Detailed Description
In order to make the technical problems, technical solutions and advantageous effects to be solved by the present invention more clearly apparent, the present invention is further described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.
Referring to fig. 1 and 5, a description will now be given of a cleaning device for mucosal reaction caused by radiotherapy according to the present invention. The cleaning device for the mucosa reaction caused by radiotherapy comprises a traction piece 1, a sliding piece 2 and a driving piece 3.
The pulling element 1 has a cavity 11 therein, which cavity 11 extends in the axial direction of the pulling element 1 through the insertion end of the pulling element 1. The insertion end of the pulling element 1 is further provided with a protruding part 12, and the protruding part 12 extends towards the outside of the pulling element 1 along the axial direction of the pulling element 1. For convenience of description, the insertion end of the pulling element 1 is defined as the front end of the pulling element 1, and correspondingly, the cavity 11 is recessed towards the rear, and the protrusion 12 is protruded towards the front, the pulling element 1 is used for being inserted into the reserved part, and the specific insertion position is the front end of the pulling element 1. The protrusion 12 is provided with a knife receiving groove 121, and the knife receiving groove 121 is located on the side wall of the protrusion 12 facing the cavity 11 and penetrates through the front end surface of the protrusion 12. The side of the traction piece 1 is also provided with a mounting groove 13 communicated with the cavity 11, and the distance between the mounting groove 13 and the front end of the traction piece 1 is larger than the length of the reserved part required to be inserted into the traction piece 1.
The sliding part 2 is arranged in the cavity 11 in a sliding manner along the axial direction of the traction part 1, and the front end of the sliding part 2 extends out of the front end opening of the cavity 11. The protruding end of the sliding member 2 is provided with a blade 21, the blade 21 is arranged on the side surface of the sliding member 2 facing the convex part 12, and the blade 21 can be inserted into the incision collecting groove 121 along with the sliding of the sliding member 2 so as to avoid secondary injury to the wound. The side surface of the slider 2 facing the mounting groove 13 is an inclined surface, and is gradually separated from the mounting groove 13 from the front to the rear.
The driving part 3 is arranged in the mounting groove 13 along the axial direction of the mounting groove 13 in a sliding manner, one side of the driving part extends into the cavity 11 and is connected with the inclined surface of the sliding part 2, when the driving part 3 slides into the cavity 11, the driving part 3 props against the inclined surface of the sliding part 2 and pushes the sliding part 2 to move forwards, and therefore the blade 21 at the extending end of the sliding part 2 can be pulled out from the knife retracting groove 121. Since the distance between the mounting groove 13 and the front end of the traction element 1 is greater than the length of the traction element 1 to be inserted into the reserved portion, the driving element 3 is outside the human body after the traction element 1 is inserted into the reserved portion.
In the cleaning process of tissue formed by reaction to mucous membrane, a reserved part is cut near the wound of a patient by a scalpel; then, the traction piece 1 is inserted into the reserved part, so that the traction piece 1 is abutted against (or close to) the tissue; then, the driving member 3 is pressed by hand, so that the driving member 3 moves into the cavity 11 and is connected with the inclined surface of the sliding member 2, and the sliding member 2 is pushed to move forwards along the axial direction of the cavity 11; during the movement of the sliding member 2, the blade 21 gradually protrudes from the blade-receiving groove 121, so that the fabric can be cut for the purpose of cleaning the tissue.
In the process that the traction piece 1 is inserted into the reserved part, as the blade 21 is accommodated in the blade retracting groove 121 of the protruding part 12, the blade 21 cannot cause secondary injury to the wound, that is, compared with the prior art, the cleaning device for mucosal reaction caused by radiotherapy provided by the invention can effectively avoid the occurrence of secondary wound laceration of the wound, and ensures the recovery period of a patient.
Referring to fig. 1 and fig. 2 together, as a specific embodiment of the cleaning device for mucosa reaction caused by radiotherapy provided by the present invention, the traction member 1 adopts a cylindrical structure; the outer peripheral surface of the convex portion 12 and the outer peripheral surface of the protruding end of the sliding member 2 are both spherical structures, when the blade 21 is inserted into the knife receiving groove 121, the protruding end of the sliding member 2 is combined with the convex portion 12 to form a semispherical structure matched with the front end of the traction member 1, specifically, the radius of the semispherical structure is the same as the section radius of the traction member 1, so that the circular side edge of the semispherical structure is connected with the end side edge of the traction member 1.
When the traction piece 1 is inserted into the reserved part, the hemispherical structure at the front end of the traction piece 1 can divide the meat wall at the reserved part into two sides, and the spherical structure can not scratch the meat wall; meanwhile, the main body for the traction piece 1 adopts a cylindrical structure, and the traction piece 1 with the cylindrical structure can not scratch the meat wall in the process that the traction piece 1 is gradually inserted into the reserved part; in conclusion, through adopting above-mentioned technical scheme, avoid inserting the in-process of reserving the portion at traction piece 1 and cause the secondary damage to the wound, further improved the security of this device when using.
