Abstract
The invention discloses a process for manufacturing PET cat eye seamless non-positioning aluminized composite paper, which comprises the following steps: designing a plurality of patterns formed by arranging and combining cat eyes; copying and transferring the pattern on the nickel plate to a PET mould pressing plate; fixing the mask film with the printing surface facing upwards on a second traction film, and fixing the PET mould pressing pattern on the mask film with the pavement facing upwards; printing UV gloss oil on the PET mould pressing plate overlapped with the transparent area; pressing the pattern of the PET mould pressing plate onto the plate roller to form a plate roller without a plate seam; coating a coating on one side of the membrane material and drying to form a coating; transferring the pattern to the coating on one side of the film material by mould pressing through a plate roller; carrying out aluminizing treatment on the coating on one side of the membrane material; and gluing one side of the film material, and laminating the film material and the paper to form the composite paper. According to the invention, the cat eye pattern is transferred to the PET mould pressing plate, the printing roller, the coating on one side of the membrane material and the composite paper in sequence from the nickel plate, and the seamless printing roller is manufactured by mould pressing, so that the aluminized composite paper of the seamless mould pressing cat eye pattern can be obtained.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of cat eye composite paper, in particular to a manufacturing process of PET cat eye seamless non-positioning aluminized composite paper.
Background
At present, when the cat eye composite paper is manufactured, a flat plate is stuck on a plate roller, the plate roller is used for carrying out mould pressing on a membrane material, however, the cat eye pattern of a mould pressing product has an obvious plate stitching line at the position where the flat plate rotates for a circle of head and tail, the cat eye pattern is incomplete, and the quality of the composite paper compounded with paper is unqualified. For some fine patterns, two groups of plate rollers can be used for positioning and repeatedly molding to manufacture a molded product with hidden plate seams, but for cat eye patterns, the cat eye patterns are generally required to be clear and obvious in outline, and meanwhile, double stamping can cause double images of the cat eye patterns to affect the effect of the cat eye patterns.
Disclosure of Invention
The present invention is directed to solving at least one of the problems of the prior art. Therefore, the invention provides a process for manufacturing PET cat eye seamless non-positioning aluminized composite paper, which can manufacture composite paper with seamless die-pressed cat eye patterns.
The PET cat eye seamless non-positioning aluminized composite paper manufacturing process provided by the embodiment of the invention comprises the following steps: designing a plurality of patterns formed by arranging and combining cat eyes, and manufacturing a nickel plate with the patterns; copying and transferring the pattern on the nickel plate to a PET mould pressing plate; fixing a mask film on a second traction film in a manner that the printing surface of the mask film faces upwards, and fixing a PET (polyethylene terephthalate) mould pressing pattern on the mask film in a manner that the pavement faces upwards, wherein the mask film is provided with a transparent area with the same size as the pattern and shading areas positioned at the front end and the rear end of the transparent area; printing UV gloss oil on the PET mould pressing plate overlapped with the transparent area; pressing the pattern of the PET mould pressing plate onto a plate roller, and forming a plate roller without a plate seam after the plate roller is solidified, wherein the circumferential length of the plate roller is the same as the length of the transparent area; coating a coating on one side of the membrane material and drying to form a coating; the pattern is subjected to mould pressing and transfer printing to a coating on one side of the film material through the plate roller; carrying out aluminizing treatment on the coating on one side of the membrane material; and gluing one side of the membrane material, and laminating the membrane material and the paper to form the composite paper.
The method has the following beneficial effects: according to the invention, the cat eye pattern is transferred to the PET mould pressing plate, the printing roller, the coating on one side of the film material and the composite paper in sequence from the nickel plate, the shading film is additionally arranged, the size of the transparent area is consistent with that of the pattern, and the UV gloss oil in the shading area is not solidified, so that the grains of the overlapped line are not pressed on the printing roller, and the seamless printing roller is manufactured by mould pressing, and further the seamless cat eye pattern can be mould-pressed and transferred to the coating on one side of the film material.
According to some embodiments of the invention, the step of transferring the pattern replication on the nickel plate to the PET embossing plate specifically comprises: placing the nickel plate with the grain surface facing upwards on a first traction film, coating UV gloss oil on the nickel plate, and covering the PET mould pressing plate on the nickel plate; and carrying out mould pressing transfer printing on the nickel plate and the PET mould pressing plate, and curing the PET mould pressing plate.
According to some embodiments of the invention, the coating material is UV varnish, and the coating layer on one side of the film material is irradiated and cured by a UV lamp after the embossing transfer.
According to some embodiments of the invention, the PET embossing plate has a thickness of not less than 100 μm.
According to some embodiments of the invention, the PET embossed plate has a length greater than a circumferential length of the plate roll.
According to some embodiments of the invention, the outer surface of the roll of PET embossing plate is frosted prior to embossing the pattern of the embossing plate onto the roll.

fixing a mask film on a second traction film with the printing surface facing upwards, and fixing a PET mould pressing pattern on the mask film with the pavement facing upwards, wherein the mask film is provided with a transparent area with the same size as the pattern and shading areas positioned at the front end and the rear end of the transparent area;
printing UV gloss oil on the PET mould pressing plate overlapped with the transparent area;
pressing the pattern of the PET mould pressing plate onto the plate roller, and forming a plate roller without a plate seam after the plate roller is solidified, wherein the circumferential length of the plate roller is the same as the length of the transparent area;
coating a coating on one side of the membrane material and drying to form a coating;
transferring the pattern to the coating on one side of the film material by mould pressing through a plate roller;
carrying out aluminizing treatment on the coating on one side of the membrane material;
and gluing one side of the film material, and laminating the film material and the paper to form the composite paper.
According to the invention, the cat eye pattern is transferred to the PET mould pressing plate, the printing roller, the coating on one side of the film material and the composite paper in sequence from the nickel plate, the transparent area is consistent with the pattern size through adding the shielding film, and the UV gloss oil in the shielding area is not solidified, so that the grains of the overlapped line are not pressed on the printing roller, and thus the seamless printing roller is manufactured through mould pressing, and the seamless cat eye pattern can be transferred to the coating on one side of the film material through mould pressing.
The coating after the aluminum plating treatment also has metallic luster, so that the aluminum-plated composite paper of the cat eye pattern without the plate seam can be obtained, the problem of double image of the plate seam and double plate pressing of the prior cat eye pattern die pressing is solved, the seamless cat eye pattern is produced, and the requirements of mass production and flexible use are met.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the step of transferring the pattern replication on the nickel plate to the PET embossing plate specifically comprises:
placing a nickel plate on a first traction film with a grain surface facing upwards, coating UV gloss oil on the nickel plate, and covering a PET mould pressing plate on the nickel plate;
and carrying out mould pressing transfer printing on the nickel plate and the PET mould pressing plate, and curing the PET mould pressing plate.
Wherein, the first traction film and the second traction film are both used for carrying out transmission traction in the mould pressing operation.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the film material may be a PET film, the paint may be UV varnish, the dried coating layer is a UV coating layer, the coating layer on one side of the film material is irradiated and cured by a UV lamp after the mold pressing transfer printing, and the UV mold pressing method can prevent the film material from being scalded by high temperature.
The thickness of the PET molding plate is adjusted according to the requirement, but for the purpose of flatness and no deformation, the thickness of the PET molding plate is not less than 100 μm, the length of the PET molding plate is greater than the circumferential length of the plate roller, and it can be understood that the width of the PET molding plate does not exceed the height of the plate roller.
In some embodiments of the invention, before the pattern of the PET embossing plate is embossed on the plate roller, the outer surface of the plate roller is a frosted surface, which can increase the adhesion of the plate roller to the UV varnish after curing.

- The PET cat eye seamless non-positioning aluminized composite paper manufacturing process is characterized by comprising the following steps of:designing a plurality of patterns formed by arranging and combining cat eyes, and manufacturing a nickel plate with the patterns;copying and transferring the pattern on the nickel plate to a PET mould pressing plate;fixing a mask film on a second traction film in a manner that the printing surface of the mask film faces upwards, and fixing a PET (polyethylene terephthalate) mould pressing pattern on the mask film in a manner that the pavement faces upwards, wherein the mask film is provided with a transparent area with the same size as the pattern and shading areas positioned at the front end and the rear end of the transparent area;printing UV gloss oil on the PET mould pressing plate overlapped with the transparent area;pressing the pattern of the PET mould pressing plate onto a plate roller, and forming a plate roller without a plate seam after the plate roller is solidified, wherein the circumferential length of the plate roller is the same as the length of the transparent area;coating a coating on one side of the membrane material and drying to form a coating;the pattern is subjected to mould pressing and transfer printing to a coating on one side of the film material through the plate roller;carrying out aluminizing treatment on the coating on one side of the membrane material;and gluing one side of the membrane material, and laminating the membrane material and the paper to form the composite paper.
- 2. The manufacturing process of the PET cat eye seamless non-positioning aluminized composite paper according to claim 1, wherein the step of copying and transferring the pattern on the nickel plate to the PET molding plate specifically comprises the following steps:placing the nickel plate with the grain surface facing upwards on a first traction film, coating UV gloss oil on the nickel plate, and covering the PET mould pressing plate on the nickel plate;and carrying out mould pressing transfer printing on the nickel plate and the PET mould pressing plate, and curing the PET mould pressing plate.
- 3. The manufacturing process of the PET cat-eye seamless non-location aluminized composite paper according to claim 1, wherein the coating is UV gloss oil, and a coating on one side of the film material is irradiated and cured by a UV lamp after mould pressing and transfer printing.
- 4. The process for manufacturing the PET cat eye seamless non-location aluminized composite paper according to claim 1, wherein the thickness of the PET die-pressing plate is not less than 100 μm.
- 5. The process for manufacturing the PET cat eye seamless non-positioning aluminized composite paper according to claim 1, wherein the length of the PET molding plate is greater than the circumferential length of the plate roller.
- 6. The process for manufacturing the PET cat eye seamless non-positioning aluminized composite paper according to claim 1, wherein before the pattern of the PET embossed plate is embossed to a plate roller, the outer surface of the plate roller is a frosted surface.
