Detailed Description
As shown in fig. 1, can be pulled out manually when needed, and is applied to the transition between the lowest part and the ground. The safety support (1-2) is arranged on the bearing flat plate (1-3) and used for supporting the ground when the bearing flat plate is lifted to a certain height and parked for a long time, the bearing flat plate (1-3) can be extended, a tensioning rope (1-5) is needed for adjustment, and the guardrail (1-6) is connected to ensure the stability of four corners of the bearing flat plate (1-3). The bearing flat plate (1-3), the pulley (1-7), the guardrail (1-6) and the winch (1-4) are fixed by screws to form a lifting whole, the pulley (1-7) is sleeved on the upright post (1-8), and the rollers of the pulley (1-7) slide by taking four corners of the upright post (1-8) as slideways. One end of a steel wire rope (1-9) is fixed on a roller of a turbine servo all-in-one machine of a winch (1-4), then the steel wire rope bypasses a pulley (1-10) and is fixed in a pulley to form a movable pulley structure. The winding drum of the winch (1-4) rotates to drive the steel wire rope (1-9) and then drive the pulley (1-7) and the connecting piece thereof to slide up and down along the upright post (1-8).
The foldable safety support (1-2) is arranged at the front lower end of the bearing flat plate (1-3), the guardrail (1-6) is arranged at the rear end of the bearing flat plate (1-3), and the equipment is good in protection, safe and reliable.
As shown in figure 2, the safety support comprises a quick bolt (2-1), the quick bolt (2-1) penetrates through a support pipe sleeve (2-2) and is fixed with a plurality of hole positions of a support leg extension bar (2-3) according to different actual heights, the support leg extension bar (2-3) is connected with a foot base (2-4), and the foot base (2-4) is adjusted to support the ground when the safety support is fixed.
As shown in figure 3, the middle beam assembly piece I (3-19-1), the middle beam assembly piece II (3-19-2), the reinforcing rib supporting angles (3-19-3) and the middle beam reinforcing pipes (3-19-4) are assembled and welded to form the middle reinforcing beam assembly piece (3-19). The middle reinforcing beam assembly (3-19), the right support arm assembly (3-1), the connecting pipe assembly III (3-13), the connecting pipe assembly II (3-14), the left support arm assembly (3-15), the connecting pipe assembly I (3-16) and the rubber pad (3-17) are respectively fixed by bolts. The left telescopic arm assembly (3-12) is arranged in the left support arm assembly (3-15), wherein a plurality of limiting holes are formed in the left telescopic arm assembly (3-12) and the bearing flat plates are fixed by limiting screws (3-2) for different extension sizes, the limiting screws (3-2) adopt a two-section thread mode, when the first section of screws are screwed out, the screwing-out is stopped when no thread is seen, the limiting screws are prevented from falling off, and the left telescopic arm assembly (3-12) can slide in the left support arm assembly (3-15). Because the hole site fixed gear can not be seen, the hole site can not be butted correctly and timely, half holes are added on the right support arm assembly (3-1) and the left support arm assembly (3-15), and when the half holes coincide with the limiting holes, the limiting screws (3-2) are screwed in, so that the fixing effect of the extension end is realized. The first telescopic arm assembly (3-5) and the second telescopic arm assembly (3-4) are respectively arranged in the middle reinforcing beam assembly (3-19). The right telescopic arm assembly (3-3) is arranged in the right support arm assembly (3-1), and the left telescopic arm assembly (3-12) is arranged in the left support arm assembly (3-15). The right telescopic arm assembly (3-3), the second telescopic arm assembly (3-4), the first telescopic arm assembly (3-5) and the front end of the left telescopic arm assembly (3-12) are fastened with the flat plate front end assembly (3-9) by screws. Slide wheels (3-8) arranged on two sides of the approach bridge pedal assembly (3-6) are fixed by a shaft clamp spring (3-7), are integrally arranged in a slide of the flat plate front end assembly (3-9) and hidden in the bearing flat plate when not in work, the rear end of the approach bridge pedal assembly is limited by an approach bridge flat plate (3-10), and the front end of the approach bridge pedal assembly is manually pulled out to be attached to the ground to form a certain included angle to play a role in transitional connection when in work. Rubber pads (3-17) are fixed at the lower end of the platform to play a role in buffering, and the bearing flat plate can be prevented from being scraped and bumped with the ground below.
The bearing flat plate can adopt a bolt connection structure for thin-wall section bars, and has the advantages of convenient transportation, simple and easy installation, light overall weight and capability of improving the load capacity. The bearing flat plate has an extension function, so that the space is greatly saved, and the storage range of different goods is not limited. The dull and stereotyped front end of bearing has hidden approach bridge function, realizes transition between the perfect and ground of minimum, and non-minimum can be at any time manual income dull and stereotyped inside. The front end safety support can be put down when the bearing platform is fixed at a certain height for a long time, and the supporting legs can be adjusted in multiple gears and are suitable for different heights in a normal use state. The two sides of the bearing flat plate are respectively provided with a tensioning device which is fixed at the front ends of the guardrail and the bearing flat plate, and the tensioning devices are adjusted by adopting standard part turnbuckles, so that the stress at the front end of the bearing flat plate is effectively shared by the mechanical structure, and the bearing flat plate can be uniformly stressed even if the front end of the bearing flat plate is overloaded.
As shown in figure 4, the main cross beam (4-11) adopts an I-shaped steel structure, and is welded with a guardrail reinforcing cross beam (4-2), a reinforcing groove (4-3), a reinforcing rib supporting angle (4-4), a guardrail left longitudinal beam (4-6), a longitudinal reinforcing beam left (4-12), a longitudinal reinforcing beam right (4-13) and a guardrail right longitudinal beam (4-14) to form a guardrail main body through a connecting reinforcing angle (4-15). The pipe plug (4-1) is arranged in the square pipe of the left longitudinal beam (4-6) and the right longitudinal beam (4-14) of the guardrail. The left (4-7) of the fixed tie bar is connected to the left longitudinal beam (4-6) of the guardrail by a screw (4-5). The right (4-16) of the fixed tie bar is connected to the right longitudinal beam (4-14) of the guardrail by a screw (4-5). One end of the protecting rope (4-10) penetrates into the protecting rope fixing bolt (4-9) hole, then the protecting rope fixing bolt (4-9) is screwed into the protecting rope locking bolt (4-8) to lock the protecting rope (4-10), and the protecting rope locking bolt (4-8) is arranged on the left longitudinal beam (4-6) of the guardrail.
The other end of the protecting rope (4-10) penetrates into a protecting rope locking screw (4-18), two ends of the protecting rope locking screw (4-18) are locked on the guardrail right longitudinal beam (4-14) by two nuts (4-17), and a flat washer (4-19) is arranged between the nut (4-17) and the guardrail right longitudinal beam (4-14).
The main beam of the guardrail can adopt standard H-shaped steel, and the bending moment, the pressure load and the deflection load are superior to other structures.
As shown in fig. 5, the upright post reinforcing ribs (5-1), the channel steel fixing blocks (5-2), the bottom plate (5-3), the switch slide ways (5-10), the upright post square tubes (5-11) and the pulley shaft fixing tubes (5-18) are assembled and welded into an upright post assembly. The base reinforcing channel steel (5-4) is combined by bolts (5-7). The slide way limiting blocks (5-9) are arranged in the switch slide ways (5-10) and locked at proper positions by screws (5-8). The upright post close plates (5-16) are fixed by screws (5-17). The pulleys (5-21) are pressed into the first shaft sleeves (5-20), are arranged into the pulley fixing shafts (5-19) and are fixedly locked by the screws (5-23) and the upright pulley pads (5-22). The pulley fixing shaft (5-19) is arranged in the pulley fixing tube (5-18) and is locked by a fixing shaft pad (5-15), a flat washer (5-14), a spring washer (5-13) and a screw (5-12).
As shown in figure 6, the pulley roller (6-2) is pressed into the second shaft sleeve (6-3) to penetrate through the pulley roller shaft (6-4) and fixed on the pulley assembly (6-1) and the clearance is adjusted by the hexagon socket flat end tightening (6-7). The cover (6-8), the cover II (6-29) and the wire groove (6-32) are fixed on the pulley assembly (6-1) by screws (6-31). The turbine box limiting seat (6-28) and the distribution box (6-30) are fixed on the pulley assembly (6-1) by screws (6-28). The over-coil (6-27) penetrates into the pulley assembly (6-1). The pipe plug (6-26) is arranged in the pulley assembly (6-1). The travel switch device (6-21) is fixed on the pulley assembly (6-1) through a screw (6-18), a spring washer (6-19) and a flat washer (6-20). The latch hook (6-13) and the flat washer (6-12) penetrate through the lock fixing shaft (6-11) and are fixed on two sides of the pulley assembly (6-1) and are limited by the shaft clamp spring (6-10). One end of the lock tension spring (6-9) is fixed on the pulley assembly (6-1) by a screw (6-15), and the other end is fixed on the lock hook (6-13). The press-fit end of the safety rope device (6-17) is fixed on the lifting rope device (6-22), the other end of the safety rope device is fixed on the lock hook (6-13) through a screw (6-15), and the gap between the lock hook (6-13) and the upright column square tube (figure 5, 5-11) is adjusted through the galvanized double clamp (6-17). One end of the pulley pulling device (6-23) is a threaded end, a threaded hole is formed in the pulley assembly (6-1) corresponding to the threaded end, and the other end of the pulley pulling device (6-23) is connected with the pulley assembly (6-1) through a flat washer (6-24) and a nut (6-25). The lifting rope device (6-22) penetrates into the pulley pulling device (6-23).
As shown in figure 7, the turbine integrated machine (7-1) is integrated by a servo motor, a turbine and a worm speed reducer, has small occupied space and attractive appearance, and the turbine and the worm have a mechanical self-locking function. A flat key (7-2) is arranged on the shaft, and a roller assembly (7-3) is arranged on the shaft of the turbine all-in-one machine (7-1). A steel wire rope (as shown in figure 6, one end of the steel wire rope 6-22) is arranged in a shaft hole of the turbine all-in-one machine (7-1), is propped by an inner hexagonal fastening (7-4) and is locked by a nut (7-4).
The winding part is composed of a turbine servo integrated machine (the shell is formed in one step by aluminum die casting, and a turbine box and a servo motor are integrated inside the turbine servo integrated machine) and a roller assembly, and then one end of a steel wire rope is fixed by the roller assembly. The winding part is arranged on the sliding body, a steel wire rope wound from the winding roller assembly penetrates through the upper pulley of the upright post and then is fixed on the sliding body, the motor rotates to drive the winding drum, and the roller winds the steel wire rope to enable the sliding body and the related connecting piece to rise, fall or stop. The structure forms the moving process of the movable pulley, has the function of saving half force, prolongs the service life of the steel wire rope, and reasonably utilizes the power of the servo motor. The servo motor is adopted for control, and the functions of speed adjustment, accurate ascending and descending are achieved. The speed reducer adopts a worm wheel and worm structure, the mechanical self-locking advantage of the worm wheel and the worm is effectively utilized, the condition that the sliding body and the bearing flat plate slide down when the motor breaks down is avoided, and the safety of the machine is further enhanced.
As shown in figure 8, a first (8-3) screw-in nut (8-5) is locked on the pull rope (or a second (8-4) screw-in nut is locked on the pull rope and is used when the bearing flat plate has different sizes), and the screw-in size is adjusted. The lower part of the pull rope is locked (8-6) and screwed into the nut (8-5), and the screwing size is adjusted. The lower lock (8-6) of the pull rope penetrates through the tensioning fixed seat (8-7), and the tensioning fixed seat is fixed with the bearing flat plate (as shown in figure 1). A first locking part (8-3) on the pull rope (or a second locking part (8-4) on the pull rope is used when the bearing flat plate is different in size) penetrates into the guardrail (shown in figure 1) and is fixed and adjusted by a nut (8-1) and a flat washer (8-2).
The pulley is installed on four sides gyro wheel and is realized the decline process that rises as the slide with stand four edges and corners. The pulley rollers are distributed with two rollers on one surface. The rollers are distributed according to a parallelogram stress principle, when the column type lifting machine is stressed, the upper roller at the rear end and the lower roller at the front end are stressed greatly, and the rib plates of the sliding bodies are supported between the rollers. Because under the bearing condition, the bearing platform of the column type lifter belongs to the cantilever, the upper roller at the rear end is larger than other rollers, and the lower roller at the front end is smaller than other rollers, the front end of the column type lifter slightly upwarps when no load exists. The rear end and the adjacent side are provided with adjustable roller structures which can be finely adjusted, so that the error in the machining process is solved, and the upper gap and the lower gap of the pulley are uniform. The safety lock structure is adopted inside, the lock hook is downward in normal work, the tension spring is fixed at the lower side, the tension spring reaches the maximum tension position, the upper portion is connected with the lifting rope device through the safety rope, the length of the safety rope can be adjusted through the galvanized double clamps, and a gap of 5mm between the downward lock hook and the stand column is guaranteed. Once lifting rope, coaster draw when device department has the fracture condition, the safety rope will drop, and the latch hook reaches the horizontality under the effect of extension spring return force and pins in the spring-in stand recess, reaches safety protection's effect.
As shown in fig. 9, the winch (1-4) drives the steel wire rope (1-9) to pass through the vertical column (1-8) and the pulley (1-10) to be connected with the pulley pulling device (6-23), the pulley pulling device (6-23) is connected and fastened with the connecting piece (1-12) on the pulley, and the winch rolls the steel wire rope to realize the up-and-down movement of the pulley (1-7) and the related part thereof. The locking hooks (6-13) fix the screws (6-15), one end of the lock tension spring (6-9) is hung on the screws (6-15), and the other end is hung on the screws (1-15). The safety rope (1-11) is fixed on the screw (6-15), the other end of the safety rope passes through the lifting rope device (6-22), the length of the safety rope (1-11) is adjusted and fixed by the galvanized double clamps (6-17), and a safety gap of about 5mm is formed between the lock hook (6-13) and the upright post (1-8).
As shown in fig. 10, the locking hook (6-13) has a gap with the upright post (1-8) at the outer side of the locking limit groove under the adjustment of the safety rope (1-11), at this time, the lock tension spring (6-9) is in an elongated state, and the resilience force is smaller than the tension force of the safety rope (1-11).
As shown in fig. 11, the steel wire ropes (1-9) are broken, the lifting rope devices (6-22) and the safety ropes (1-11) fall off along the pulley pulling devices (6-23) under the action of gravity, the pulleys (1-7) slide downwards under the action of gravity, at the moment, under the condition that the tension of the safety ropes (1-11) is smaller than the resilience force of the lock tension springs (6-9), the lower end surfaces of the outer sides of the lock hooks (6-13) are overlapped with the upper end surfaces of the flat plates (1-13), and the lock hooks (6-13) spring into the lock limiting grooves of the upright posts (1-8) to stop sliding downwards.
As shown in figure 12, the pulley pulling device (6-23) is broken, the pulley (1-7) slides down under the action of gravity, the safety rope (1-11) cannot bear the weight and is instantaneously broken, at the moment, under the condition that the lock hook (6-13) only has the resilience force of the lock tension spring (6-9), the lower end face of the outer side of the lock hook (6-13) is overlapped with the upper end face of the flat plate (1-13), and the lock hook (6-13) bounces into the lock limiting groove of the upright post (1-8) to stop sliding down.
As shown in fig. 13, under the action of the resilience tension of the lock tension spring (6-9), the lock hook (6-13) is overlapped with the upper end face of the flat plate (1-13) and enters the lock limiting groove (1-14) to be overlapped with the bottom of the limiting groove. At the moment, the lock achieves the safety protection effect.
When the winch and the sliding body are randomly connected and break or fall off in the process of the movement or stop of the sliding body dragged by the steel wire rope, the safety lock is triggered when the sliding body slides down quickly, and the safety protection effect is achieved.

the turbine box limiting seat (6-28) is arranged in the middle of the left side of the pulley assembly (6-1), and the power distribution box (6-30) is arranged on the lower portion of the left side of the pulley assembly (6-1);
