Various embodiments of the method of the present invention are presented in terms of the above-described hardware architecture.
Referring to fig. 2, in a first embodiment of the heat pump unit control method of the present invention, the heat pump unit control method includes the steps of:
step S10, obtaining working parameters of the heat pump unit;
in this scheme, heat pump system includes a plurality of heat pump set, and heat pump set includes many compressors, and heat pump set's mode of operation includes the mode of heating and the mode of refrigerating. The control terminal is in communication connection with each heat pump unit in the heat pump system, and the control terminal can acquire working parameters of the heat pump units through the established communication connection channel. The working parameters of the heat pump unit comprise the outlet water temperature, the inlet water temperature, the compressor opening rate and the like of the heat pump unit. The compressor opening rate of the heat pump unit refers to the ratio of the number of compressors which are already opened in one heat pump unit to the number of total compressors in the heat pump unit. The control terminal is in communication connection with each heat pump unit in the heat pump system so as to control the opening or closing of the compressor in each heat pump unit. The water outlet temperature of the heat pump unit refers to the water outlet temperature of a water side heat exchanger in the heat pump unit, and the water inlet temperature of the heat pump unit refers to the water inlet temperature of the water side heat exchanger in the heat pump unit.
Step S20, judging whether the compressor needs to be adjusted according to the working parameters and the preset target temperature; if it is determined that the compressor needs to be adjusted, performing step S30;
after the control terminal obtains the working parameters of each heat pump unit, whether the compressor needs to be adjusted by the heat pump unit at present is judged according to the obtained working parameters and the preset target temperature. For example, whether the compressor is adjusted or not is judged only according to the outlet water temperature and the preset target temperature in the working parameters, and whether the compressor is adjusted or not can also be judged according to the outlet water temperature and the inlet water temperature in the working parameters and the preset target temperature.
Specifically, step S20 includes:
step S21, judging whether the compressor needs to be adjusted according to the outlet water temperature and a preset target temperature;
and after the outlet water temperature in the working parameters of each heat pump unit is obtained, comparing the outlet water temperature of the heat pump unit with a preset target temperature, and judging whether the compressor needs to be adjusted or not according to the comparison result.
Specifically, if the operation mode of the heat pump unit is the heating mode, step S21 includes:
step S211, judging whether the outlet water temperature is greater than or equal to a preset target temperature;
step S212, if the outlet water temperature is greater than or equal to a preset target temperature, determining that the compressor needs to be adjusted;
step S213, if the outlet water temperature is lower than the preset target temperature, it is determined that the compressor does not need to be adjusted.
When the working mode of the heat pump unit is a heating mode, the control terminal can judge whether the obtained outlet water temperature is greater than or equal to a preset target temperature, if the outlet water temperature is greater than or equal to the preset target temperature, the control terminal can determine that the heat pump unit needs to adjust the compressor, the current outlet water temperature meets a preset operation temperature condition corresponding to the heating mode, and if the outlet water temperature is less than the preset target temperature, the control terminal can determine that the heat pump unit does not need to adjust the compressor. For example, the preset target temperature corresponding to the heating mode is 45 ℃, and if the current outlet water temperature is 50 ℃, it is determined that the heat pump unit needs to adjust the compressor.
Specifically, if the operation mode of the heat pump unit is the cooling mode, step S21 includes:
step S214, judging whether the outlet water temperature is less than or equal to a preset target temperature;
step S215, if the outlet water temperature is less than or equal to a preset target temperature, determining that the compressor needs to be adjusted;
in step S216, if the outlet water temperature is greater than the preset target temperature, it is determined that the compressor does not need to be adjusted.
When the working mode of the heat pump unit is a refrigeration mode, the control terminal can judge whether the obtained outlet water temperature is less than or equal to a preset target temperature, if the outlet water temperature is less than or equal to the preset target temperature, the control terminal can determine that the heat pump unit needs to adjust the compressor, and if the outlet water temperature is greater than the preset target temperature, the control terminal can determine that the heat pump unit does not need to adjust the compressor. For example, the preset target temperature corresponding to the refrigeration mode is 5 ℃, and if the current outlet water temperature is 2 ℃, it is determined that the heat pump unit needs to adjust the compressor.
And step S30, controlling the compressor to be closed or opened according to the preset target temperature and the working parameters.
After determining that the heat pump unit needs to adjust the compressors in the heat pump unit, the control terminal can control the started compressors in the heat pump unit to be closed or the unopened compressors in the heat pump unit to be opened according to the preset target temperature and the obtained working parameters.
It should be noted that, if the control terminal determines that the heat pump unit does not need to adjust the compressor in the heat pump unit, the control terminal may continue to obtain the operating parameters of the heat pump unit through the established communication connection channel.
According to the embodiment, the actual working parameters of each heat pump unit are acquired through the control terminal, whether the corresponding heat pump unit needs to adjust the compressor is judged according to the actual working parameters of each heat pump unit and the preset target temperature, and the compressor of each heat pump unit is controlled to be turned on or turned off according to the actual working parameters of each heat pump unit and the preset target temperature, so that the outlet water temperature of each heat pump unit is ensured to be within a normal use range, the condition that the outlet water temperature of the partial heat pump unit exceeds the normal use range under the condition that the total outlet water temperature is within the normal use range is avoided, and the damage rate of parts of the heat pump unit in the heat pump system is reduced.
Further, referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a second embodiment of the heat pump unit control method according to the first embodiment of the heat pump unit control method, in this embodiment, the working parameter includes an inlet water temperature of the heat pump unit, and step S30 includes:
step S31, obtaining a target opening rate of the compressor according to a preset target temperature and the inlet water temperature;
in this embodiment, the operating parameter of the heat pump unit includes a water inlet temperature, for the heat pump unit that needs to be compressor-adjusted, the control terminal may obtain a compressor opening rate according to the water inlet temperature of the heat pump unit and a preset target temperature, the control terminal may query according to the water inlet temperature and a preset mapping relationship between the preset target temperature and the compressor opening rate to obtain a compressor target opening rate corresponding to the water inlet temperature of the current heat pump unit and the preset target temperature, the control terminal may also query according to a preset mapping relationship between a difference between the water inlet temperature and the preset target temperature and the compressor opening rate to obtain the compressor target opening rate, the control terminal may also input the water inlet temperature and the preset target temperature into a preset compressor opening rate calculation model, and the compressor target opening rate is obtained through calculation.
Specifically, step S31 includes:
step S311, acquiring a difference value between the inlet water temperature and a preset target temperature;
step S312, obtaining the target compressor opening rate according to the mapping relation between the difference value of the inlet water temperature and the preset target temperature and the compressor opening rate.
And step S32, controlling the compressor to be closed or opened according to the target opening rate of the compressor.
The control terminal can obtain a difference value between the inlet water temperature and a preset target temperature, then obtains a target opening rate of the compressor according to a mapping relation between the difference value between the inlet water temperature and the target temperature and the opening rate of the compressor, and after obtaining the target opening rate of the compressor, the control terminal can control the opened compressor to be closed or the closed compressor to be opened according to the target opening rate of the compressor, so that the opening rate of the compressor of the heat pump unit reaches the obtained target opening rate of the compressor.
For example, the total number of compressors of the heat pump unit is 10, the current compressor opening rate is 70%, if the difference between the inlet water temperature and the preset target temperature is 6 ℃, and the difference between the inlet water temperature and the preset target temperature in the mapping relation between the inlet water temperature and the preset target temperature and the compressor opening rate is greater than or equal to 5 ℃, the corresponding compressor opening rate is 100%, and 100% is taken as the target compressor opening rate, then the control terminal will turn on all the 3 compressors which are not turned on. If the difference between the inlet water temperature and the preset target temperature is 2.5 ℃, and the corresponding compressor opening rate is 50% according to the difference between the inlet water temperature and the preset target temperature in the mapping relation between the inlet water temperature and the preset target temperature and the compressor opening rate, the control terminal can randomly close two compressors in 7 currently opened compressors, so that the compressor opening rate of the heat pump unit is reduced from 70% to 50%.
It should be noted that, when the product of the target opening rate of the compressor and the total number of compressors of the heat pump units is not an integer, the product of the target opening rate of the compressor and the total number of compressors of the heat pump units is rounded down. For example, the total number of the compressors of the heat pump unit is 11, the number of the currently opened compressors is 7, the target opening rate of the compressors obtained by the control terminal is 50%, the product of the target opening rate of the compressors and the total number of the compressors is 5.5, the product is rounded down to be 5, and the control terminal closes 2 opened compressors.
This embodiment is through the water inlet temperature with the water side heat exchanger with predetermine the target temperature and carry out the comparison, the quantity of opening of control compressor, it is too high to avoid in the water side heat exchanger of heat pump set under the heating mode water temperature, surpass normal application scope, lead to compressor condensation temperature to exceed the scope, damage the compressor, perhaps the water temperature is low under the heating mode again, lead to the water side heat exchanger to freeze up, water gets into heat pump set fluorine side heat exchanger, lead to fluorine side heat exchanger to scrap.
Further, referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a third embodiment of the heat pump unit control method according to the first embodiment and the second embodiment of the heat pump unit control method, in this embodiment, the operating parameters include a current compressor turn-on rate and an outlet water temperature of the heat pump unit, and step S31 includes:
step S33, judging whether the current compressor opening rate is 100%; if the current compressor opening rate is not 100%, executing step S34; if the current compressor opening rate is 100%, executing step S35;
step S34, judging whether the difference value between the inlet water temperature and the outlet water temperature is smaller than the product of a preset threshold value and the current compressor opening rate; if the difference between the inlet water temperature and the outlet water temperature is smaller than the product of a preset threshold and the current compressor opening rate, executing step S31;
in this embodiment, the operating parameters of the heat pump unit obtained by the control terminal further include the current compressor opening rate and the water outlet temperature of the heat pump unit. Before the step of obtaining the target opening rate of the compressor according to the preset target temperature and the inflow water temperature is executed by the control terminal, whether the current opening rate of the compressor is 100% or not is judged according to the current opening rate of the compressor in the obtained working parameters, namely whether the heat pump unit is in a full-load state or not is judged, and if the control terminal determines that the opening rate of the compressor of the current heat pump unit is not 100%, whether the difference value between the inflow water temperature and the outflow water temperature is smaller than the product of the preset threshold value and the current opening rate of the compressor or not is continuously judged. The preset threshold may be 4 ℃, 5 ℃, 6 ℃ or 7 ℃, and the specific value of the preset threshold is not limited herein. And determining that the difference value between the inlet water temperature and the outlet water temperature of the heat pump unit is smaller than the product of the preset threshold value and the current compressor opening rate at the control terminal, and executing the step of obtaining the target compressor opening rate of the heat pump unit according to the preset target temperature and the inlet water temperature by the control terminal.
It should be noted that, if the starting rate of the compressors is not 100% and the difference between the inlet water temperature and the outlet water temperature is greater than the preset threshold, the control terminal may close half of the number of the compressors currently started, and if the calculated closing number is a non-integer, the closing number is rounded down, for example, the number of the currently started compressors is 7, and 3 compressors are closed. If the opening rate of the compressor is not 100%, and the difference between the inlet water temperature and the outlet water temperature is neither greater than the preset threshold corresponding to the current outdoor environment temperature nor less than the product of the preset threshold corresponding to the current outdoor environment temperature and the opening rate of the current compressor, the control terminal can keep the current state of the compressor of the heat pump unit, namely, the opened compressor is not closed, and the closed compressor is not opened.
Step S35, judging whether the difference value between the inlet water temperature and the outlet water temperature is larger than a preset threshold value; if the difference value between the inlet water temperature and the outlet water temperature is larger than a preset threshold value; step S36 is executed;
step S36, controlling at least one compressor to be turned off to reduce the current compressor opening rate to a preset opening rate threshold, where the preset opening rate threshold is less than 100%.
When the control terminal determines that the opening rate of the compressor of the current heat pump unit is 100%, namely the current heat pump unit is in a full-load operation state, whether the difference value between the inlet water temperature and the outlet water temperature is larger than a preset threshold value or not can be continuously judged, and if the difference value between the inlet water temperature and the outlet water temperature is larger than a first preset threshold value, the control terminal can control at least one compressor in the heat pump unit to be closed so that the opening rate of the current compressor is reduced to the preset opening rate threshold value. For example, if the total number of the compressors of the heat pump units is 10, the preset threshold value is 5 ℃, the preset opening rate threshold value is 50%, and the current opening rate of the compressors is 100%, it is determined whether the difference between the inlet water temperature and the outlet water temperature is greater than 5%, and when it is determined that the difference between the inlet water temperature and the outlet water temperature is greater than 5 ℃, the control terminal controls the heat pump units to close 5 compressors.
If the opening rate of the compressor is 100%, and the difference value between the water inlet temperature and the water outlet temperature is not greater than the preset threshold value, the control terminal does not adjust the compression opening rate of the heat pump unit, namely, the opened compressor is not closed, and the closed compressor is not opened.
It should be noted that the difference between the inlet water temperature and the outlet water temperature in steps S34 and S35 may be a difference between the current inlet water temperature and the outlet water temperature, the difference between the inlet water temperature and the outlet water temperature may also be a difference between the average inlet water temperature and the average outlet water temperature in a preset time period including the current time, and the preset time period may be 2S, 5S, or 10S, which is not limited to the preset time period. The difference between the inlet water temperature and the outlet water temperature can also be the difference between the inlet water temperature and the corresponding outlet water temperature at each moment in a preset time period including the current moment, in this case, if the current compressor opening rate is not 100%, the control terminal can judge whether the difference between the inlet water temperature and the outlet water temperature in the preset time period is continuously smaller than the product of a preset threshold and the current compressor opening rate, and if the difference between the inlet water temperature and the outlet water temperature in the preset time period is smaller than the product of the preset threshold and the current compressor opening rate, the step of obtaining the target compressor opening rate according to the preset target temperature and the inlet water temperature is executed; if the difference value between the inlet water temperature and the outlet water temperature is continuously larger than the preset threshold value within the preset time period, the control terminal closes half of the compressors which are started currently; if the difference value between the inlet water temperature and the outlet water temperature within the preset time period is neither continuously greater than the preset threshold value corresponding to the current outdoor environment temperature nor continuously less than the product of the preset threshold value corresponding to the current outdoor environment temperature and the current compressor opening rate, the control terminal can keep the current state of the compressor of the heat pump unit, namely, the opened compressor is not closed or the closed compressor is not opened. If the current compressor opening rate is 100%, the control terminal can judge whether the difference value between the inlet water temperature and the outlet water temperature in the preset time period is continuously larger than a preset threshold value, and if the difference value between the inlet water temperature and the outlet water temperature in the preset time period is continuously larger than the preset threshold value, the control terminal controls at least one compressor to be closed so that the current compressor opening rate is reduced to the preset opening rate threshold value, wherein the preset opening rate threshold value is smaller than 100%.
The preset thresholds used in steps S34 and S35 may also be different preset thresholds determined according to different outdoor ambient temperatures and different heat pump unit operating modes, specifically, the preset thresholds correspond to a first preset threshold when the heating mode and the outdoor ambient temperature are less than or equal to a first preset loop temperature, and correspond to a second preset threshold when the heating mode and the outdoor ambient temperature are greater than the first preset loop temperature, where the second preset threshold is greater than the first preset threshold; the refrigeration mode and the outdoor environment temperature are corresponding to a third preset threshold value under the condition that the refrigeration mode and the outdoor environment temperature are less than or equal to a second preset ring temperature, the refrigeration mode and the outdoor environment temperature are corresponding to a fourth preset threshold value under the condition that the refrigeration mode and the outdoor environment temperature are greater than the second preset ring temperature, and the second preset ring temperature is greater than the first preset ring temperature.
This embodiment is through the compressor opening rate according to heat pump set, water inlet temperature and outlet water temperature, the quantity of opening of more meticulous control heat pump set's compressor, it is too high to avoid water temperature under the heating mode in heat pump set's the water side heat exchanger, exceed normal application scope, lead to compressor condensation temperature to exceed the scope, damage the compressor, water temperature is too low under the heating mode again or, lead to water side heat exchanger to freeze, water gets into heat pump set fluorine side heat exchanger, lead to fluorine side heat exchanger to scrap.
The invention also proposes a computer-readable storage medium on which a computer program is stored.
