Description

Joint sticking and binding protective belt and manufacturing method thereof
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a joint taping protective tape, and more particularly, to a joint taping protective tape worn on a joint part of a body, which protects the body by taping therapy and prevents injury, and a method for manufacturing the same.
Background
Generally, protective belts in various shapes are used for protecting various joints of a body or treating the joints, and the existing joint protective belts are generally in a belt shape and are worn on the joints such as knees or elbows, so that the joints can be protected, blood circulation is smooth, and health is benefited.
The joint protection belt is made of spandex fiber fabric, is tightly attached to a body to wrap the body part, and protects the part or relieves pain.
The knee, elbow, wrist, ankle, and the like, which are joint parts of the body, are difficult to resist external force due to their extremely unstable bone structures, and joints are easily injured, and further arthritis occurs, or joint parts are easily injured by exercise.
However, the conventional joint protection belt is formed of spandex fiber alone, and has a limited buffering function, and cannot effectively buffer external impact generated during movement.

Disclosure of Invention
Technical problem
The present invention has been made to solve the above-mentioned problems occurring in the prior art, and an object of the present invention is to provide a joint protective belt having a protective coating made of silicon formed on the outer surface thereof, which can absorb external impact and effectively prevent injuries through a taping therapy.
Technical scheme
In order to achieve the above object, the joint protection belt of the present invention is formed as a spandex fiber material to be worn at a joint portion of a body, and preferably, a protective coating of a silicon material is formed on an outer surface of the joint protection belt.
The protective coating is formed by mixing silicon, polyurethane, epoxy resin, glass fiber and quartz powder.
Advantageous effects
The joint binding protection tube has the advantages that the silicon coating is formed on the outer surface, so that the buffer protection effect on external impact is improved, the binding therapy is improved, and the wearing feeling of the joint part is improved;
other substances are added to the coating agent composition for forming the silicon coating layer, thereby improving the functionality of the coating layer.

Detailed Description
Specific embodiments of the present invention will now be described more fully hereinafter with reference to the accompanying drawings.
The described embodiments are, however, a few, not all embodiments of the invention. Based on the embodiments of the present invention, a person skilled in the art can still implement variations on the technical solutions described in the foregoing embodiments; and the modifications do not depart from the spirit and scope of the corresponding technical solutions.
The shapes of the members and the like shown in the drawings are exaggerated for further clarity of explanation.
Identical structures in the figures are illustrated by identical reference symbols. And descriptions about functions and structures of the related well-known art are omitted to obscure the gist of the present invention.
First, the structure of a joint taping protective tape according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to fig. 1 and 2.
The joint protection belt 10 of the present embodiment is formed of a stretchable fabric containing spandex fiber, and can be worn on each joint part of the body, and a protective coating 11 of silicon material is formed on the outer surface of the joint protection belt 10 to improve the adhesion therapy.
The protective coating 11 of the present invention is formed by coating a coating agent component containing a curing agent, a diluent, and a dye at a certain ratio in the production process of a cloth for a joint protective tape, using silicon as a main material.
That is, as shown in fig. 5, in the joint protective tape manufacturing and manufacturing step, the silicone component forming the hybrid combination is coated on one side of spandex fiber cloth cut to a certain size, and the cloth is sewn in a state where the protective coating 11 is formed as a film, so that the protective coating 11 is formed on the outer side surface, thereby manufacturing the joint protective tape 10 wearable at the body joint part.
The joint protective tape 10 having the protective coating layer 11 formed as described above is worn and used on a specific part of the body.
That is, as shown in fig. 1, the patch is worn at a knee joint portion, or as shown in fig. 3, at an elbow joint portion, or as shown in fig. 4, at a wrist joint portion, and serves to perform a patch protection and treatment function of the joint portion.
In particular, the protective coating 11 containing silicon is formed on the outer surface of the joint protective tape 10 of the present invention, so that the efficacy of the sticking therapy can be greatly improved and the skin adhesion can be improved.
According to another embodiment of the invention, the mixed combination of the protective coating 11 is preferably formed by mixing silicon, polyurethane, epoxy resin, glass fiber, quartz powder.
That is, the protective coating 11 is preferably formed by mixing 60 to 50 weight percent of silicon, 10 to 20 weight percent of polyurethane, 10 to 20 weight percent of epoxy resin, 1 to 10 weight percent of glass fiber, and 1 to 10 weight percent of quartz powder. The polyurethane and the epoxy resin can enhance the elasticity, the glass fiber can improve the buffer function, and the quartz powder can improve the durability of the coating.
If the protective coating 11 is formed by the above-described mixed combination, when the joint protective tape 10 receives an external impact, the impact is absorbed by the protective coating 11, and the joint portion is protected by buffering the external impact.
According to yet another embodiment of the present invention, the mixed combination of the protective coating 11 is that in addition to silicon, polyurethane, epoxy resin, glass fiber, quartz powder, thermoplastic elastomer for enhancing elasticity, carbon fiber, titanium dioxide, cobalt, manganese, colloidal silver having antibacterial and bactericidal functions, paraffin wax for preventing discoloration of the coating, and polyvinyl acetate resin for preventing curing of polyurethane may be added.
That is, the resin composition is prepared by mixing 40 to 60 weight percent of silicon, 10 to 20 weight percent of polyurethane, 10 to 20 weight percent of epoxy resin, 1 to 10 weight percent of glass fiber, 1 to 10 weight percent of quartz powder, 1 to 10 weight percent of thermoplastic elastomer, 1 to 10 weight percent of carbon fiber, 1 to 5 weight percent of titanium dioxide, 1 to 5 weight percent of cobalt, 1 to 5 weight percent of manganese, 1 to 5 weight percent of colloidal silver, 1 to 5 weight percent of paraffin and 1 to 3 weight percent of polyvinyl acetate resin.
The protective coating 11 formed by the above-described hybrid combination improves the durability of the coating by the action of the thermoplastic elastomer and the carbon fiber, prevents cracking by external impact, and allows cobalt to exert an activating effect on the thermoplastic elastomer.
Under the effect of colloidal silver and paraffin, the antibacterial function of the coating is improved, and the coating is prevented from discoloring due to oxidation while the protective coating 11 is prevented from mildewing.
The polyvinyl acetate resin prevents the polyurethane composition from being thermally deformed to be cured, so that the elasticity of the protective coating layer 11 is kept stable.
While certain embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings, as described above, it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various modifications may be made to the joint protection belt.
For example, although the embodiments have been described with reference to the drawings, the form in which the joint protection tape is worn on the knee, elbow, and wrist joint portions is described, the joint protection tape of the present invention may be worn on various body portions such as the thigh, the calf, and the ankle.
Other components may also be added to the components of the coating agent composition forming the protective coating layer.
Therefore, the above modified embodiments still belong to the technical solution or scope of the present invention, and these modified embodiments still belong to the scope of the claims of the present invention.
