each brick tea mould (2) is connected with the first guide plate (3) and the second guide plate (4) in a sliding manner to form a brick tea production line, and a lining tea blanking station (61), a middle tea blanking station (62), a surface tea blanking station (63), a tea steaming station (64), a plurality of tea pressing stations (65) and a brick discharging station (66) are sequentially arranged on the brick tea production line;
the brick tea mould (2) comprises an inner tea frame (21), a middle tea frame (22) and a surface tea frame (23), wherein the middle tea frame (22) is detachably connected between the inner tea frame (21) and the surface tea frame (23) through a plurality of connecting pieces, a first guide groove (24) matched with the first guide plate (3) is formed between the lower end of the surface tea frame (23) and the upper end of the middle tea frame (22), and a second guide groove (25) matched with the second guide plate (4) is formed between the upper end of the inner tea frame (21) and the lower end of the middle tea frame (22);
the first guide plate (3) is provided with a first avoidance opening (31) at each of the inner tea blanking station (61), the middle tea blanking station (62) and each tea pressing station (65);
the second guide plate (4) is provided with a second avoidance opening (41) at each of the inner tea blanking station (61), each tea pressing station (65) and the brick discharging station (66);
a third avoidance opening is formed in each tea pressing station (65) and each brick discharging station (66) of the third guide plate (5);
the first guide plate (3), the second guide plate (4) and the third guide plate (5) are all grid plates capable of ventilating;
a steaming box (7) is arranged at the tea steaming station (64), a tea steaming cavity is formed in the middle of the steaming box (7), and two ends of the steaming box (7) are respectively provided with a material feeding channel allowing the brick tea mould (2) to pass through; steam is introduced into the tea steaming cavity;
an upper pressing plate and a lower pressing plate are arranged at the tea pressing station (65), and the upper pressing plate and the lower pressing plate are respectively driven by a first air cylinder and a second air cylinder;
the production method comprises the following steps:
A. circulation of the tea brick mold (2) on the tea brick production line: dismantling the brick tea mould (2) at the tail end of the brick tea production line, sending the brick tea mould into the head end of the brick tea production line after cleaning, enabling the first guide plate (3) to penetrate through the first guide groove (24), enabling the second guide plate (4) to penetrate through the second guide groove (25) respectively, and intermittently pushing the brick tea mould (2) at the head end of the brick tea production line to move so as to enable the brick tea moulds (2) on the brick tea production line to move synchronously;
B. the tea brick mold (2) which runs to the tea brick blanking station (61) is filled with tea: the third guide plate (5) covers the lower end opening of the inner tea frame (21), and weighed inner tea is poured into the inner tea frame (21) from top to bottom;
C. putting the intermediate tea into a brick tea mould (2) running to an intermediate tea blanking station (62): the third guide plate (5) covers the lower end opening of the inner tea frame (21), the second guide plate (4) covers the lower end opening of the middle tea frame (22), and the weighed middle tea is poured into the middle tea frame (22) from top to bottom;
D. putting the intermediate tea into a brick tea mould (2) running to a flour tea blanking station (63): the third guide plate (5) covers the lower end opening of the inner tea frame (21), the second guide plate (4) covers the lower end opening of the middle tea frame (22), the first guide plate (3) covers the lower end opening of the upper tea frame (23), and the weighed upper tea is poured into the upper tea frame (23) from top to bottom;
E. steaming tea: in the process that each brick tea mould (2) passes through the steam box (7), the inner tea, the middle tea and the flour tea are synchronously steamed and boiled by steam;
F. pressing tea: the first air cylinder and the second air cylinder synchronously act at the tea pressing station (65), the upper pressing plate and the lower pressing plate are driven to extrude the tea in the middle tea frame (22) towards the middle tea frame (22), the tea is extruded through the tea pressing stations (65), tea bricks are formed, and primary cooling is carried out in the forming process;
G. and (3) discharging bricks: de-moulding the brick tea at a brick ejection station (66);
H. cleaning: and (3) dismantling the brick tea mould (2) at the tail end of the brick tea production line, and cleaning the brick tea mould and installing the brick tea mould to the head end of the brick tea production line.

The efficient brick tea production method according to claim 1, wherein a brick discharging assembly is respectively arranged on four side walls of the middle tea frame (22), the brick discharging assembly comprises a mounting hole formed in the side wall of the middle tea frame (22), a brick discharging roller (221) is rotatably connected in the mounting hole, a straight adapting surface (222) is arranged on the peripheral surface of the brick discharging roller (221), a rectangular notch is formed in the inner side surface of the middle tea frame (22) by the mounting hole, the adapting surface can block the notch when being flush with the inner side surface of the middle tea frame (22), a rotating shaft (223) is fixedly arranged in the brick discharging roller (221), and two ends of the rotating shaft (223) are respectively and fixedly connected with a bevel gear (224); four rotating shafts (223) form a quadrilateral structure on the middle tea frame (22), and two bevel gears (224) positioned at the corners of the quadrilateral structure are meshed with each other, so that the brick discharging rollers (221) can synchronously rotate.

4. The efficient brick tea production method according to claim 2, wherein each side wall of the middle tea frame (22) is a vertical surface, and an inclination angle of 3-5 degrees is formed between the side wall of the inner tea frame (21) and the side wall of the middle tea frame (22).
