the rotating device comprises a bearing seat (3), a rotating main shaft (4), a motor mounting plate (5), a rotating driving wheel (7), a rotating motor (6), a rotating driven wheel (8), a rotating synchronous belt, a main shaft flange (9) and an upper end flat plate (10), wherein the bearing seat (3) is vertically fixed on the lifting cylinder adapter plate (2), and the lower end of the rotating main shaft (4) is vertically mounted in the bearing seat (3) through two bearings; the motor mounting plate (5) is fixed on the bearing seat (3), and the middle part of the motor mounting plate (5) is provided with a through hole for the rotating main shaft (4) to pass through; the rotary driven wheel (8) is fixed on the rotary main shaft (4) through a key, the rotary motor (6) is fixed on the motor mounting plate (5) on one side of the bearing seat (3), the output end of the rotary motor (6) is connected with the rotary driving wheel (7), the rotary driving wheel (7) is connected with the rotary driven wheel (8) through a rotary synchronous belt, and when the rotary motor (6) works, the rotary main shaft (4) is driven to rotate through a synchronous belt mechanism formed by the rotary driving wheel (7), the rotary synchronous belt and the rotary driven wheel (8), so that an upper end flat plate (10) fixed above the rotary main shaft (4) is driven to rotate;
the translation device comprises a front rotating shaft (11), a rear rotating shaft (12), a left side plate (13), a right side plate (14), a first shaft sleeve (15), a first threaded gear (16), a connecting ring (17), a translation driven wheel (18), a translation driving wheel (19), a translation motor (20), a translation synchronous belt, a driving shaft (21), a second threaded gear (22), a transmission chain wheel and a chain conveyor belt (24), the left side plate (13) and the right side plate (14) are arranged in parallel, the left side plate (13) and the right side plate (14) are respectively fixed on the left side and the right side of the upper end flat plate (10), the front rotating shaft (11) is fixed at the front end of the upper end flat plate (10), the rear rotating shaft (12) is fixed at the rear end of the upper end flat plate (10), the front rotating shaft (11) and the rear rotating shaft (12) are both arranged perpendicular to the left side plate (13) and the right side plate (14), and two ends of the front rotating shaft (11) and the rear rotating shaft (12) are respectively fixed on the left side plate (13) and the right side plate (14); the left ends of the front rotating shaft (11) and the rear rotating shaft (12) are respectively provided with a left chain shaft sleeve (23), the right ends of the front rotating shaft (11) and the rear rotating shaft (12) are respectively provided with a right chain shaft sleeve (27), the two left chain shaft sleeves (23) are sleeved with a chain conveyor belt (24), and the two right chain shaft sleeves (27) are sleeved with a chain conveyor belt (24);

when the translation motor (20) works, a synchronous belt mechanism consisting of a translation driving wheel (19), a translation driven wheel (18) and a translation synchronous belt drives the whole body consisting of the first shaft sleeve (15), the first threaded gear (16) and the connecting ring (17) to rotate, the second threaded gear (22) meshed with the first threaded gear (16) is driven to rotate, and then the driving shaft (21) and the two transmission chain wheels are driven to rotate, so that the two chain transmission belts (24) are driven to move.
