Simultaneously this rear axle assembly system's rear axle attaches together district 40 and locates on automobile chassis 50's chassis region, and rear axle partial shipment district 30 attaches together district 40 with the rear axle and combines together with the delivery track, and structural configuration is succinct, but greatly reduced takes up an area of the space, under the stimulation of assembly line high beat, can avoid having to stop the line and the wrong dress risk, reduces rear axle transport time, improves assembly efficiency.
Alternatively, the conveying track 20 is configured as an annular magnetic stripe track; the conveying track 20 is an annular magnetic strip track, and the AGV trolley 10 is guided to circularly run on the conveying track by using a contactless power supply cable.
Referring to fig. 3, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a rear axle assembly method, including the following steps:
s100, acquiring the conveying sequence of various automobile chassis 50 in the rear axle assembling area 40;
s200, controlling the AGV 10 to start the corresponding rear axle tray structure 102 in the rear axle sub-packaging area 30 according to the conveying sequence of the various automobile chassis;
s300, controlling a rear axle split charging device to split charge a rear axle onto a corresponding rear axle tray structure 102 of the AGV car 10;
s400, controlling the AGV 10 to acquire a light target signal of the automobile chassis of the rear axle combination area 40 so that the running speed of the AGV 10 is equal to the running speed of the automobile chassis 50;
and S500, controlling the rear axle assembling device to assemble the rear axle on the AGV 10 with the corresponding automobile chassis 50.
Specifically, in this embodiment, when the rear axle of the vehicle needs to be assembled and disassembled, first, the main console needs to obtain the conveying sequence of the multiple vehicle chassis 50 in the rear axle assembling area 40; at the position of the rear axle split charging area 30, controlling the AGV car 10 to start the corresponding rear axle tray structure 102 in the rear axle split charging area 30 according to the conveying sequence of the various automobile chassis; then controlling a rear axle sub-packaging device to sub-package the rear axle onto a corresponding rear axle tray structure 102 of the AGV car 10; at the position of the rear axle assembling area 40, the main control console controls the AGV 10 to acquire a light target signal of an automobile chassis of the rear axle assembling area 40 so that the running speed of the AGV 10 is equal to the running speed of the automobile chassis 50; then controlling the rear axle assembling device to assemble the rear axle on the AGV 10 with the corresponding automobile chassis 50; at this time, the split-assembling and the multi-assembling operations of the rear axle are completed.
Referring to fig. 4, in another embodiment of the present invention, the step S400 of controlling the AGV 10 to acquire the light target signal of the vehicle chassis of the rear axle combination area 40 so that the traveling speed of the AGV 10 is equal to the traveling speed of the vehicle chassis 50 specifically includes the following steps:
s4000, when the AGV 10 enters the rear axle assembling area 40, controlling the running speed of the AGV 10 to be higher than the running speed of the automobile chassis 50 so that the AGV 10 can acquire a light target signal of the automobile chassis 50;
s4001, when the AGV 10 obtains the light target signal of the automobile chassis 50, controlling the traveling speed of the AGV 10 to be equal to the traveling speed of the automobile chassis 50.
After the rear axle is subpackaged in the rear axle subpackaging area 30, the AGV leaves the rear axle subpackaging area 30 and enters the rear axle assembling area 40, the main control platform sends a signal to the signal controller 103, and the AGV 10 performs a speed switching mode at the moment, specifically, when the AGV 10 enters the rear axle assembling area 40, the running speed of the AGV 10 is controlled to be larger than the running speed of the automobile chassis 50, so that the AGV 10 can obtain a light target signal of the automobile chassis 50; when the AGV 10 acquires a light target signal of the automobile chassis 50, controlling the running speed of the AGV 10 to be equal to the running speed of the automobile chassis 50; at this time, the AGV 10 travels at the same speed as the chassis 50, and it is ensured that the AGV does not move relative to the chassis 50 when the rear axle is assembled, thereby ensuring the accuracy of the rear axle assembly.
Optionally, the step of "S400, controlling the AGV 10 to obtain a light target signal of the vehicle chassis of the rear axle combination area 40, so that the traveling speed of the AGV 10 is equal to the traveling speed of the vehicle chassis 50" specifically includes the following steps: when the AGV 10 cannot acquire the light target signal of the automobile chassis of the rear axle combination area 40, the AGV 10 and the rear axle combination device are controlled to stop working. In actual rear axle assembly work, control AGV car 10 and can not acquire the rear axle and attach together the light target signal of district 40's vehicle chassis, probably main control cabinet or AGV car break down this moment, control AGV car 10, rear axle promptly and attach together the device stop work to cause subsequent rear axle assembly work confusion, there is the production potential safety hazard.
Optionally, the step of "S500, controlling the rear axle assembling device to assemble the rear axle of the AGV 10 with the corresponding vehicle chassis 50" specifically includes the following steps: when the control rear axle attaches together the device and can't assemble the rear axle on the AGV car 10 with corresponding vehicle chassis 50 in the alarm area that the rear axle attached together the district 40, control AGV car 10, rear axle attach together the device stop work. Similarly, in the rear axle assembly work of reality, assemble the rear axle that the device can't assemble the rear axle on the AGV car 10 with corresponding vehicle chassis 50 in the alarm area that the control rear axle attaches together the district 40 at the rear axle, probably main control cabinet, AGV car or rear axle attach together the device and break down this moment, control AGV car 10 promptly, rear axle attaches together the device stop work to in order to cause subsequent rear axle assembly work confusion, there is the production potential safety hazard.
Optionally, after the step S500 of controlling the rear axle assembling device to assemble the rear axle of the AGV 10 with the corresponding vehicle chassis 50, "the method specifically includes the following steps: the AGV 10 is controlled to shield the light target signal of the vehicle chassis 50 so that the travel speed of the AGV 10 is greater than the travel speed of the vehicle chassis 50.
After the rear axle attaches together the district 40 and accomplishes the equipment back at the rear axle, main control cabinet control AGV car 10 shields automobile chassis 50's light target signal, so that the rate of travel of AGV car 10 is greater than automobile chassis 50's rate of travel, thereby make AGV car 10 acceleratedly leave rear axle and attach together district 40, in order to avoid influencing the rear axle assembly of follow-up other AGV cars 10, AGV car 10 reentrant rear axle partial shipment district 30 this moment, the repeated partial shipment of above-mentioned rear axle with attach together.
