according to fig. 4, a circuit is connected through a distribution box 62, current is distributed, a spray gun 68 is driven to move in position by matching a hydraulic rod 64 and a hydraulic pump 65, paint liquid is stored through a liquid storage tank 66, the spray gun 68 is connected with an external air pump through an air pipe connector 67, pressure of the spray gun 68 when the paint liquid is sprayed on mechanical parts is increased, and the paint liquid is sprayed on the mechanical parts through a spray head 69;
according to the illustration of fig. 4-5, the through hole 6103 is connected to the nozzle 69, the nozzle 69 and the shield 6101 are fixed together by the cooperation of the clamp 6105 and the threaded hole 6106, the shield 6101 and the baffle 6102 are wrapped around the outer wall of the nozzle 69, and the nozzle 69 can be prevented from splashing when spraying paint;
according to fig. 6-7, the odor emitted by paint liquid during spraying operation is sucked into the inner wall of the sealed cavity 91 through the matching of the air inlet 972 and the suction fan 974, the filter screen 973 can prevent blockage caused by sucking sundries, the vibration motor 975 drives the filter screen 973 to vibrate to prevent the paint liquid from adhering to a protective screen when the paint liquid is dry, the outer wall of the connecting pipe opening 96 is wrapped by the sealing ring 977 to prevent air leakage, the sucked harmful gas is purified through the matching of the purifying layer 93 and the filter element 94, and finally the purified gas is emitted through the vent 95.
