Abstract
The invention provides an environment-friendly coating process of high-color-fixing paint and 2K varnish, which can improve the appearance level of finish paint, improve the scratch resistance of the finish paint and reduce the emission of VOCs. The coating flow of the coating environment-friendly process adopts the steps of 3C2B coating process: the method comprises the steps of intermediate coating spraying, intermediate coating drying, intermediate coating polishing, wiping, high-fixation paint spraying, varnish spraying and coating drying, wherein 2K varnish is adopted in the varnish spraying step. The method is improved on the existing mature 3C2B coating process step, adopts a new 3C2B high-solid-content colored paint +2K varnish coating process, and has the characteristics of good environmental protection, stable coating quality, easy control, low operation difficulty, low operation energy consumption and low material cost; and the method is easy to implement and strong in popularization, and is an excellent choice for the transformation of the existing solvent type coating production line.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of automobile coating processes, in particular to a high-color-fixation paint and 2K varnish coating environment-friendly process.
Background
At present, the solvent-type high-fixation paint spraying of the automobile generally adopts a 3C2B high-solid-solution type colored paint process. This process has the following disadvantages: the problems of reworked vehicle body external shrinkage cavity and internal paint shrinkage caused by strong paint film shrinkage in the curing process of 3C2B solvent type high solid color paint and 1K high solid varnish technology are solved; secondly, the high-solid metallic paint and the 1K high-solid varnish are poor in matching performance, short-wave data exceeds the standard, the appearance level is limited and cannot be improved, and the appearance performance and the competitiveness of the product are influenced; the scratch resistance of the finish paint of the high solid color paint and 1K varnish process is weak; and fourthly, the discharge amount of VOCs is high, and the environmental protection performance is weak. Aiming at the problems that reworking can be reduced as far as possible at present, or parts which are easy to shrink are polished in advance before the second spraying of reworking; aiming at the problem, the optimization is usually carried out by increasing the thickness of the varnish film and profiling by a robot, but the actual effect is not good; aiming at the problem that the scratch resistance of the 1K high-solid varnish is influenced by the paint formula; aiming at the problem, the environmental protection level of coating is generally improved by modifying the water-based paint process in the industry, but the investment is high, the modification amount is large, and the manufacturing cost of a single vehicle is increased.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide an environment-friendly coating process of high-color-fixing paint and 2K varnish, which can improve the appearance level of finish paint, improve the scratch resistance of the finish paint and reduce the emission of VOCs.
The environment-friendly coating process of the high-color-fixing paint and the 2K varnish is characterized in that the coating process adopts the steps of 3C 2B: the method comprises the steps of intermediate coating spraying, intermediate coating drying, intermediate coating polishing, wiping, high-fixation paint spraying, varnish spraying and coating drying, wherein 2K varnish is adopted in the varnish spraying step.
The method is improved on the basis of the existing mature 3C2B coating process, adopts a new 3C2B high-solid-content colored paint +2K varnish coating process, has the characteristics of good environmental protection, stable and easily controlled coating quality, low operation difficulty, low operation energy consumption and low material cost, not only solves the problems of appearance and construction process limitation of the original process, but also further reduces the generation amount of VOCs and waste residues, is beneficial to environmental protection and solves the problem that the VOCs emission of the traditional solvent coating production line does not reach the standard; and the method is easy to implement and strong in popularization, and is an excellent choice for the transformation of the existing solvent type coating production line.
Further, the 2K varnish comprises a curing agent component and a 2K varnish component, and the curing agent component and the 2K varnish component are fed to a nozzle to perform spraying operation after passing through a static mixer. The double 2K varnish two components are mixed by the static mixer before use, so that the blockage of a nozzle and a pipeline caused by the solidification of the 2K varnish can be prevented.

The environment-friendly process for high-fixation paint plus 2K varnish coating according to claim 1, wherein the 2K varnish comprises a curing agent component and a 2K varnish component, and the curing agent component and the 2K varnish component are supplied to a nozzle to perform spraying operation after passing through a static mixer.
