Example 2
The embodiment provides an integrated enhancement and modification treatment process for poplar heat treatment, wax injection and dewaxing for indoor furniture, which comprises the following specific steps:
a. the dried poplar sawn timber is stacked in a treatment tank in order, and adjacent rubber wood sawn timber is separated by a spacing bar with the section not more than 3cm multiplied by 3cm, so that the poplar sawn timber can be in full contact with a heat source and a wax liquid.
b. And (3) sealing the treatment tank, starting a vacuum pump to pre-vacuumize the treatment tank, depressurizing the treatment tank to-0.08 MPa, and continuing vacuumizing for 1 hour.
c. And (4) opening a treatment tank heating system while closing the treatment tank, and heating the treatment tank to 120 ℃.
d.
