The bottle pushing machine provided by the embodiment of the application can combine the head raising motion and the forward pushing motion of the bottle pushing, can push the bottle to the glass bottles below 350 mm, is high in adaptability, can push the bottle for at most 10 times per minute, and is high in bottle pushing efficiency. Further, referring to fig. 9, fig. 9 is a schematic structural diagram of a bottle pushing rod 52 of a bottle pushing machine with an adjustable raising height according to some embodiments of the present application. In the bottle pushing machine with the adjustable head raising height provided by the embodiment of the application, the plurality of rack-shaped toothed blocks 522 are arranged on the push rod mounting plate 521, and a limiting space is formed between every two toothed blocks 522, so that a plurality of glass bottles can be fixed, and the glass bottles are contacted with the whole side surface of the toothed blocks 522, so that the contact area between the glass bottles and the toothed blocks 522 is increased, the stress is increased, the stability is improved, and the phenomenon of bottle pushing and bottle inverting can be reduced; and the angle between two sides of each tooth block 522 is gradually increased from top to bottom, so that the glass bottle can be slightly and obliquely limited between the two tooth blocks 522, and the phenomenon that the glass bottle falls down and is damaged due to collision between the glass bottle and the bottle pushing rod 52 caused by the fact that the glass bottle is suddenly tilted backwards due to the inertia effect in the bottle pushing process can be avoided.
Further, as shown in fig. 1 and 10, the bottle pushing machine with the adjustable raising height according to the embodiment of the present application further includes a protective cover 70 and a heat insulation plate 80, the protective cover 70 is enclosed on the rack body 10, and the heat insulation plate 80 is disposed at the front end of the rack body 10.
Further, referring to fig. 10, fig. 10 is a schematic structural diagram of a protective cover 70 of a bottle pushing machine with adjustable raising height according to some embodiments of the present application. The protective cover 70 is composed of at least two cover single bodies 71, and every two cover single bodies 71 are connected through a hinge 72. the movable swing arm structure is respectively connected with the other end of the front pushing connecting rod device and the head raising seat, swings left and right under the driving of the front pushing connecting rod device, and drives the head raising driving structure to swing left and right through the head raising seat;
the bottle pushing structure comprises a head lifting frame and a bottle pushing rod, the head lifting frame is arranged on the movable swing arm structure through a movable support frame, the rear end of the head lifting frame is connected with the other end of the head lifting connecting rod device, and the bottle pushing rod is arranged at the front end of the head lifting frame.
