To sum up, the embodiment of the present invention provides a method for migrating a Profile from a first device to a second device, and SM-DP + does not need to generate a new Profile, but only needs to reuse an old Profile; the operator background system does not need to bind the mobile phone number with the new Profile, and background transformation is avoided; the profiles on the new and old devices can not co-live, and the problem of Profile cloning can not occur.
It should be noted that the migration apparatus for a user subscription parameter set Profile provided in the embodiment of the present invention is a migration apparatus capable of executing the migration method for a user subscription parameter set Profile, and all embodiments of the migration method for a user subscription parameter set Profile are applicable to the apparatus and can achieve the same or similar beneficial effects.
As shown in fig. 8, an embodiment of the present invention further provides an operator backend system, which includes a processor 800 and a transceiver 810, where the transceiver 810 receives and transmits data under the control of the processor 800, and the processor 800 is configured to perform the following operations:

Optionally, in the foregoing embodiment of the present invention, the processor 800 is further configured to:
and receiving a migration token of the target Profile sent by SM-DP +, and sending the migration token to the first equipment, so that the first equipment sets the state of the target Profile to be unavailable according to the migration token.
To sum up, the embodiment of the present invention provides a method for migrating a Profile from a first device to a second device, and SM-DP + does not need to generate a new Profile, but only needs to reuse an old Profile; the operator background system does not need to bind the mobile phone number with the new Profile, and background transformation is avoided; the profiles on the new and old devices can not co-live, and the problem of Profile cloning can not occur.
It should be noted that the operator background system provided in the embodiment of the present invention is an operator background system capable of executing the migration method of the user subscription parameter set Profile, and all embodiments of the migration method of the user subscription parameter set Profile are applicable to the operator background system and can achieve the same or similar beneficial effects.
The embodiment of the present invention further provides a base station, which includes a memory, a processor, and a computer program stored in the memory and capable of running on the processor, where the processor implements the processes in the migration method embodiment of the user subscription parameter set Profile applied to the operator background system as described above when executing the program, and can achieve the same technical effect, and in order to avoid repetition, the description is omitted here.
The embodiment of the present invention further provides a computer-readable storage medium, where a computer program is stored, and when the program is executed by a processor, the program implements each process in the migration method embodiment of the user subscription parameter set Profile applied to the operator background system, and can achieve the same technical effect, and is not described herein again to avoid repetition. Claims (14)

1. A migration method of a user subscription parameter set Profile is applied to a user management-data preparation network element SM-DP +, and is characterized by comprising the following steps:
acquiring first migration request information of first equipment, wherein the first migration request information comprises identification information of an eSIM card of the first equipment and identification information of a target Profile to be migrated;
generating a migration token of the target Profile according to the first migration request information; the migration token carries identification information of a target Profile and identification information of an eSIM card of the first device;
receiving second migration request information sent by a second device, wherein the second migration request information includes identification information of an eSIM card of the first device, identification information of the eSIM card of the second device, and the migration token;
checking the migration token according to the identification information of the eSIM card of the first device, and if the check is passed, binding the identification information of the target Profile carried in the migration token with the identification information of the eSIM card of the second device;
and sending the target Profile to the second equipment.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein after generating the migration token of the Profile to be migrated according to the first migration request information, the method further comprises:
and sending the migration token to the first equipment, so that the first equipment sets the state of the target Profile to be unavailable according to the migration token.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein after the sending the target Profile to the second device, the method further comprises:
sending a migration result to an operator background system, wherein the migration result comprises: and the identification information of the target Profile is bound with the identification information of the eSIM card of the second device.
4. A migration method of a user subscription parameter set Profile is applied to an operator background system, and is characterized by comprising the following steps:
receiving first migration request information of first equipment, wherein the first migration request information comprises identification information of an eSIM card of the first equipment and identification information of a target Profile to be migrated;
under the condition that the target Profile meets the migration condition, sending the first migration request information to a user management-data preparation network element SM-DP +; otherwise, sending indication information of refusing the migration to the first terminal.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein after sending the first migration request message to a subscriber management-data preparation network element SM-DP +, the method further comprises:
and receiving a migration token of the target Profile sent by SM-DP +, and sending the migration token to the first equipment, so that the first equipment sets the state of the target Profile to be unavailable according to the migration token.
6. A migration apparatus of a user subscription parameter set Profile is applied to a user management-data preparation network element SM-DP +, and is characterized by comprising:
the system comprises an acquisition module, a migration module and a migration module, wherein the acquisition module is used for acquiring first migration request information of first equipment, and the first migration request information comprises identification information of an eSIM card of the first equipment and identification information of a target Profile to be migrated;
a generating module, configured to generate a migration token of the target Profile according to the first migration request information; the migration token carries identification information of a target Profile and identification information of an eSIM card of the first device;
a receiving module, configured to receive second migration request information sent by a second device, where the second migration request information includes identification information of an eSIM card of the first device, identification information of an eSIM card of the second device, and the migration token;
the check module is configured to check the migration token according to the identification information of the eSIM card of the first device, and if the check is passed, bind the identification information of the target Profile carried in the migration token with the identification information of the eSIM card of the second device;
and the sending module is used for sending the target Profile to the second equipment.
7. A subscriber management-data preparation network element SM-DP +, comprising a processor and a transceiver, said transceiver receiving and transmitting data under control of the processor, characterized in that said processor is adapted to perform the following operations:
acquiring first migration request information of first equipment, wherein the first migration request information comprises identification information of an eSIM card of the first equipment and identification information of a target Profile to be migrated;
generating a migration token of the target Profile according to the first migration request information; the migration token carries identification information of a target Profile and identification information of an eSIM card of the first device;
receiving second migration request information sent by a second device, wherein the second migration request information includes identification information of an eSIM card of the first device, identification information of the eSIM card of the second device, and the migration token;
checking the migration token according to the identification information of the eSIM card of the first device, and if the check is passed, binding the identification information of the target Profile carried in the migration token with the identification information of the eSIM card of the second device;
and sending the target Profile to the second equipment.
8. The subscriber management-data preparing network element SM-DP + of claim 7, wherein said processor is further configured to:
and sending the migration token to the first equipment, so that the first equipment sets the state of the target Profile to be unavailable according to the migration token.

A subscriber management-data preparation network element SM-DP +, comprising a memory, a processor and a program stored on said memory and executable on said processor; -wherein the processor, when executing the program, implements a method for migration of a user subscription parameter set Profile according to any of claims 1 to 3.
10. A migration device of a user subscription parameter set Profile is applied to a background system of an operator, and is characterized by comprising:
the information receiving module is used for receiving first migration request information of first equipment, wherein the first migration request information comprises identification information of an eSIM card of the first equipment and identification information of a target Profile to be migrated;

under the condition that the target Profile meets the migration condition, sending the first migration request information to a user management-data preparation network element SM-DP +; otherwise, sending indication information of refusing the migration to the first terminal.
12. The carrier backend system according to claim 11, wherein the processor is further configured to:
and receiving a migration token of the target Profile sent by SM-DP +, and sending the migration token to the first equipment, so that the first equipment sets the state of the target Profile to be unavailable according to the migration token.
