The positioning inner frame 32 and the positioning outer frame 31 are connected in a welding mode, so that the overall strength of the positioning outer frame 31 is improved, the two first side plates 311 are not prone to incline towards each other, and the connection quality of the first side plates 311 and the instrument panel beam 6 can be improved. The cross type split design of the positioning inner frame 32 and the positioning inner frame 31 is convenient to process respectively, certain assembly allowance can be reserved, and assembly errors caused by part processing can be adjusted during assembly.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 6, the positioning inner frame 32 includes a plurality of second side plates 322 and a second top plate 323, three sides of the second top plate 323 are respectively connected with one second side plate 322, and three second side plates 322 and one second top plate 323 form a half-enclosed structure, which not only increases the connection area between the positioning inner frame 32 and the positioning outer frame 31, but also increases the stability of the positioning outer frame 31, so that the first positioning bracket 3 has a sufficiently high strength while being light, thereby stably supporting the mounting bracket 2.
Alternatively, the front portion of the second top panel 323 is not connected to the second side panel 322, and the front portion of the second top panel 323 is disposed spaced apart from the first top panel 312, providing sufficient space for positioning the external frame 31 to be connected to the mounting bracket 2.
Advantageously, the included angle between the second top plate 323 and the extended first side plate 311 is an acute angle, so that the side of the second top plate 323 away from the first top plate 312 protrudes outward from the positioning outer frame 31 and is welded on the instrument panel cross beam 6, which effectively improves the connection strength and connection stability of the first positioning bracket 3 and the instrument panel cross beam 6.
Optionally, a wire harness through hole 321 is provided on the positioning inner frame 32. In some specific examples, the wire harness through hole 321 is perforated in the thickness direction of the second top plate 323, so that each wire harness of the central control system is conveniently arranged, each wire harness is prevented from being wound, and the wire harness is also conveniently connected to the display screen 13.
Optionally, a second positioning bracket 4 is provided in the middle of the mounting bracket 2, the second positioning bracket 4 being located between the first positioning bracket 3 and the third positioning bracket 5. Therefore, the mounting bracket 2 can be supported by the positioning bracket at a plurality of positions, and the whole mounting bracket 2 is ensured to be kept stable without shaking.
Advantageously, the area enclosed by the cross-sectional profile of the second positioning bracket 4 increases gradually in the direction from the mounting bracket 2 to the instrument panel cross member 6. In these examples, the contact area of the second positioning bracket 4 with the dash cross-member 6 is large, so that the force transmitted from the mounting bracket 2 is quickly transmitted through the second positioning bracket 4 and dispersed to a large area of the dash cross-member 6, which is advantageous for enhancing the shock-absorbing effect.
Optionally, the front end of the second positioning bracket 4 is detachably connected to the mounting bracket 2, and the rear end of the second positioning bracket 4 is welded to the instrument panel cross beam 6. The mounting bracket 2 is conveniently disassembled and assembled from the second positioning bracket 4, and the mounting bracket 2 is stably mounted on the second positioning bracket 4.
In some specific examples, as shown in fig. 7, the second positioning bracket 4 includes a plurality of third side plates 41 and a third top plate 42, the third top plate 42 is detachably connected to the mounting bracket 2 by a second bolt assembly 7 (the structure of the second bolt assembly 7 can be seen in fig. 5), and the second bolt assembly 7 can be a second bolt and a nut, or a second bolt and a second threaded hole, which is not limited herein. So that the second positioning bracket 4 is detachably connected with the mounting bracket 2.
Alternatively, the end of the third side panel 41 is provided with a second flange 43 extending perpendicularly thereto, and the bottom of the second flange 43 is in contact with the dash cross-member 6. The connection stability of the second positioning bracket 4 and the instrument panel cross beam 6 is further improved.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 8, the third positioning bracket 5 includes: the instrument panel comprises a first connecting frame 51, a second connecting frame 52 and a third connecting frame 53, wherein the first connecting frame 51, the second connecting frame 52 and the third connecting frame 53 form a semi-surrounding structure, and the first connecting frame 51 is connected between the mounting bracket 2 and the instrument panel cross beam 6 in a bending mode; the two ends of the second connecting frame 52 are respectively connected with the first connecting frame 51 and the third connecting frame 53, the bottom surface of the third connecting frame 53 is raised to form an arc surface 531, and the arc surface 531 is matched and welded with the surface of the instrument panel beam 6. The first connecting frame 51, the second connecting frame 52 and the third connecting frame 53 are arranged to form a semi-surrounding structure, so that the mounting bracket 2 and the instrument panel cross beam 6 are connected more tightly and more stably. The third connecting frame 53 provided with the arc surface 531 can be quickly positioned with the first beam 61 during assembly, the contact area is large, the connection is stable, and the firmness of connection between the third positioning bracket 5 and the instrument panel beam 6 can be effectively improved by welding after positioning and connection.
Optionally, a third threaded hole is formed in the first connecting frame 51, and the first connecting frame 51 is connected to the mounting bracket 2 by a third bolt.
Optionally, a positioning hole is further provided on the first connecting frame 51 so as to be positioned with the instrument desk.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 8, the third positioning bracket 5 further includes a reinforcing frame 54, the reinforcing frame 54 is disposed in a space between the first connecting frame 51 and the third connecting frame 53, one end of the reinforcing frame 54 is connected to the third connecting frame 53, and the other end of the reinforcing frame 54 is connected to the instrument panel cross member 6. The reinforcing frame 54 can effectively improve the overall strength of the third positioning bracket 5 and the strength of the connection of the third connecting frame 53 to the dash cross-member 6.
In the description of the invention, features defined as "first", "second" and "third" may explicitly or implicitly include one or more of the features for distinguishing between the described features, whether they are sequential or not.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 9, the first connecting frame 51, the second connecting frame 52, and the third connecting frame 54 are provided with reinforcing ribs arranged along their respective extending directions, so as to improve the structural strength of each connecting frame.
Optionally, a plurality of wire passing holes are formed in the reinforcing frame 54, so that the weight of the reinforcing frame 54 is reduced, and meanwhile, the wire harnesses near the display screen 13 can be conveniently arranged in a penetrating manner.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1 and 7, the instrument panel cross member 6 includes a first cross member 61 and a second cross member 62 that are nested, the first cross member 61 and the second cross member 62 are welded, and the first cross member 61 and the second cross member 62 are each formed as a hollow tubular member. The instrument panel beam 6 can adjust the length thereof, and is adaptively arranged near a central control system, thereby stably supporting a positioning bracket, a mounting bracket and a display screen 13.
Optionally, the outer diameter of the first cross beam 61 is smaller than that of the second cross beam 62, and a transition tubular beam is arranged at the joint between the first cross beam 61 and the second cross beam 62 and welded. The structure stability of the instrument panel cross beam 6 is ensured, and the whole display screen 13 is ensured not to shake finally after the installation is finished.
A vehicle having a display screen mounting assembly 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described.
A vehicle according to an embodiment of the present invention includes the aforementioned display screen mounting assembly 100.
According to the vehicle provided by the embodiment of the invention, by adopting the display screen mounting assembly 100, the display screen 13 is ensured to have a larger display area, and meanwhile, the stability is high, the shaking is avoided, and the disassembly and the assembly are convenient.
In the description of the present invention, it should be noted that, unless otherwise explicitly specified or limited, the terms "mounted" and "connected" are to be interpreted broadly, e.g., as being either fixedly connected, detachably connected, or integrally connected; either mechanically or electrically. The specific meanings of the above terms in the present invention can be understood in specific cases to those skilled in the art.
Two display screens 13 are shown in fig. 1 for illustrative purposes, but it is obvious to those skilled in the art after reading the above technical solutions that the solution can be applied to the technical solutions of a larger number of display screens 13, which also falls within the protection scope of the present invention.
The display screen mounting assembly 100 and the welding operation in a vehicle having the same according to the embodiment of the present invention are well known to those skilled in the art and will not be described in detail herein.

Claims (10)

1. A display screen mounting assembly, comprising:
a plurality of display screens;
the display screen display device comprises a mounting bracket, wherein one side of the mounting bracket is detachably connected with a plurality of display screens;
the instrument board cross beam is arranged at an interval with the mounting bracket and is arranged on one side of the mounting bracket away from the display screen;
the mounting bracket is connected with one end of the positioning bracket, and the other end of the mounting bracket is connected with the instrument board beam.
2. The display screen mounting assembly of claim 1, further comprising a first mounting plate and a second mounting plate which are detachably connected, wherein the first mounting plate covers one side of the second mounting plate, the first mounting plate is provided with a plurality of display areas, and each display area is correspondingly provided with one display screen;
the second mounting plate is connected with the mounting bracket.

The display screen mounting assembly of claim 2, wherein a portion of the second mounting plate protrudes away from the first mounting plate to form a plurality of protruding portions, the plurality of protruding portions are arranged at intervals along the length direction of the second mounting plate, a first mounting lug is arranged between every two adjacent protruding portions, the mounting bracket is in contact with the protruding portions, a second mounting lug extends out of one side of the mounting bracket facing the second mounting plate, and the second mounting lugs are in one-to-one correspondence with and are connected with the first mounting lugs.
4. The display screen mounting assembly of claim 3, wherein all of the raised portions are flush with one side surface of the mounting bracket, and one of the raised portions and the mounting bracket is provided with a positioning piece and the other is provided with a matching hole;
and one of the lug boss and the mounting bracket is provided with a clamping piece, and the other one of the lug boss and the mounting bracket is provided with a clamping hole or a clamping groove matched with the clamping piece.
5. The display screen mounting assembly of claim 1, wherein the plurality of positioning brackets are a first positioning bracket, a second positioning bracket and a third positioning bracket which are arranged at intervals along the length direction of the mounting bracket, the mounting bracket protrudes in the direction away from the display screen and is provided with three mounting holes, and each mounting hole is connected with one positioning bracket through a bolt and a nut.

The display screen mounting assembly of claim 5, wherein the first positioning bracket comprises an outer positioning bracket and an inner positioning bracket, the side portion of the outer positioning bracket extends in an arc shape from the direction of the mounting bracket to the direction of the instrument panel cross beam, one end of the outer positioning bracket is detachably connected with the mounting bracket, and the other end of the outer positioning bracket is welded with the instrument panel cross beam;
the positioning inner frame and the positioning outer frame are arranged in a crossed mode, the outer side face of the positioning inner frame is connected with the inner side face of the positioning outer frame respectively, one end, far away from the mounting support, of the positioning inner frame is welded with the instrument board beam, and a wiring harness through hole is formed in the positioning inner frame.

The display screen mounting assembly of claim 5, comprising two display screens, wherein the two display screens are respectively mounted on two sides of the mounting bracket, the second positioning bracket is arranged in the middle of the mounting bracket, and the second positioning bracket is positioned between the first positioning bracket and the third positioning bracket;
the area defined by the transverse section outline of the second positioning support in the direction from the mounting support to the instrument board beam is gradually increased, the front end of the second positioning support is detachably connected with the mounting support, and the rear end of the second positioning support is welded with the instrument board beam.
8. The display screen mounting assembly of claim 5, wherein the third positioning bracket comprises: the first connecting frame, the second connecting frame, the third connecting frame and the reinforcing frame form a semi-surrounding structure,
the first connecting frame is connected between the mounting bracket and the instrument board beam in a bending mode;
two ends of the second connecting frame are respectively connected with the first connecting frame and the third connecting frame;
the bottom surface of the third connecting frame is raised to form an arc surface, and the arc surface is fit with and welded with the surface of the instrument board beam;
the reinforcing frame is arranged in a space between the first connecting frame and the third connecting frame, one end of the reinforcing frame is connected with the third connecting frame, and the other end of the reinforcing frame is connected with the instrument board cross beam.
9. The display screen mounting assembly of any of claims 5-8, wherein the instrument panel cross member comprises first and second nested cross members, the first and second cross members being welded, the first and second cross members each being formed as a hollow tubular member.
10. A vehicle comprising a display screen mounting assembly according to any one of claims 1 to 9.
