Description

Rapid detection device and detection method for pesticide residue of agricultural products
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of pesticide detection, and particularly relates to a device and a method for rapidly detecting pesticide residues of agricultural products.
Background
The pesticide residue is a general term of trace pesticide original, toxic metabolites, degradants and impurities which are not decomposed and remain in organisms, harvested products, soil, water bodies and atmosphere in a period after the pesticide is used. The pesticide applied to the crops has a part attached to the crops, a part scattered in the environments such as soil, atmosphere and water, and a part of the pesticide remained in the environment can be absorbed by the plants. The residual pesticide can directly reach human body and livestock body through plant fruit or water and atmosphere, or can be finally transferred to human body and livestock through environment and food chain. The pesticide residue stripper can degrade pesticide residues on the surfaces of fruits and vegetables.
The pesticide enters grains, vegetables, fruits, fish, shrimps, meat, eggs and milk to cause food pollution and harm the health of people. In general, organochlorine pesticides are metabolized slowly in human bodies and accumulate for a long time. Organic chlorine remains in the human body and is mainly concentrated in fat. For example, the content ratio of DDT in blood, brain, liver and fat tissue of a human is 1:4:30: 300; the dieldrin is 1:5:30: 150. Because pesticide residues are harmful to human beings and organisms, the application of pesticides is strictly managed in various countries, and the allowable amount of the pesticide residues in food is regulated. For example, japan has implemented a registration system for agricultural chemicals, and once it is confirmed that a certain agricultural chemical is harmful to humans and animals, the government has limited or prohibited the sale and use.
Due to the needs of agricultural production, various pesticides are inevitably used for controlling plant diseases and insect pests. Although the area of the current pollution-free agricultural products, green agricultural products and organic agricultural products is enlarged year by year under the increasing expectations of people, the problem of pesticide residue is still concerned by people and becomes an important index for measuring the safety of pesticides and the quality of agricultural products. Therefore, the invention designs a device and a method for rapidly detecting the pesticide residue of agricultural products.
