An air filter with a dust removal device comprises an upper cover (1) and a lower cover (2) connected with the lower end of the upper cover (1), and is characterized in that a plurality of fixing pieces (5) are arranged at the joint of the upper cover (1) and the lower cover (2), an air inlet pipe (3) is connected to one side face of the upper cover (1), a replacement port (7) is formed in the other side face of the upper cover (1), a knob (8) is arranged at the port of the replacement port (7), an air outlet (23) is formed in one side face of the lower cover (2), an air outlet pipe (4) is connected to the port of the air outlet (23), a fixing frame (6) is arranged on the outer side of the lower cover (2), an air valve (92) is arranged at one end, located in the air inlet pipe (3), of the inner portion of the upper cover (1), and an upper filter cylinder (9) is arranged at one end, corresponding to the air valve (92), of the inner portion of the upper cover (1), a lower filter cylinder (27) is arranged in the lower cover (2) corresponding to the air outlet (23), one end of the lower filter cylinder (27) is positioned on the inner side wall of the lower cover (2) and connected with a driving motor (24), an inclined plate (26) is arranged in the lower cover (2) and positioned below the lower filter cylinder (27), a dust collecting opening (25) is formed in one end of the inner part of the lower cover (2) positioned on the inclined plate (26), a brush plate (21) is arranged on one side of the inner side wall of the lower cover (2) positioned on the lower filter cylinder (27), and brushes (22) are distributed on the side surface of the brush plate (21) corresponding to the outer surface of the lower filter cylinder (27);
one end of the air valve (92) is connected with a first sleeve (91), one end of the upper filter cylinder (9) is connected with a first connecting pipe (93) corresponding to the first sleeve (91), the outer surface of the first connecting pipe (93) and the inner surface of the first sleeve (91) are both provided with threads, and one end of the upper filter cylinder (9) is in threaded connection with the air valve (92) through the first sleeve (91) and the first connecting pipe (93);
the other end of the upper filter cylinder (9) is connected with a dust tube (94), a threaded rod (95) is arranged between the dust tube (94) and the knob (8), the dust tube (94) and the knob (8) are fixedly connected through the threaded rod (95), threads are arranged on the outer surface of the threaded rod (95) and the inner surface of the replacement port (7), the other end of the upper filter cylinder (9) is in threaded connection with the replacement port (7) through the threaded rod (95), and the outer diameter of the threaded rod (95) is larger than that of the first connecting pipe (93);
the inclined plate (26) is arranged obliquely, dust carried in air entering the inclined plate from the air inlet pipe (3) can be retained in the inclined plate, when the air enters the inclined plate, the retained dust can move towards the dust collecting pipe (94) due to the influence of air flow and is finally retained in the dust collecting pipe (94), the bottom end of the inclined plate (26) is positioned at the edge of the dust collecting opening (25), the lower end of the dust collecting opening (25) is provided with a dust discharging cover, the brush (22) is in contact with the surface of the lower filter cylinder (27), and the upper filter cylinder (9) is arranged obliquely;
one end of the lower filter cylinder (27) is connected with the output end of the driving motor (24), the other end of the lower filter cylinder (27) is connected with a bearing (28), one end of the bearing (28) is connected with a second sleeve (29), one end of the air outlet (23) is positioned inside the lower cover (2) and is connected with a detection pipe (31), one end of the detection pipe (31) corresponding to the second sleeve (29) is connected with a second connecting pipe (30), and a filter screen (32) is arranged inside the detection pipe (31);
the inner surface of the second sleeve (29) and the outer surface of the second connecting pipe (30) are both provided with threads, the second sleeve (29) is in threaded connection with the second connecting pipe (30), the lower filter cartridge (27) is in rotary connection with the second sleeve (29) through a bearing (28), and the bearing (28) is fixedly connected with the detection pipe (31) through the second sleeve (29) and the second connecting pipe (30);
two ends of the filter screen (32) are correspondingly connected with connecting plates (34), grooves (36) are formed in the inner side wall of the detection tube (31) corresponding to the two connecting plates (34), one side face of each connecting plate (34) is located in each groove (36) and is connected with a return spring (33), the other side face of each connecting plate (34) is connected with a push rod (35), and one end, corresponding to each push rod (35), of the inner side wall of each groove (36) is provided with a pressure sensor (37);
one side surface of the connecting plate (34) is connected with one side wall of the groove (36) through a return spring (33), one end of the ejector rod (35) is in contact with the pressure sensor (37), and the filter screen (32) and the detection pipe (31) are connected through the connecting plate (34) and the return spring (33);
when the air filter is used, air enters from the air inlet pipe (3), is filtered by the upper filter cylinder (9) and the lower filter cylinder (27) and then is discharged to the air outlet (23) through the detection pipe (31), when the surface area of the upper filter cylinder (9) and the lower filter cylinder (27) is not too much, the air resistance is small, the air flow in the lower filter cylinder (27) is large, the filter screen (32) is pushed to extrude towards the air outlet (23), namely, the connecting plates (34) at the two ends of the filter screen (32) drive the ejector rods (35) to push against the pressure sensors (37), the pressure value born by the pressure sensors (37) is in a normal range, and if the air flow in the upper filter cylinder (9) or the lower filter cylinder (27) is small due to long-time use, the surface dust accumulation is more, the air resistance is large, the air flow entering the interior of the air is small, the air flow discharged into the detection pipe (31) is small, the extrusion force of the filter screen (32) to the air outlet (23) is reduced, the pressure generated by the ejector rods (35) driven by the connecting plates (34) at the two ends of the filter screen (32) to the pressure sensor (37) is reduced, namely, the pressure value born by the pressure sensor (37) is lower than a normal range value, which indicates that the air outlet efficiency of the air filter is low, at the moment, the pressure sensor (37) transmits a signal to the external controller, the external controller controls the driving motor (24) to work, the filter cylinder (27) is driven to rotate by the external controller, and the surface of the air filter is cleaned by the brush (22), so that the dust on the surface of the air filter is cleaned, meanwhile, the operator can be reminded, and the upper filter cylinder (9) needs to be cleaned.
