 10 to slide down until the rain-proof cloth 10 is completely unfolded from the reel 7, and thus the two rain-proof cloths 10 and the rain-proof cover 11 form a rain-proof cover.
After maintenance is finished, the handle 6 is rotated, the waterproof cloth 10 is wound on the reel 7 again, the gravity rod 17 is driven to rise upwards, and in the winding process of the waterproof cloth 10, on one hand, the waterproof cover 11 scrapes rainwater or snow on the waterproof cloth 10, and on the other hand, the two squeezing rollers 16 scrape rainwater (because the part is suspended, snow generally does not exist); when the gravity rod 17 rises to the squeeze roller 16, the gravity rod 17 continues to slide the sliding cylinder 14 upwards until the gravity rod 17 is lifted. Then the push-pull tripod 20 is pushed into the cavity 4, the door 5 hangs down naturally, and the door 2 is closed. If the gravity rod 17 is too light or the squeezing roller 16 is pressed too tightly, the waterproof cloth cannot naturally droop, and the gravity rod 17 can be pulled down manually.
