Description
Technical Field

Background
The air conditioner needs a certain time from power-on startup to cold/hot air blowing, the time consumption of the air conditioner at the stage is 1-5 minutes or even longer according to different control strategies, and the waiting time seriously influences the experience of a user when cold/hot air is needed to be blown out urgently. The method for controlling the starting of the air conditioner at present is that when the air conditioner is powered on, firstly, the inner machine carries out capacitor charging, and then, the resetting of mechanisms such as the moving parts of the inner machine is completed, the air conditioner enters a standby state to wait for the starting of a user, when the user starts the air conditioner, the mechanisms such as the moving parts of the inner machine are started, then, power is supplied to the outer machine, and after the outer machine is powered on, the outer machine carries out charging and the resetting of an electronic expansion valve on the controller. This way seriously increases the starting time of the air conditioner and reduces the starting efficiency.
In view of the above problems, no effective solution has been proposed.

The terminal 101 executing the method for starting the air conditioner according to the embodiment of the present application may be executed by a client installed thereon.
Fig. 2 is a flowchart of an alternative method for starting an air conditioner according to an embodiment of the present application, and as shown in fig. 2, the method may include the following steps:
step S202, when the air conditioner internal unit is powered on and started, the air conditioner external unit corresponding to the air conditioner internal unit is powered on;
step S204, controlling the air conditioner external unit to reset the electronic expansion valve;
and step S206, controlling the air conditioner external unit to start a compressor.
Through the steps S202 to S206, when the air conditioner internal unit is powered on and started, the movement mechanism of the air conditioner internal unit is reset, and simultaneously, the air conditioner external unit corresponding to the air conditioner internal unit is powered on, so that the electronic expansion valve is synchronously reset, and the air conditioner external unit is controlled to start the compressor, so that the starting waiting time of the air conditioner can be effectively shortened, the technical effect of improving the starting efficiency of the air conditioner is realized, and the technical problem of low starting efficiency of the air conditioner in the related art is solved.
In the technical solution provided in step S202, the air conditioner device includes an air conditioner internal unit and an air conditioner external unit.
In the technical solution provided in step S204, after the external unit of the air conditioner is powered on, the electronic expansion valve is reset, so that the electronic expansion valve performs opening adjustment, control and positioning, and the electronic expansion valve may be controlled to reset by using the following processes: the electronic expansion valve is controlled to be fully opened according to the maximum stroke step number, then is closed to be minimum, and finally is operated to a standby opening degree to wait for starting.
In an alternative embodiment, a starting method of an air conditioner is provided, and fig. 3 is a schematic diagram of a starting method of an air conditioner according to an alternative embodiment of the present application, where as shown in fig. 3, (a) shows a starting control process of an air conditioner in the related art, when an air conditioner internal unit is powered on, the air conditioner internal unit performs a movement mechanism reset self-test first, and then supplies power to an external unit to start the air conditioner external unit, and after the air conditioner external unit is powered on, the electronic expansion valve is reset first, and the resetting method is that the electronic expansion valve is fully opened according to a maximum stroke step number, then is closed to a minimum, and finally runs to a specific step number to wait for starting, and approximately 63S is required from power-on to starting of a compressor. (b) The starting mode of the air conditioner provided in this optional embodiment is shown, when the air conditioner internal unit is powered on and started, the movement mechanism is reset, and simultaneously, the air conditioner external unit is powered on for synchronous resetting of the electronic expansion valve, according to this strategy, the waiting time of 20S can be shortened at most compared with the process in (a). The starting efficiency of the air conditioner is improved.
As an alternative embodiment, in the step S204, the air conditioner external unit may be controlled to perform the electronic expansion valve reset by, but not limited to, the following manners:
s11, controlling the electronic expansion valve of the air conditioner outdoor unit to be opened or closed by the maximum stroke step number;
and S12, controlling the electronic expansion valve to adjust to the standby opening degree.
Alternatively, in this embodiment, the process of the electronic expansion valve reset control may be modified to control the electronic expansion valve to open or close by the maximum number of stroke steps, and then directly control the electronic expansion valve to adjust to the standby opening. Thereby saving more boot time.
In an alternative embodiment, a starting method of an air conditioner is provided, fig. 4 is a schematic diagram of a starting method of an air conditioner according to an alternative embodiment of the present application, and as shown in fig. 4, for the electronic expansion valve reset control, taking an electronic expansion valve as an example, the full opening step number is 500 steps (i.e., the maximum stroke step number), and the standby opening is assumed to be 250 steps, and then the electronic expansion valve is reset to the initial opening degree in 1250 steps in total according to the existing reset logic. The reset control process can be optimized to be adjusted to the standby opening 250 after 500 steps of opening (or adjusted to the standby opening after 500 steps of closing), the reset is required to be 750 steps in total, the reset time can be shortened by about 17S, according to the strategy, the outer machine completes reset earlier than the inner machine, and the time from power-on starting to compressor starting needs to wait for 40S.
In the technical solution provided in step S206, the compressor may be, but is not limited to, started after the movement mechanism of the air conditioner internal unit is turned on.
As an alternative embodiment, in the step S206, the air conditioner external unit may be controlled to start the compressor in, but not limited to, the following manners:
s21, detecting whether the compressor of the air conditioner outdoor unit is allowed to start or not;
and S22, controlling the air conditioner external unit to start the compressor when the condition that the compressor of the air conditioner external unit is allowed to start is detected.
Optionally, in this embodiment, the factor that restricts the starting of the external unit allowed by the internal unit is that the moving part of the internal unit is not opened in place, and the internal fan is generally not allowed to be opened at this time, and if the internal fan is opened at this time, reliability problems such as noise may exist, and when the internal unit is not opened, the external unit is opened, and when the internal unit is opened for refrigeration at a low temperature, the evaporator of the internal unit may be frosted, and when the internal unit is heated at a high temperature, the indoor side pressure is too high, which may cause an abnormality. Therefore, whether the starting of the compressor is allowed or not can be firstly detected before the air conditioner external unit is controlled to start the compressor.
As an alternative embodiment, but not limited to, whether the compressor of the outdoor unit of the air conditioner is allowed to start may be detected in one of the following manners:
s31, detecting whether a starting instruction sent by the air conditioner indoor unit is received;
and S32, detecting whether the compressor is allowed to start under the condition that the movement mechanism of the air conditioner indoor unit is not completely opened according to the operation mode of the air conditioner indoor unit and the ambient temperature of the air conditioner indoor unit.
Optionally, in this embodiment, a manner of detecting whether to allow the compressor of the external air conditioner unit to start may be to detect a start instruction sent by the internal air conditioner unit, that is, the internal air conditioner unit may actively instruct the external air conditioner unit to start the compressor.
Optionally, in this embodiment, a manner of detecting whether to allow the compressor of the external air conditioner unit to start may be to detect whether to allow the compressor to start without completely opening the movement mechanism of the internal air conditioner unit according to the operation mode of the internal air conditioner unit and the ambient temperature where the internal air conditioner unit is located, that is, to determine whether to allow the compressor to start in advance by detecting whether the operation mode of the internal air conditioner unit and the ambient temperature where the internal air conditioner unit is located meet certain conditions.
As an alternative embodiment, in the case that it is detected that the compressor of the outdoor unit of the air conditioner is allowed to be started, controlling the outdoor unit of the air conditioner to be started includes:
s41, determining that the compressor of the air conditioner external unit is allowed to start under the condition that the starting instruction is received; controlling the air conditioner external unit to start a compressor;
s42, determining that the compressor is allowed to be started under the condition that a movement mechanism of the air conditioner internal unit is not completely opened under the condition that the detected ambient temperature of the air conditioner internal unit meets the temperature condition corresponding to the operation mode of the air conditioner internal unit; controlling the compressor to start under the condition that a movement mechanism of the air conditioner indoor unit is not completely opened;
the method comprises the following steps of determining that a compressor is not allowed to be started under the condition that a movement mechanism of the air conditioner indoor unit is not completely opened under the condition that the detected ambient temperature of the air conditioner indoor unit does not meet the temperature condition corresponding to the operation mode of the air conditioner indoor unit; and controlling the compressor to start under the condition of receiving a starting instruction sent by the air conditioner internal unit.
Optionally, in this embodiment, if a start instruction sent by the air conditioner internal unit is received, it may be considered that the air conditioner internal unit is not operated and is completely turned on, and the air conditioner external unit may be controlled to start the compressor.
Optionally, in this embodiment, if it is detected that the ambient temperature of the air conditioner internal unit meets the temperature condition corresponding to the operation mode of the air conditioner internal unit, it is determined that the compressor is allowed to start when the movement mechanism of the air conditioner internal unit is not fully opened, and then the compressor is controlled to start when the movement mechanism of the air conditioner internal unit is not fully opened.
Optionally, in this embodiment, if it is detected that the ambient temperature of the air conditioner internal unit does not satisfy the temperature condition corresponding to the operation mode of the air conditioner internal unit, the start instruction of the air conditioner internal unit continues to be waited, and the start processing of the compressor is performed according to the start instruction.
In an alternative embodiment, a starting mode of an air conditioner is provided, fig. 5 is a schematic diagram of a third starting mode of the air conditioner according to the alternative embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 5, under some specific conditions, an outer unit is started when an inner fan is not started, and the influence on the reliability of the system is small within a certain time, so that under the specific conditions, the outer unit can be allowed to start a compressor when a moving part is not started in place, and the fan is started after the moving part of the inner unit is in place. The time from the electrifying of the air conditioner external unit to the starting of the compressor is shortened to 26S, and the starting efficiency of the air conditioner is further improved.
As an alternative embodiment, before determining that the compressor is allowed to start under the condition that the movement mechanism of the air conditioner indoor unit is not fully opened, it may be determined, but not limited to, whether the ambient temperature of the air conditioner indoor unit meets the temperature condition corresponding to the operation mode of the air conditioner indoor unit by:
s51, under the condition that the operation mode of the air conditioner indoor unit is a cooling mode, if the internal environment temperature of the air conditioner indoor unit is detected to be higher than or equal to a first temperature threshold value continuously for a first time and the external environment temperature of the air conditioner indoor unit is detected to be higher than or equal to a second temperature threshold value continuously for a second time, determining that the environment temperature of the air conditioner indoor unit meets the temperature condition corresponding to the operation mode of the air conditioner indoor unit;
s52, under the condition that the operation mode of the air conditioner indoor unit is a heating mode, if the internal environment temperature of the air conditioner indoor unit is detected to be lower than or equal to a third temperature threshold value in a third time and the external environment temperature of the air conditioner indoor unit is detected to be lower than or equal to a fourth temperature threshold value in a fourth time, determining that the environment temperature of the air conditioner indoor unit meets the temperature condition corresponding to the operation mode of the air conditioner indoor unit.
Alternatively, in this embodiment, if the cooling mode is set at startup while the following conditions are satisfied, the starting of the outer machine compressor is allowed if the inner machine moving part is not fully opened:
condition A, continuous Ta time (i.e., first time, e.g., 1s) detects Tinner loop (i.e., internal ambient temperature) ≧ Ta (i.e., first temperature threshold, e.g., 25 ℃);
condition B, Touter loop (i.e., external ambient temperature) ≧ Tb (i.e., second temperature threshold, e.g., 30 ℃) is detected for a consecutive Tb time (i.e., second time, e.g., 1 s).
Optionally, in this embodiment, if the power-on setting heating mode and the following conditions are satisfied, the starting of the outer machine compressor is allowed when the inner machine moving part is not fully opened:
condition C, detecting Tinner loop (i.e., internal ambient temperature). ltoreq.Tc for a continuous time Tc (i.e., a third time, e.g., 1s) (i.e., a third temperature threshold, e.g., 22 ℃);
condition D, Touter loop (i.e. external ambient temperature). ltoreq.Td (i.e. fourth temperature threshold, e.g. 20 ℃) is detected for a time Td (i.e. fourth time, e.g. 1s) consecutively.
As an alternative embodiment, controlling the compressor to start in case the movement mechanism of the air conditioner indoor unit is not fully opened comprises:
and S61, controlling the compressor to start under the condition that the electronic expansion valve is reset to the opening range in which the initial operation opening falls, wherein the initial operation opening is determined according to the internal environment temperature of the air conditioner indoor unit, the external environment temperature of the air conditioner indoor unit and the target operation frequency of the air conditioner indoor unit.
Optionally, in this embodiment, the electronic expansion valve is started without being reset, and the opening of the electronic expansion valve is too small, which may cause over-throttling of the electronic expansion valve and thus too small circulation flow, thereby causing a high intake heat and too large exhaust pressure to cause system abnormality; insufficient evaporation due to an excessively large opening degree may cause insufficient suction superheat, and thus liquid slugging may damage the compressor. To avoid this, the electronic expansion valve may be adjusted to a suitable opening degree to allow the compressor to start.
Alternatively, in the present embodiment, the initial operation opening degree may be, but is not limited to, determined according to an internal ambient temperature of the air conditioner internal unit, an external ambient temperature of the air conditioner internal unit, and a target operation frequency of the air conditioner internal unit. Such as: the initial operation opening P is initially equal to A x T inner ring + B x T outer ring + C x F + D, wherein A, B, C, D is a constant and is determined according to model feature fitting, and F is the target operation frequency.
Optionally, in this embodiment, the electronic expansion valve reset logic may be controlled, but is not limited to, in the following manner: firstly, calculating an initial operation opening P (initial) A T inner ring + B T outer ring + C F + D, wherein A, B, C, D is a constant and is determined according to model characteristics in a fitting mode, and F is a target operation frequency. If the P initial is more than or equal to 250, the mode of firstly starting 500 steps and then adjusting to the P initial is adopted during resetting, and when the P initial + P0 is adjusted (namely the opening range is 30 steps for example, P0), the compressor is allowed to be started. If P is less than 250, the mode of closing by 500 steps and then adjusting to P is adopted during resetting, and when the opening degree is adjusted to P is-P0 (namely the opening degree range is 30 steps, for example, P0), the compressor is allowed to be started.
