the liquid material recovery bin is connected with the separation net through a flow guide pipe, a flow guide valve is arranged on the flow guide pipe and connected with the control processor, the control processor controls the opening and closing of the flow guide valve, and when the flow guide valve is opened, liquid kitchen waste in the separation net is output to the liquid material recovery bin through the flow guide pipe.
As a preferable mode of the present invention, the bottom of the separation net further comprises a constant temperature device;
the thermostatic device is connected with the control processor, and the control processor controls the temperature and the opening of the thermostatic device;
the constant temperature device is started when the separation net filters the liquid kitchen waste, the temperature inside the separation layer is kept, and grease in the liquid kitchen waste is prevented from being solidified.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the liquid recovery bin further includes a refrigeration device inside;
the refrigerating device is connected with the control processor, and the control processor controls the temperature and the starting of the refrigerating device;
the refrigerating device cools the liquid in the liquid recovery bin, and the grease in the liquid recovery bin is cooled and solidified.
As a preferred mode of the present invention, a flow meter is provided in the draft tube;
the flow meter is connected with the control processor, and the control processor acquires flow information of the flow meter;
and under the opening state of the closing device and the diversion valve, if the flow information of the flow meter is zero, the control processor closes the closing device and the diversion valve.
A working method of a restaurant kitchen waste filtrate system comprises the following steps:
collecting kitchen waste in a collecting bin;
the control processor outputs an opening signal to a sealing device, the sealing device is opened, the guide valve is opened, and meanwhile, the control processor outputs an opening signal to the guide valve;
after the sealing device is opened, filtering liquid kitchen waste in the collection bin by the filtrate holes and collecting the liquid kitchen waste into the separation net;
after the diversion valve is opened, the liquid kitchen waste in the separation net is output through the diversion pipe and the liquid material recovery bin;
in addition, after the control processor outputs closing signals to the closing device and the diversion valve, the control processor outputs rotation signals to the rotating shaft.
The method comprises the following steps:
after the control processor outputs an opening signal to the sealing device, the control processor outputs an opening signal to the constant temperature device, and the constant temperature device is opened;

this application is arranged in carrying out solid-liquid separation with being in rubbish in the food and beverage, the classification and the recovery of rubbish after the kitchen of being convenient for to this application does not need the manual work to carry out solid-liquid separation, only need put into the collection storehouse with rubbish after the kitchen, and the system can separate solid-liquid automatically.
For the grease in the liquid kitchen waste, the liquid state and the solid state are converted when the temperature changes, and the temperature of the recovery system is controlled, so that the grease is changed from the liquid state to the solid state, the cleaning and the recovery of the grease are convenient, and the pollution caused by the grease is avoided.

A restaurant kitchen waste filtrate system comprising: the solid-liquid separator 1 and the liquid recovery apparatus 2 control the processor 3.
The solid-liquid separation device 1 comprises a collection bin 11, a separation layer 12, a solid recovery bin 13 and a liquid recovery bin 14.
The collection bin 11 is used for placing all the garbage in the collection bin 11, and the kitchen garbage is separated in the collection bin 11.
The collection bin 11 is used for collecting kitchen waste, and the kitchen waste comprises solid kitchen waste and liquid kitchen waste.
The separation layer 12 is disposed below the collection bin 11, and the separation layer 12 is used for separating solid kitchen waste from liquid kitchen waste. The separation layer 12 comprises a rotating shaft 121, a separation mesh 122, a closing means 123.
The separating layer 12 separates the liquid kitchen waste, the separating net 122 filters the liquid kitchen waste, and the solid kitchen waste after the liquid kitchen waste is filtered enters the solid recovery bin 13 after being opened by the separating layer 12.
The rotation shaft 121 is disposed at one side of the separation net 122, the rotation shaft 121 is connected to the control processor 3, and when the control processor 3 outputs a rotation signal to the rotation shaft 121, the rotation shaft 121 rotates, and the separation layer 12 is rotated downward and opened.
The separation net 122 is hollow, the top of the separation net 122 is provided with a plurality of filtrate holes 124, and the filtrate holes 124 are used for collecting liquid kitchen waste in the kitchen waste into the separation net 122. The sealing device 123 is arranged on the filtrate hole 124, the sealing device 123 is connected with the control processor 3, the control processor 3 controls the sealing device 123 to be closed and opened, and when the sealing device 123 is closed, the filtrate hole 124 stops filtering.
The liquid kitchen waste separated by the separation net 122 enters the liquid recovery bin 14.
The solid recovery bin 13 is arranged below the separation layer 12, and after the separation layer 12 is opened, kitchen garbage in the collection bin 11 falls into the solid recovery bin 13.
The liquid recycling bin 14 is connected with the separation net 122 through a guide pipe 4, a guide valve 41 is arranged on the guide pipe 4, the guide valve 41 is connected with the control processor 3, the control processor 3 controls the opening and closing of the guide valve 41, and when the guide valve 41 is opened, the liquid kitchen waste in the separation net 122 is output to the liquid recycling bin 14 through the guide pipe 4.
The kitchen waste is collected in the collecting bin 11.
The control processor 3 outputs an opening signal to the closing device 123, the closing device 123 is opened, the diversion valve 41 is opened, and meanwhile, the control processor 3 outputs an opening signal to the diversion valve 41.
After the closing device 123 is opened, the liquid kitchen waste in the collecting bin 11 is filtered by the filtrate hole 124 and collected to the inside of the separating net 122.
After the diversion valve 41 is opened, the liquid kitchen waste in the separation net 122 is output through the diversion pipe 4 and the liquid recovery bin 14.
Further, after the control processor 3 outputs a closing signal to the closing device 123 and the diverter valve 41, the control processor 3 outputs a rotation signal to the rotation shaft 121.
In a preferred mode of the present invention, the bottom of the separation net 122 further comprises a constant temperature device 5.
The thermostatic device is connected with the control processor 3, and the control processor 3 controls the temperature and the opening of the thermostatic device.
The thermostat is opened when the separation mesh 122 filters the liquid kitchen waste, and the temperature inside the separation layer 12 is maintained, so that the grease in the liquid kitchen waste is prevented from being solidified.
The thermostat 5 heats the bottom of the separation screen 122, the temperature being kept constant, for example: 20 degrees celsius, or at room temperature. The thermostatic device 5 prevents the grease from solidifying and adhering to the separating layer 12 when it is cooled.
After the control processor 3 outputs an opening signal to the closing device 123, the control processor 3 outputs an opening signal to the thermostat device, and the thermostat device is opened.
In addition, after the control processor 3 outputs a closing signal to the diversion valve 41, the control processor 3 outputs a closing signal to the thermostat, and the thermostat is closed.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the liquid recovery bin 14 further comprises a refrigeration device 6 inside.
The refrigerating device is connected with the control processor 3, and the control processor 3 controls the temperature and the opening of the refrigerating device.
The refrigerating device 6 cools the liquid in the liquid recovery bin 14, and the grease in the liquid recovery bin 14 is cooled and solidified.
The cooling device 6 is used to control the temperature at a lower temperature, for example: at the temperature of 5 ℃, the grease is solidified in a refrigeration state, so that the grease can be conveniently extracted and separated, and the grease in liquid kitchen waste is reduced.
After the control processor 3 outputs a closing signal to the diversion valve 41, the control processor 3 outputs an opening signal to the refrigerating device, the refrigerating device is opened, and the grease in the liquid recovery bin 14 is solidified.
In addition, after the control processor 3 outputs an opening signal to the sealing device 123, the control processor 3 outputs a closing signal to the refrigerating device.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, a flow meter 42 is provided in the draft tube 4.
The flow meter 42 is connected to the control processor 3, and the control processor 3 acquires flow rate information of the flow meter 42.
When the closing device 123 and the diversion valve 41 are in the open state, and the flow information of the flow meter 42 is zero, the control processor 3 closes the closing device 123 and the diversion valve 41.
When the flow meter 42 is zero, no liquid kitchen waste is separated, the diversion valve 41 and the closing device 123 are closed, and the rotating shaft 121 is opened to release solid kitchen waste. Waiting for the next kitchen waste separation.
If the closing means 123 and the diversion valve 41 are in the open state, the flow meter 42 outputs real-time flow information to the control processor 3.
If the control processor 3 determines that the real-time flow information is zero, the control processor 3 outputs a closing signal to the closing device 123 and the diversion valve 41.
Example two
A working method of a restaurant kitchen waste filtrate system comprises the following steps:
the kitchen waste is collected in the collecting bin 11.
The control processor 3 outputs an opening signal to the closing device 123, the closing device 123 is opened, the diversion valve 41 is opened, and meanwhile, the control processor 3 outputs an opening signal to the diversion valve 41.
After the closing device 123 is opened, the liquid kitchen waste in the collecting bin 11 is filtered by the filtrate hole 124 and collected to the inside of the separating net 122.
After the diversion valve 41 is opened, the liquid kitchen waste in the separation net 122 is output through the diversion pipe 4 and the liquid recovery bin 14.
Further, after the control processor 3 outputs a closing signal to the closing device 123 and the diverter valve 41, the control processor 3 outputs a rotation signal to the rotation shaft 121.
The method comprises the following steps:
after the control processor 3 outputs an opening signal to the closing device 123, the control processor 3 outputs an opening signal to the thermostat device, and the thermostat device is opened.
In addition, after the control processor 3 outputs a closing signal to the diversion valve 41, the control processor 3 outputs a closing signal to the thermostat, and the thermostat is closed.
