Background
A float glass production line kiln is an important part of a float glass production line, and the main body of the glass kiln comprises a small furnace, a regenerator, a melting part, a charging opening and a cooling part. The glass kiln has the main function of melting batch materials into qualified molten glass for molding, and the batch materials are heated by natural gas combustion of small furnaces of the glass kiln, so that in order to ensure scientific and reasonable combustion of the molten glass in the glass kiln, thermocouples are required to be arranged at all parts of a kiln main body, and the temperature points of all positions of the glass kiln displayed by the thermocouples are observed so as to control the flame size of each small furnace and melt the molten glass under a scientific and reasonable temperature system. Because the internal temperature of the kiln is higher and is generally in the temperature range of 1200-1590 ℃, the service life of the thermocouple of the kiln generally needs to be replaced more than a year. In particular to a furnace tank bottom galvanic couple, in order to ensure the accuracy of the temperature of the furnace tank bottom, the furnace tank bottom galvanic couple is generally 50mm higher than the tank bottom, and the tank bottom galvanic couple needs to be replaced by a new galvanic couple for more than one year due to the convection washing of glass liquid at the tank bottom. The tank bottom galvanic couple is installed in the tank bottom brick, the ceramic pipe of the galvanic couple body penetrates through the tank bottom layer of the whole kiln, the diameter of the ceramic pipe of the galvanic couple is 10mm, the diameter of a galvanic couple through hole at the tank bottom is generally 14mm, a gap between the galvanic couple ceramic pipe and the tank bottom through hole is filled with high-temperature glass liquid and solidified, when the galvanic couple at the tank bottom is replaced, the old galvanic couple ceramic pipe needs to be taken out firstly (after a galvanic couple wire is burnt out, a damaged galvanic couple wire can be directly taken out after a galvanic couple cover is opened), and the galvanic couple ceramic pipe is difficult to take out or almost impossible to take out due to the fact that the ceramic pipe and the glass liquid in the galvanic couple through hole are solidified together.
