The spraying opening 161 of the spraying mechanism 160 is arranged on the top surface of the hammer head part 110, the spraying switch 163 of the spraying mechanism 160 is arranged on the surface of the handheld part 130, the liquid outlet of the pipette 162 of the spraying mechanism 160 is arranged at the spraying opening 161, the liquid inlet of the pipette 162 is arranged on the handheld part 130, the pipette 162 is sleeved with a connecting cover 164, the connecting cover 164 is used for being detachably and hermetically connected with an external liquid medicine bottle, and after the connecting cover 164 is connected with the liquid medicine bottle, the liquid inlet of the pipette 162 directly reaches the bottom of the liquid medicine bottle. In such a way, the liquid medicine bottle can be detachably installed, a storage cavity does not need to be formed in the hammer rod 120, the handheld portion 130 and other positions, the structural design of the multifunctional skin needle 100 can be simplified, the liquid medicine bottle is used for containing liquid medicine, the quality of the liquid medicine can be guaranteed, and the pollution problem of the liquid medicine can be avoided as much as possible. The spray mechanism 160 is attached to the multi-functional skin needle 100, so that the skin needle can use the medical solution as needed. For example, the liquid medicine in the liquid medicine bottle may be a disinfectant (e.g., a disinfecting alcohol, iodophor, etc.), or may be another liquid medicine (e.g., a liquid medicine used after skin acupuncture) for relieving pain. Therefore, the multifunctional skin needle 100 enriches the functions of the skin needle (for example, the spraying mechanism 160 is additionally provided to spray the liquid medicine on the skin, and no extra preparation and operation are required by the operator), so that the required auxiliary tools during the operation can be reduced, and the operation flow of the skin needle method can be optimized (for example, no extra preparation of the disinfectant liquid medicine by the operator, no extra preparation work and operation flow, and the like are required).
It should be noted that the number of the needles 152 of the detachable needle part 150 in this embodiment may be 1, 5, 7, or other numbers, such as 18, 25, etc., which are not limited herein.
In this embodiment, the number of the spraying mechanisms 160 may be two: the number of the spray outlets 161 may be two, or may be one, and is not limited herein; two pipette tubes 162; the spray switch 163 may be two independent switches or two switches interconnected; the external liquid medicine bottle can be two types: the early-stage disinfection liquid medicine, such as disinfection alcohol, iodophor and the like, is convenient for disinfecting the operation part of the patient; and the later stage water replenishing liquid medicine, such as a water replenishing spray or distilled water, is used for spraying and replenishing water to the operation part of the patient after the operation, so that the feeling of the patient in the process is facilitated. The specific implementation of the spray mechanism 160 may be a manual press type spray mechanism 160, or an electric spray type spray mechanism 160, which is not limited herein. Since both the manual pressing type spraying mechanism 160 and the electric spraying type spraying mechanism 160 have mature technologies, they will not be described in detail herein.
Illustratively, the second end face is provided with a heating mechanism 170. The heating mechanism 170 may include a heating power interface 171, a heating component 172, a heating switch 173, and an anti-burn shield 174. The power source interface is connected with the heating switch 173 and the heating element 172, the heating element 172 is installed at the opening of the second end face, the protective cover is sleeved on the periphery of the heating element 172 at intervals, and the heating switch 173 is installed on the surface of the handheld portion 130. When the external power source is connected to the power source interface and the heat generating switch 173 is closed, the heat generating component 172 generates heat.
For example, the heating element 172 may be a resistance wire. The external power supply can be 220V household power, and can also be used for supplying power for 24V and 12V storage batteries. This ensures the efficiency of heat generation as much as possible. In other realizable manners, a micro fan may be further disposed on a side (a side away from the second end surface) of the heat generating mechanism of the hammer head portion 110, so as to dissipate heat in a hot air manner, which can also effectively promote heat dissipation of the heat generating mechanism, and the implementation is not limited herein.
The second end surface of the hammer head 110 is provided with a heating mechanism 170, and the heating mechanism 170 comprises a heating power interface 171, a heating component 172, a heating switch 173 and an anti-scald shield 174. The power source interface is connected with the heating switch 173 and the heating element 172, the heating element 172 is installed at the opening of the second end face, the protective cover is sleeved on the periphery of the heating element 172 at intervals, and the heating switch 173 is installed on the surface of the handheld portion 130. When the external power source is connected to the power source interface and the heat generating switch 173 is closed, the heat generating component 172 generates heat. A heat switch 173 is mounted on the surface of the handle 130 to facilitate manipulation by the operator. The scald-proof shield 174 can prevent the operator or the patient from directly contacting the heating element 172, thereby preventing scald. And the setting of heating mechanism 170 itself can be when needs heat patient's skin (for example when patient's skin is dirty, the operator carries out the preoperative to the patient, provides certain outside heat to the patient usually, the skin of the degree of depth clean patient of being convenient for, and then carries out acupuncture processing), provides convenient heating method to the function of multi-functional skin needle 100 has further been richened, required supplementary stage property and operation flow have further been simplified.
In this embodiment, the extended length of each needle 152 on the removable needle member 150 is adjustable. And needle mounting mechanism 140 further comprises a needle coupling disc 142, a needle array switch 144 and a needle array switch disc 143.
Illustratively, a plurality of teeth with adjustable protruding length may be disposed on the needle connecting plate 142, and the first connecting member 141 is disposed on the needle connecting plate 142, wherein the teeth on the needle connecting plate 142 at least include a plurality of teeth corresponding to each needle 152 of the detachable needle member 150, and when the detachable needle member 150 is mounted on the needle mounting mechanism 140, each needle 152 of the detachable needle member 150 abuts against the corresponding teeth on the needle connecting plate 142.
For example, the needle array switching plate 143 may be disposed at a back side of the needle connecting plate 142 to abut against an end of the tooth post of the needle connecting plate 142 to fix a protruding length of the tooth post with respect to the needle connecting plate 142, wherein the needle array switching plate 143 includes at least two different configurations, and the configuration of the needle array switching plate 143 is switched to change the protruding length of the tooth post.
For example, the needle array switch 144 may be disposed on the bottom surface and connected to the needle array switch plate 143, and the state of the needle array switch 144 is switched to drive the needle array switch plate 143 to switch the shape, so as to change the extending length of the tooth column on the needle connection plate 142, so as to change the extending length of the needle on the detachable needle part 150, thereby implementing the switching of the needle array of the detachable needle part 150.
The extending length of each needle 152 on the detachable needle component 150 is adjustable, a plurality of tooth posts with adjustable extending lengths are arranged on the needle connecting disc 142 of the needle mounting mechanism 140, the first connecting piece 141 is arranged on the needle connecting disc 142, the tooth posts on the needle connecting disc 142 at least comprise a plurality of tooth posts which are in one-to-one correspondence with each needle 152 of the detachable needle component 150, and when the detachable needle component 150 is mounted on the needle mounting mechanism 140, each needle 152 of the detachable needle component 150 is abutted against the corresponding tooth posts on the needle connecting disc 142. Thus, the protruding length of the corresponding needle on the detachable needle part 150 can be adjusted by adjusting the protruding length of the tooth column on the needle connecting disc 142. The needle array switching plate 143 of the needle mounting mechanism 140 is disposed on the back side of the needle connecting plate 142 to abut against the end of the tooth post of the needle connecting plate 142 to fix the protruding length of the tooth post relative to the needle connecting plate 142, and the needle array switching plate 143 includes at least two different forms, and the form of the needle array switching plate 143 is switched to change the protruding length of the tooth post. Thus, by switching the shape of the needle array switching disk 143, the holding form of the needle array switching disk 143 against the end of the tooth post on the back side of the needle connecting disk 142 is changed, so that different tooth posts can be fixed at corresponding positions, and the protruding length of the tooth post is fixed, so that the needle arrays of the detachable needle part 150 can be correspondingly switched (for example, from the state where the protruding length of all needles is the same to the state where the protruding length of some needles is different). Thus, the length of the needle head of the detachable needle head part 150 can be adjusted in a simple manner, so that the multifunctional skin needle 100 can be applied to skin acupuncture at different parts of a patient, and the skin acupuncture therapy effect can be guaranteed.
In this embodiment, the configuration of the needle array switching disk 143 may include a flat disk and a concave disk.
Illustratively, when the flat plate (a form of the needle array switching plate 143) is held against the ends of the teeth of the needle array switching plate 143, the protruding length of each tooth of the needle array switching plate 143 is uniform.
Illustratively, when the concave plate abuts against the end of the tooth post on the needle array switching plate 143, the protrusion length of the tooth post on the periphery of the needle array switching plate 143 is greater than the protrusion length of the tooth post in the center.
Of course, the switching between the flat plate and the concave plate may be achieved by adjusting the shape of the needle array converting plate 143 itself, for example, the needle array converting plate 143 has a plurality of interconnected ring-shaped levels, and the needle array converting plate 143 may be converted into the concave plate by stretching the center of the needle array converting plate 143 in a direction away from the first end surface to a certain extent (for example, the distance between the tangent plane of the center of the needle array converting plate 143 and the tangent plane of the edge of the needle array converting plate 143 is 0.05 to 5mm), so as to reach a limit stretching distance, and by means of limiting, it is ensured that the shape of the needle array converting plate 143 is not changed any more. For another example, the needle array switching plate 143 has a flat plate and a concave plate independent of each other, and the flat plate and the concave plate can be switched and turned over to switch the form of the needle array switching plate 143, which is not limited herein.
The configuration of the needle array switching plate 143 includes a flat plate and a concave plate, and when the flat plate is held against the end of the tooth post on the needle array switching plate 143, the protruding length of each tooth post on the needle array switching plate 143 is the same, and then the protruding length of each needle 152 of the detachable needle part 150 is the same, such that the needle array is suitable for skin acupuncture on a flat part (e.g., abdomen, leg, etc.) of a patient. When the concave plate abuts against the end of the tooth column on the needle array conversion plate 143, the protruding length of the tooth column on the periphery of the needle array conversion plate 143 is greater than the protruding length of the tooth column in the center (i.e. is concave), so the pillow array of the detachable needle part 150 is also in this shape (concave), such a needle array is suitable for skin acupuncture on the protruding part (such as knee part, ankle part, etc.) of a patient, and is favorable for ensuring the consistency of the acupuncture depth when acupuncture is performed on the protruding part, and the acupuncture effect is ensured.
In this embodiment, the needle mounting mechanism 140 can be movably disposed at the first end surface (e.g., suspended, slidably coupled, etc.). The hammer head 110 may further include a vibration mechanism 180. Vibration mechanism 180 may include a vibration switch 183, a vibration motor 182, and a vibration driver 184 and an internal power source 181.
Illustratively, the built-in power source 181 is electrically connected to the vibration switch 183 and the vibration motor 182 (amplitude may be between 1mm and 4mm, for example, amplitude is 2mm, amplitude is 4mm, amplitude is 1mm, etc., without limitation). The vibration switch 183 may be provided on the surface of the hand-held portion 130; the vibration transmission member 184 is connected to the needle mounting mechanism 140; the vibration motor 182 is connected to the vibration transmission member 184.
When the vibration switch 183 is closed, the vibration motor 182 vibrates, and the needle mounting mechanism 140 is driven by the vibration transmission member 184 to vibrate along the axial direction of the first end surface, so as to drive the detachable needle component 150 mounted on the needle mounting mechanism 140 to vibrate along the axial direction, and the amplitude of the detachable needle component 150 is between 1mm and 4 mm.
The needle mounting mechanism 140 is movably arranged on the first end face, the vibration mechanism 180 is further arranged in the hammer head portion 110, the built-in power source 181 of the vibration mechanism 180 is electrically connected with the vibration switch 183 (arranged on the surface of the handheld portion 130 to facilitate operation of an operator), the vibration motor 182 (with the amplitude of 1-4 mm) is electrically connected, the vibration transmission member 184 of the vibration mechanism 180 is connected with the needle mounting mechanism 140, and the vibration motor 182 is connected with the vibration transmission member 184. When the vibration switch 183 is closed, the vibration motor 182 vibrates, and the vibration transmission member 184 drives the needle mounting mechanism 140 to vibrate along the axial direction of the first end surface (with an amplitude of 1-4 mm), so as to drive the detachable needle part 150 mounted on the needle mounting mechanism 140 to vibrate along the axial direction (with an amplitude of 1-4 mm). Replace executing the manual swing hammer of operator through the mode that sets up vibration mechanism 180, can guarantee the uniformity of vibration amplitude on the one hand for the controllability to the acupuncture depth of patient's skin promotes greatly (can avoid the unexpected condition very reliably), and requires greatly reduced to executing operation experience of operator, and on the other hand, this kind of mode can be very laborsaving (need not the operator and waves the hammer).
It should be noted that, the vibration motor 182 with an amplitude of 1-4 mm is selected, so that the depth requirement of the skin needle for penetrating into the skin of the patient can be well met, and when the multifunctional skin needle is used, an operator can control the force for controlling the multifunctional skin needle 100, the distance between the tip of the needle head and the skin of the patient and the like according to the actual situation. For example, the operator can flexibly control the multifunctional skin needle 100 to make the needle tip of the skin needle stick to the skin surface of the patient, and the amplitude of the needle tip is not necessarily fully utilized to stick to the skin of the patient by 1-4 mm, and some symptoms only need to stick to flush on the skin surface of the patient, subject to actual needs. In addition, the frequency of vibration is high, far beyond what the operator can deploy, which is beneficial for improving efficiency and for evenly stimulating the skin of the patient.
Moreover, the vibration realized by the cooperation of the vibration motor 182 and the vibration transmission member 184 can be realized by the vibration of the vibration motor 182, and in some other possible implementation manners, if the vibration frequency needs to be reduced (i.e. the frequency of the needle stick is reduced), a flat brush motor (serving as the vibration motor 182) can be adopted, and a planetary gear and a guide rail are adopted to realize intermittent reciprocating linear transmission, so that the needle stick frequency is reduced, which is not limited herein.
And, because of different diseases, the skin needs to be penetrated to different depths, and the penetration depth commonly used in clinical practice is divided into superficial acupuncture with the penetration depth of 0.5-1 mm and deep acupuncture with the penetration depth of 1.1-3 mm. If the vibration motor 182 is adopted, the vibration amplitude of the vibration motor 182 is usually limited (the vibration amplitude of the vibration motor 182 is usually fixed, and although the vibration amplitude can be adjusted by adjusting the contact ratio of the eccentric block, such a manner is too cumbersome and needs a professional to adjust), therefore, two vibration motors 182 with different vibration amplitudes (for example, a two-stage vibration motor with a vibration amplitude of 1-2 mm and a four-stage vibration motor with a vibration amplitude of 2-4 mm) can be provided to be suitable for acupuncture in two different modes. And aiming at the matching of the flat brush motor and the planetary system, the effective stroke of the reciprocating linear transmission can be adjusted by changing the action length of the guide rail, so that the amplitude of the needle head is changed, and the amplitude is not limited.
In this embodiment, the multi-functional skin needle 100 may further include an insertion prevention shield 190. The anti-insertion shield 190 may include a first opening and a second opening opposite to each other, the first opening being configured to fit over the first end surface (which may be understood as fitting over the periphery of the first end surface of the hammer head 110), and the anti-insertion shield 190 fitting over the first end surface, the second opening being flush with the tip of the longest needle of the detachable needle component 150.
The multi-functional skin needle 100 further comprises an insertion-preventing shield 190, wherein the insertion-preventing shield 190 comprises a first opening and a second opening, the first opening is used for being sleeved on the first end face, and the second opening is flush with the tip of the longest needle on the detachable needle part 150. In this way, for a flush planar array of needles (for needling the skin of a flat area of a patient), the second opening is flush with the tip of each needle 152, for an inwardly concave array of concave needles (for needling the skin of a protruding area of a patient), the second opening is flush with the tip of the longest needle (i.e., the outermost layer of needles), and the tip of the needle at the center is lower than the second opening, so that the needles can be repeatedly retracted and extended during operation, and the second opening can effectively limit the maximum depth of the needle inserted into the skin of the patient, thereby well avoiding excessive injury to the patient.
Alternatively, other means may be used, for example, for a flush planar needle array (for lancing the skin of a flat area of a patient), the second opening may be flush with the tip of each needle 152; for a concave array of needles (for needling the skin of a patient at a protruding site), the height of the second opening may also be greater than the height of the tip of the longest needle (i.e., the outermost layer of needles) (e.g., the height of the second opening is 0.5mm greater than the height of the tip of the longest needle). The mode is favorable for better protecting the protruding part of the patient and ensuring the treatment effect. Because the effective thickness of the skin of the protruding parts (such as the knee, ankle, elbow and the like) of the human body is lower than that of the skin of the flat parts (such as the lower abdomen, the waist and the back, the legs and the like), the patient can be well protected against the condition, and the more proper acupuncture depth is adopted.
And, because the installation of vibration mechanism 180, need not the operator and whipping the tup and come to prick patient's skin, can use rigidity hammer stem 120, avoid hammer stem 120 fracture, can promote the quality and the life of multi-functional skin needle 100 greatly.
In summary, the embodiment of the present application provides a multifunctional skin needle 100, the multifunctional skin needle 100 includes a hammer head portion 110, a hammer rod 120 and a handheld portion 130, a needle head mounting mechanism 140 is disposed on a first end surface of the hammer head portion 110, a spraying mechanism 160 is disposed on a top surface of the hammer head portion 110, a middle section of a bottom surface of the hammer head portion 110 is connected to one end of the hammer rod 120, and another end of the hammer rod 120 is connected to the handheld portion 130. 1. A multi-functional skin needle, comprising: a hammer head part, a hammer rod and a hand-held part,
the hammer head part comprises a first end surface and a second end surface which are opposite, and comprises a top surface and a bottom surface which are opposite, the first end surface and the second end surface are positioned at two sides of the top surface and the bottom surface, the first end surface is provided with a needle head mounting mechanism, the top surface is provided with a spraying mechanism, the middle section of the bottom surface is connected with one end of the hammer rod, and the other end of the hammer rod is connected with the handheld part;
the needle head mounting mechanism comprises a first connecting piece, the first connecting piece is matched with a second connecting piece of a detachable needle head piece, and the detachable needle head piece is mounted through the connection of the first connecting piece and the second connecting piece, wherein one or more needle heads are arranged on the detachable needle head piece, and the direction of the needle heads faces to the direction opposite to that of the second connecting piece;
the spraying mechanism includes nozzle, spraying switch and pipette, the nozzle sets up the top surface of hammer head portion, spraying switch sets up the surface of handheld portion, the liquid outlet of pipette sets up nozzle department, the inlet setting of pipette is in handheld portion, just the cover is equipped with the connection lid on the pipette, the connection lid is used for can dismantling sealing connection with outside liquid medicine bottle, just after connection lid and liquid medicine bottle are connected, the inlet of pipette is direct the bottom of liquid medicine bottle, wherein, liquid medicine bottle storage liquid medicine.
2. The multifunctional skin needle according to claim 1, wherein the second end face is provided with a heating mechanism, the heating mechanism comprises a heating power interface, a heating component, a heating switch and an anti-scald shield,
the power supply interface is connected with the heating switch and the heating component, the heating component is arranged at an opening of the second end face, the protective cover is sleeved on the periphery of the heating component at intervals, and the heating switch is arranged on the surface of the handheld part;
the external power supply is connected with the power interface, and when the heating switch is closed, the heating component heats.

The multifunctional skin needle according to claim 1, wherein the protruding length of each needle head on the detachable needle head member is adjustable, the needle head mounting mechanism further comprises a needle head connecting plate, a needle head array changeover switch and a needle head array changeover dial,
the needle head connecting disc is provided with a plurality of tooth columns with adjustable extension lengths, and the first connecting piece is arranged on the needle head connecting disc, wherein the tooth columns on the needle head connecting disc at least comprise a plurality of tooth columns which are in one-to-one correspondence with each needle head of the detachable needle head part;
the needle array conversion disk is arranged on the back side of the needle connecting disk and used for abutting against the tail end of a tooth column of the needle connecting disk so as to fix the extending length of the tooth column relative to the needle connecting disk, wherein the needle array conversion disk at least comprises two different forms, and the form of the needle array conversion disk is switched to change the extending length of the tooth column;
the needle array change-over switch is arranged on the bottom surface and connected with the needle array change-over disc, the state switching of the needle array change-over disc is switched to drive the needle array change-over disc to switch the form, the extension length of a tooth column on the needle connection disc is changed, the extension length of a needle head on the detachable needle head part is changed, and the switching of the needle head array of the detachable needle head part is achieved.

The multi-functional skin needle according to claim 3, wherein the configuration of said needle array switching disk comprises a flat disk and an inner concave disk, wherein when said flat disk abuts against the ends of the teeth of said needle array switching disk, the protruding length of each tooth of said needle array switching disk is uniform, and when said inner concave disk abuts against the ends of the teeth of said needle array switching disk, the protruding length of the teeth of the outer periphery of said needle array switching disk is greater than the protruding length of the teeth of the center.

The multifunctional skin needle according to claim 1, wherein said needle head mounting means is movably disposed on said first end surface, and a vibration mechanism is further disposed in said hammer head, said vibration mechanism comprising a vibration switch, a vibration motor, a vibration transmission member and an internal power source,
the built-in power supply is electrically connected with the vibration switch and the vibration motor;
the vibration switch is arranged on the surface of the handheld part;
the vibration transmission part is connected with the needle head mounting mechanism;
