The method comprises the following steps: dividing the annual total task into a plurality of task items according to the annual task information; dividing the task project into a plurality of task nodes according to the execution time sequence logic and the project content requirement; acquiring state feedback information of the executive responsible person and updating the executive state information according to the state feedback information; and determining the execution process information of the task project and pushing the execution process information according to the execution state information of the task node and the corresponding update record data. Claims (9)

1. A task full lifecycle management method, comprising:
acquiring annual task information, and dividing an annual total task into a plurality of task items according to the annual task information;
dividing the task project into a plurality of task nodes according to the corresponding relation between the execution time sequence logic of the task project and the project content requirement;
distributing a planned execution time period for the task node, executing a responsible person and initializing the execution state information of the task node;
acquiring state feedback information of the executive responsible person in the task project execution process and updating the executive state information according to the state feedback information;
and determining the execution process information of the task project and pushing the execution process information according to the execution state information of the task node and the corresponding update record data.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the obtaining state feedback information of the executive principal during the task item execution and updating the executive state information according to the state feedback information comprises:
respectively sending an initial query request and an end query request to the executive responsible person according to the planned execution time period;
after the task node is determined to start executing according to the state feedback information corresponding to the initial query request, updating the executing state information into an executing state;
and after the task node is determined to be completed according to the state feedback information corresponding to the query ending request, updating the execution state information to be completed.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein sending an initial query request to the execution principal according to the scheduled execution time period comprises:
determining the plan execution starting time and the plan execution ending time of the task node according to the plan execution time period;
sending the initial query request to the executive responsible person at the planned execution starting time, and receiving the state feedback information of the executive responsible person relative to the initial query request;
after determining that the task node starts executing according to the state feedback information corresponding to the initial query request, updating the execution state information to be in execution, including:
determining whether the task node starts to execute on time according to the state feedback information;
if the task node does not start to execute, generating an execution delay record and sending alarm information;
and if the task node starts to execute, updating the execution state information to be in execution, and recording the execution starting time of the task node.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein sending an end query request to the execution principal according to the scheduled execution time period comprises:
periodically sending the end query request to the executive responsible person within the scheduled execution time period, and receiving the state feedback information of the executive responsible person relative to the end query request;
determining whether the task node is finished according to the state feedback information;
if the task nodes are not finished until the plan execution end time, generating an execution extension record and sending alarm information, and periodically sending an end query request to the execution responsible person after the plan execution end time;
after the task node is finished, updating the execution state information to be finished, and recording the execution ending time of the task node;
and correspondingly adjusting the subsequent planned execution time period of the task node according to the execution finishing time of the task node.
5. The method of claim 4, further comprising:
if the task node comprises a plurality of execution steps, a step query request is periodically sent to the execution responsible person within the scheduled execution time period;
receiving step feedback information from the step query request;
determining the execution step of the task node corresponding to the query moment according to the step feedback information;
the query period of the step query request is less than the query period of the end query request.
6. The method according to claim 4, wherein the determining the execution progress information of the task item according to the execution state information of the task node and the corresponding update record data comprises:
the completed task nodes, the executing task nodes and the unexecuted task nodes in the task project can be determined according to the execution state information, so that the execution progress of the task project is determined;
if the execution delay record is generated, comparing the execution starting time with the plan execution starting time, and determining the execution delay time of the task node;
if the execution extension record is generated, comparing the execution ending time with the planned execution ending time, and determining the execution extension time of the task node;
when all the task nodes in the task project are finished, determining the task delay rate and the task extension rate of the task project according to the execution delay record and the execution extension record;
the execution progress information includes the execution progress, the execution delay time, the execution extension time, the task delay rate, and the task extension rate.
7. The method of claim 1, wherein dividing the task item into a plurality of task nodes according to a correspondence between execution timing logic of the task item and item content requirements comprises:
the execution responsible person is a team responsible person distributed for the planning task node;
the project setting task node is used for executing the execution responsibility human project management office distributed for the project setting task node;
starting a task node, wherein the execution responsible person assigned to the starting task node is a project manager;
a requirement analysis task node, wherein the execution responsible person allocated for the requirement analysis task node is the project manager;
designing and developing task nodes, wherein the execution responsibility distributed for the designing and developing task nodes is the project manager;
the system test task node is used for artificially testing a responsible person for executing the task distributed by the system test task node;
the version release task node is used for allocating the executive responsible person for the version release task node as a responsible person for team quality configuration;
a task ending node, wherein the execution responsible person allocated for the task ending node is the project manager;
and an end task node, wherein the executive responsible person allocated for the end task node is the project management office.
8. A task full lifecycle management apparatus, comprising:
the task item module is configured to acquire annual task information and divide an annual total task into a plurality of task items according to the annual task information;
the task node module is configured to divide the task project into a plurality of task nodes according to the corresponding relation between the execution time sequence logic of the task project and the project content requirement;
the initial setting module is configured to allocate a planned execution time period for the task node, execute a responsible person and initialize the execution state information of the task node;
the task recording module is configured to acquire state feedback information of the executive responsible person in the task project execution process and update the executive state information according to the state feedback information;
and the task process module is configured to determine the execution process information of the task project and push the execution process information according to the execution state information of the task node and the corresponding update record data.
9. An electronic device comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, characterized in that the processor implements the method according to any of claims 1 to 7 when executing the program.
