The one or more modules/units may be a series of computer program instruction segments capable of performing specific functions, which are used to describe the execution of the computer program in the apparatus for establishing communication. the judging unit is used for judging whether the format of the implicit networking instruction is matched with a preset format or not;
and the starting unit is used for starting network connection according to the implicit networking instruction when the format of the implicit networking instruction is matched with the preset format, and the state of the network connection is not displayed on an application interface of the terminal.
The device for establishing communication can be a desktop computer, a notebook computer, a palm computer, a cloud server and other computing devices. The means for establishing communication may include, but is not limited to, a processor, a memory. It will be understood by those skilled in the art that the schematic diagram is merely an example of a means for establishing communication and does not constitute a limitation of the means for establishing communication, and may comprise more or less components than those shown, or some components may be combined, or different components, for example, the means for establishing communication may further comprise input output devices, network access devices, buses, etc.
The Processor may be a Central Processing Unit (CPU), other general purpose Processor, a Digital Signal Processor (DSP), an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), an off-the-shelf Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) or other Programmable logic device, discrete Gate or transistor logic, discrete hardware components, etc. The general purpose processor may be a microprocessor or the processor may be any conventional processor or the like, which is the control center of the apparatus for establishing communication and connects the various parts of the entire apparatus for establishing communication using various interfaces and lines.
The memory may be used to store the computer programs and/or modules, and the processor may implement the various functions of the apparatus for establishing communications by running or executing the computer programs and/or modules stored in the memory, as well as by invoking data stored in the memory. The memory may mainly include a storage program area and a storage data area, wherein the storage program area may store an operating system, an application program required by at least one function (such as a sound playing function, an image playing function, etc.), and the like; the storage data area may store data (such as audio data, a phonebook, etc.) created according to the use of the cellular phone, and the like. In addition, the memory may include high speed random access memory, and may also include non-volatile memory, such as a hard disk, a memory, a plug-in hard disk, a Smart Media Card (SMC), a Secure Digital (SD) Card, a Flash memory Card (Flash Card), at least one magnetic disk storage device, a Flash memory device, or other volatile solid state storage device.
The means/units integrated by the means for establishing communication may be stored in a computer readable storage medium if implemented in the form of software functional units and sold or used as separate products. Based on such understanding, all or part of the flow of the method according to the embodiments of the present invention may also be implemented by a computer program, which may be stored in a computer-readable storage medium, and when the computer program is executed by a processor, the steps of the method embodiments may be implemented. Wherein the computer program comprises computer program code, which may be in the form of source code, object code, an executable file or some intermediate form, etc. The computer-readable medium may include: any entity or device capable of carrying the computer program code, recording medium, usb disk, removable hard disk, magnetic disk, optical disk, computer Memory, Read-Only Memory (ROM), Random Access Memory (RAM), electrical carrier wave signals, telecommunications signals, software distribution medium, and the like. Claims (10)

1. A method of establishing communication, the method comprising:
when a terminal detects that a Subscriber Identity Module (SIM) card is inserted and the network connection of the terminal is in a closed state, sending notice information to a server through the SIM card so that the server sends an implicit networking instruction to the terminal according to the number of the SIM card, wherein the implicit networking instruction is a short message invisible to a user;
the terminal receives an implicit networking instruction sent by the server;
the terminal judges whether the format of the implicit networking instruction is matched with a preset format or not, wherein the format of the implicit networking instruction is agreed by the terminal and the server in advance;
and when the format of the implicit networking instruction is matched with the preset format, the terminal starts network connection according to the implicit networking instruction, and the state of the network connection is not displayed on an application interface of the terminal.
2. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
the terminal starts a function of notifying that an SIM card is replaced, wherein the function is used for sending notice information to a server through the SIM card when the terminal detects that the SIM card is inserted;
when the terminal closes the function of the SIM card replacement notification, the terminal acquires an account and a password which are input by a user and are associated with the server;
and when the account and the password input by the user are successfully verified by the terminal, the terminal closes the function of notifying the replacement of the SIM card.
3. The method according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the method further comprises:
and starting a fingerprint identification function, and sending the fingerprint information acquired by the terminal to the server for verifying the identity information of the terminal.
4. A method of establishing communication, the method comprising:
the method comprises the steps that a server sends a loss reporting instruction to a first terminal, wherein the loss reporting instruction is used for indicating the first terminal to start a function of notifying that an SIM card is replaced;
the server receives an informed message sent by the first terminal, wherein the informed message is a message sent by the first terminal through an SIM card when the first terminal detects that a Subscriber Identity Module (SIM) card is inserted, and the network connection of the first terminal is in a closed state;
the server sends an implicit networking instruction to the first terminal according to the number of the SIM card, the implicit networking instruction is used for the first terminal to judge whether the implicit networking instruction is matched with a preset format, when the format of the implicit networking instruction is matched with the preset format, the terminal starts network connection according to the implicit networking instruction, the state of the network connection is not displayed on an application interface of the terminal, the format of the implicit networking instruction is predetermined by the terminal and the server, and the implicit networking instruction is a short message invisible to a user.
5. The method of claim 4, further comprising:
the server establishes network data communication with the first terminal and carries out positioning search on the first terminal;
and the server sends notification information to a second terminal, wherein the notification information comprises the number of the SIM card of the first terminal and/or the position information of the first terminal.
6. A terminal, characterized in that the terminal comprises:
the system comprises a sending unit, a receiving unit and a processing unit, wherein the sending unit is used for sending notice information to a server through an SIM card when the SIM card of a client identification module is inserted and the network connection of the terminal is in a closed state, so that the server sends an implicit networking instruction to the terminal according to the number of the SIM card, and the implicit networking instruction is a short message invisible to a user;
the receiving unit is used for receiving an implicit networking instruction sent by the server;
the judging unit is used for judging whether the format of the implicit networking instruction is matched with a preset format or not, wherein the format of the implicit networking instruction is agreed by the terminal and the server in advance;
and the starting unit is used for starting network connection according to the implicit networking instruction when the format of the implicit networking instruction is matched with the preset format, and the state of the network connection is not displayed on an application interface of the terminal.
7. The terminal of claim 6, wherein the enabling unit is further configured to:
the terminal starts a function of notifying that an SIM card is replaced, wherein the function is used for sending notice information to the server through the SIM card when the terminal detects that the SIM card is inserted;
the terminal further comprises:
the acquisition unit is used for acquiring an account and a password which are input by a user and are associated with the server when the terminal closes the function of the SIM card replacement notification;
a closing unit, configured to close the function of notifying that the SIM card is replaced when the terminal successfully verifies the account and the password input by the user;
the opening unit is further configured to:
starting a fingerprint identification function;
the sending unit is further configured to send the fingerprint information acquired by the terminal to the server, and is configured to verify the identity information of the terminal.

the server further comprises:
the establishing unit is used for establishing network data communication with the first terminal and carrying out positioning search on the first terminal;
the sending unit is further configured to: and sending notification information to a second terminal, wherein the notification information comprises the number of the SIM card of the first terminal and/or the position information of the first terminal.
9. A computer arrangement, characterized in that the computer arrangement comprises a processor for implementing the steps of the method according to any one of claims 1-3 or 4-5 when executing a computer program stored in a memory.
