Abstract

本发明提供一种生物质燃料颗粒的制备方法,属于生物质燃料技术领域,具体的,将回收的生物质干燥粉碎成粉末,添加乌洛托品为燃烧助剂,聚乙烯醇为粘结剂,添加氢氧化钠吸收二氧化氮有害气体。本发明制备的生物质燃料颗粒燃烧充分,燃烧气体不含有害成分,极大的解决了农村中大量秸秆废弃的问题,具有良好的经济价值。

技术领域
本发明涉及生物质燃料技术领域,具体为一种生物质燃料颗粒的制备方法。
背景技术
近年来,随着环保意识的逐渐提高,农村已经不允许大规模燃烧秸秆,现在对秸秆的处理多是通过堆肥发酵。但是发酵远远不能满足秸秆的回收量,因此市场上对于秸秆集中回收燃烧作为燃料的需求日益增加,但是秸秆燃烧存在如下问题:燃烧不充分,即使是干燥的秸秆亦不能完全燃尽。
因此,为了使其燃烧充分,现有技术的生物质燃料燃烧炉多采用鼓风进气,同时,对秸秆进行粉碎造粒,多孔隙,增加接触表面积。
但是燃烧炉中,即便是进气充足,主要燃烧方式仍为低氧燃烧,主要是秸秆可燃并非高易燃,燃烧会出现有毒的一氧化碳,灰烬仍存在未燃烧的成分。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的,生物质燃烧不充分的问题,本发明提供一种简单有效的生物质燃料颗粒的制备方法。
一种生物质燃料颗粒的制备方法,包括以下步骤 :
1)将回收的生物质干燥,粉碎;
2)将粉碎的干燥生物质、乌洛托品和聚乙烯醇混合均匀加入造粒机;
3)造粒,得生物质燃料,粒径为1-5cm。
其中,所述的生物质为农作物秸秆,花生壳,树杆。
更多的,所述的步骤2)中,各组分混合均匀后,还需要加入氢氧化钠,所述的步骤2)中,各组分具体为:粉碎的干燥生物质100份,乌洛托品5-10份,聚乙烯醇5-10份,3-8份氢氧化钠。
所述的聚乙烯醇分子量为8-12万,以水溶液形式添加,其水溶液浓度为70-80wt%。
本发明通过添加乌洛托品作为高温助燃剂,在半封闭的燃烧炉中,乌洛托本身可燃易燃,能引燃干燥的生物质,为了屏蔽生物质和乌洛托品燃烧生成的二氧化氮,本发明额外添加了氢氧化钠干燥条件下能吸收二氧化氮。
更多的,本发明用聚乙烯醇作为造粒用粘结剂,粘结性能好,能燃烧,燃烧产物仅为水和二氧化碳。
本发明有益效果
1)回收的生物质燃烧充分,燃烧后灰烬中无可燃烧性,释放热量高;
2)燃烧不产生有害气体。

实施例1
将回收的秸秆暴晒后烘干干燥,使用粉碎机粉碎成粉末,备用;
将聚乙烯醇配置成80wt%水溶液备用;
以100kg秸秆为基底,添加6kg氢氧化钠,8kg乌洛托品,10kg聚乙烯醇水溶液(含有聚乙烯醇约为8kg)混合投进造粒机造粒,得到生物质燃料颗粒,粒径约为5cm。
实施例2
将回收的秸秆暴晒后烘干干燥,使用粉碎机粉碎成粉末,备用;
将聚乙烯醇配置成70wt%水溶液备用;
以100kg秸秆为基底,添加3kg氢氧化钠,3.5kg乌洛托品,10kg聚乙烯醇水溶液(含有聚乙烯醇约为8kg)混合投进造粒机造粒,得到生物质燃料颗粒,粒径约为5cm。
对比例1
将回收的秸秆暴晒后烘干干燥,使用粉碎机粉碎成粉末,备用;
将聚乙烯醇配置成80wt%水溶液备用;
以100kg秸秆为基底,8kg乌洛托品,10kg聚乙烯醇水溶液(含有聚乙烯醇约为8kg)混合投进造粒机造粒,得到生物质燃料颗粒,粒径约为5cm。
燃烧效果测试
将实施例1和2,对比例1和干燥的秸秆(CK,直接进行造粒,不添加任何助剂)加入本公司的生物质颗粒真火壁炉进行燃烧处理。
对各实施例的燃烧灰烬进行再燃焼处理检测是否燃烧充分。
采用湿润KI淀粉试纸检测排气口二氧化氮排放情况。

1.一种生物质燃料颗粒的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤 :
1)将回收的生物质干燥,粉碎;
2)将粉碎的干燥生物质、乌洛托品和聚乙烯醇混合均匀加入造粒机;
3)造粒,得生物质燃料,粒径为1-5cm。
2.根据权利要求1所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的生物质为农作物秸秆,花生壳,树杆。
3.根据权利要求1所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的步骤2)中,各组分混合均匀后,还需要加入氢氧化钠。
4.根据权利要求3所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的步骤2)中,各组分具体为:粉碎的干燥生物质100份,乌洛托品5-10份,聚乙烯醇5-10份,3-8份氢氧化钠,所述的份为重量份。
5.根据权利要求1所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的聚乙烯醇分子量为8-12万,以水溶液形式添加,其水溶液浓度为70-80wt%。
