As for the manner of acquiring the amount of ink of the printer, there are various manners, for example:
the metering type ink conveying units replace ink keys on a traditional printing machine, each metering type ink conveying unit directly conveys ink to a corresponding ink area, and the ink is quantitatively supplied to each ink area by taking volume or mass as a metering basis. The output quantity and the output capacity of the metering type ink conveying unit for the medium can be calculated according to the shape and the size of the structure of the metering type ink conveying unit, or the output quantity of the metering type ink conveying unit can be controlled in a quantification mode and comprises a metering type plunger pump, a syringe pump, a peristaltic pump, a gear pump and a screw pump. One or more metering ink delivery units are arranged in the printing format to replace the ink fountain of a conventional printing press, and each metering ink delivery unit corresponds to one ink area to replace one ink key of the conventional printing press. In the working state, the ink supply flow rate of each metering type ink delivery unit is independently set and adjusted and is obtained by calculating the ink consumption of the corresponding color plate and ink area in a single printed sheet and the running speed of the printing machine, and the ink supply flow rate of each metering type ink delivery unit is calculated and adjusted in real time along with the change of the running speed of the printing machine. The ink consumption per inking zone of each color plate on a single printed sheet is obtained by a calculation method of multiplying the dot area of each inking zone of each color plate by the required ink layer thickness. The desired ink layer thickness is determined based on color requirements and related criteria. The dot area of each inking zone of each plate is calculated from the image data file used to make the plate. The whole ink conveying operation and control are realized through a process management module and a control module. The flow management module calculates and obtains the ink consumption of each ink area of each color plate in a single printed sheet according to the image data and transmits the ink consumption to the control module; the control module acquires the running state of the printing machine through the signal acquisition module; the control module respectively sets ink supply flow rate for each metering type ink conveying unit and adjusts the ink supply flow rate in real time along with the running speed of the printing machine; when the actual printing production is carried out, the control module drives each metering type ink conveying unit to convey ink to the corresponding ink area according to the flow rate set by the metering type ink conveying unit. The signal acquisition module can be used to acquire signals and can be one or more sensors. The signal acquisition module is responsible for communicating with the printer and other external equipment or systems, acquiring on-site (real-time) data of the printer and transmitting the data to other modules through the communication module. The control module may be a controller that functions to: and the data exchange module exchanges data with the flow management module, exchanges data with the signal acquisition module, automatically controls the action of the metering type ink conveying unit, automatically detects self state, collects various data information and exchanges the data information with other modules. The flow management module is an application software which is arranged on a PC or other terminal equipment and can read the image data file after color separation, analyze and calculate and transmit the data to various modules in the digital ink fountain through the communication module.
The functions realized by the flow management module, the control module and the like can be realized by the processor.
In the present embodiment, the above-described ink amount acquisition method is used, and evaluation of printing ink supply is performed on the basis of the above-described ink amount acquisition method. Of course, other ink amount methods in the related art may be used, and in any of these methods, the object of the present application can be achieved as long as the ink amount can be acquired.
