Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of injection-molded printed floor mat production, and discloses a production process of an injection-molded printed floor mat, which comprises the following steps: step 1, injection molding of a plastic part; step 2: after the injection mold in the step 1 is shaped, air blowing cooling is carried out; and step 3: printing pretreatment; and 4, step 4: printing treatment; and 5: after the printing is finished, the air dryer on the printing machine dries the plastic part by blowing, and finally the injection-molded printing ground mat is collected and stacked on the material rack to be packaged. According to the invention, the plastic piece is taken out of the mold and put on the cold water spray placement frame for continuous cooling to normal temperature, the plastic piece can be taken out and put on the conveying belt for conveying within about 10 seconds, and the fan is continuously arranged on the conveying belt for air drying the plastic piece, so that the processing efficiency is improved; and quantitative polyurethane resin YS-40PU is added into each color of ink box in the printing machine, so that the anti-falling performance of the printing is improved.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of injection-molded printed floor mats, in particular to a production process of an injection-molded printed floor mat.
Background
At present, a floor mat is a product which can effectively scrape off mud and dust and moisture at an entrance and keep the indoor floor clean. The foot bath liquid has the characteristics of elasticity, softness, comfortable foot feel and the like, is a unique ultraviolet-resistant additive, prevents fading and embrittlement, and can bear the outdoor environment of exposure to sunlight and rain. The materials used for manufacturing the floor mat in the market are various and are divided according to the materials, and the floor mat mainly comprises the forms of nylon, terylene, polypropylene fiber, acrylic fiber, pure cotton, superfine fiber, coconut fiber, rubber flocking and the like.
With the continuous improvement of the living standard of people, people not only have higher requirements on the functions of the floor mat, but also have higher and higher requirements on the modeling and the attractiveness of the floor mat, so that a plurality of manufacturers can print on the surface of the floor mat to meet the requirement of customers on the attractiveness.

step 1: injection molding of a plastic part: the PVC resin, the YS-40PU polyurethane resin, the DOP plasticizer, the activated calcium carbonate and the auxiliary materials are put into a stirrer step by step for full heating, stirring and mixing, the materials are put into an injection molding machine after being stirred uniformly, and the materials are injected into an injection mold of the ground mat in an injection molding nozzle with a continuous heat preservation effect;
step 2: after the injection mold in the step 1 is shaped, firstly, air is blown for cooling, the injection mold is opened after the temperature is reduced to 50 ℃, the plastic part is taken out and put on a cold water spraying and placing frame for continuous cooling to the normal temperature, the plastic part can be taken out and put on a conveying belt for conveying after about 10 seconds, and a fan is continuously arranged on the conveying belt for air drying the plastic part;
and step 3: printing pretreatment: placing the dried plastic piece on a printing machine, arranging cutters around a preheating plate of the printing machine, and cutting edges of the plastic piece through descending of the cutters while preheating, wherein the preheating plate can preheat the upper surface of the plastic piece to 30 ℃;
and 4, step 4: printing treatment: defining cherry blossom patterns on a computer of a printing machine, adding polyurethane resin YS-40PU in a quantitative proportion into an ink box of the printing machine, starting the printing machine, and directly spraying and printing computer pattern printing drawings on the surface of a plastic part;
and 5: after the printing is finished, the air dryer on the printing machine dries the plastic part by blowing, and finally the injection-molded printing ground mat is collected and stacked on the material rack to be packaged.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, in the step 1, the stirring speed of the stirrer is 300r/min, and the temperature of the stirrer is maintained at 140 ℃.
As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, in step 2, the height of the cold water spray placement frame is set to 1.8m, and the cold water spray placement frame is set to 5 layers, each layer is fixed with a water pipe for spraying, and the sprayed water source is filtered and then recycled.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, in step 2, one fan needs to be arranged every 20cm on the support on the conveyor belt, and 5 fans need to be arranged.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, in the step 3, the preheating plate is a silica gel heating plate, and can form a close fit with the plastic member.
In the step 4, polyurethane resin YS-40PU is added into each color cartridge in the printing machine in a ratio of 1:40, and the mixture is stirred and mixed uniformly by hand.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, in step 5, an air dryer on the printing machine blows air laterally to the plastic part until the temperature is reduced to normal temperature.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:

2. A process for producing an injection printed floor mat as claimed in claim 1, wherein: in the step 1, the stirring speed of the stirrer is 300r/min, and the temperature rise is kept within 140 ℃.

A process for producing an injection printed floor mat as claimed in claim 1, wherein: in the step 2, the height of the cold water spraying placement frame is set to be 1.8m, the cold water spraying placement frame is set to be 5 layers, each layer is fixedly provided with a water pipe for spraying, and the sprayed water source is recycled after being filtered.
