Fig. 1 is a flowchart illustrating a control method of a direct-expansion air conditioning unit system according to an exemplary embodiment, which may be used in, but not limited to, a terminal, as shown in fig. 1, including the steps of:
step 101: collecting equipment operation parameters of a direct expansion type air conditioning unit system;
step 102: and adjusting the operation number of the equipment in the direct-expansion type air conditioning unit system according to the equipment operation parameters of the direct-expansion type air conditioning unit system so as to enable the direct-expansion type air conditioning unit system to automatically operate.
In some embodiments, the automatic operation of the direct expansion type air conditioning unit system is the automatic mode of starting the direct expansion type air conditioning unit system.
Further, before step 102, the method further includes:
judging whether the direct expansion type air conditioning unit system has an abnormal condition, if so, the direct expansion type air conditioning unit system cannot automatically operate; if the direct expansion type air conditioning unit system has no abnormal condition, adjusting the operation number of the equipment in the direct expansion type air conditioning unit system according to the equipment operation parameters of the direct expansion type air conditioning unit system so as to enable the direct expansion type air conditioning unit system to automatically operate.
In some alternative embodiments, the user is prompted to detect the associated device in the direct-expansion air conditioning unit system when an abnormal condition exists in the direct-expansion air conditioning unit system. The user is helped to know the abnormity of the direct-expansion air conditioning unit system in time, and the irreparable damage of the related equipment in the direct-expansion air conditioning unit system caused by the untimely knowledge of the user is avoided.
Further, the abnormal condition of the direct-expansion air conditioning unit system may include, but is not limited to:
when the direct expansion unit is in an operating state, the PLC of the direct expansion air conditioning unit and all the direct expansion units have communication faults, and the time of the communication faults is more than or equal to a first time threshold value; communication faults occur among all PLC controllers in the direct expansion type air conditioning unit system, and the time of the communication faults is more than or equal to a second time threshold; the water pump of the direct expansion type air conditioning unit system is in a local state and is started by personnel; when the water pump of the direct expansion type air conditioning unit system is closed, the water pump is stuck and fails to be closed; when the direct expansion unit is in a local state and the direct expansion unit is started on site; when the electric butterfly valve is in a local state, the electric butterfly valve is opened to a position.
In some optional embodiments, the local state of the water pump is that the start-stop control can be performed only through the field control cabinet; the local state of the direct expansion unit is that the start and stop control can be carried out only through a touch screen of the direct expansion unit; the local state of the electric butterfly valve is that the start and stop control can be carried out only through the field control cabinet.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present invention, the first time threshold and the second time threshold are not limited, and may be set by a person skilled in the art according to engineering requirements or experimental data. In some alternative embodiments, the first time threshold is 1 minute and the second time threshold is 10 seconds.
In some alternative embodiments, step 102 may be implemented by, but is not limited to, the following processes:
step 1021: acquiring the number of the currently running direct expansion unit and the number of the direct expansion unit activated in the automatic mode according to the equipment operation parameters of the direct expansion type air conditioning unit system;
step 1022: judging whether the number of the currently running direct expansion unit is consistent with the number of the direct expansion unit activated by the automatic mode, if not, closing the direct expansion unit inconsistent with the number of the direct expansion unit activated by the automatic mode and/or opening the direct expansion unit corresponding to the number of the direct expansion unit activated by the automatic mode; and if the operation number of the direct expansion unit is consistent with the operation number of the direct expansion unit, keeping the operation number of the direct expansion unit currently operated.
For example, if the number of the currently running direct expansion unit is No. 1 and the number of the direct expansion unit activated in the automatic mode is No. 2, the direct expansion unit No. 1 needs to be closed and the direct expansion unit No. 2 needs to be opened; assuming that the number of the currently running direct expansion unit is 1 or 2, and the number of the direct expansion unit activated in the automatic mode is 2, the direct expansion unit 1 needs to be closed.
In some alternative embodiments, step 102 may also be implemented by, but is not limited to, the following processes:
step 1023: acquiring the current operation number of water pumps, the current operation number of cooling towers and the number of the currently operated direct expansion units according to the equipment operation parameters of the direct expansion type air conditioning unit system;

In some embodiments, the water pumps in the direct expansion type air conditioning unit system comprise a cooling water pump and a chilled water pump, and the number of the cooling water pump and the chilled water pump is equal to the number of the currently operated direct expansion units; for example, if the water pumps in the direct expansion type air conditioning unit system include a cooling water pump and a chilled water pump, and the number of the currently operated direct expansion unit is 2, the number of the cooling water pumps required to be operated is 2, and the number of the chilled water pumps is 2.
Further optionally, in step 1024, controlling the current operation number of the water pumps or the cooling towers so that the current operation number of the water pumps and the cooling towers is equal to the number of the currently operated direct expansion units, including:
if the current operation number of the water pumps or the cooling towers is larger than the number of the currently operated direct expansion units, closing the currently operated water pumps or the cooling towers until the current operation number of the water pumps or the cooling towers is equal to the number of the currently operated direct expansion units;
and if the current operation number of the water pumps or the cooling towers is less than the number of the currently operated direct expansion units, opening the water pumps or the cooling towers which are not operated until the current operation number of the water pumps or the cooling towers is equal to the number of the currently operated direct expansion units.
For example, if the number of the currently operating direct expansion unit is 2, the number of the water pumps is 1, and the number of the cooling towers is 3, it is necessary to turn on 1 water pump that is not in operation, and turn off 1 cooling tower that is in operation.

step 1026: respectively judging whether the current operation number of the electric butterfly valves and the tail end air valves is equal to the number of the currently operated direct expansion units, and if the current operation number of the electric butterfly valves is equal to the number of the currently operated direct expansion units and the current operation number of the tail end air valves is equal to the number of the currently operated direct expansion units, keeping the current operation number of the electric butterfly valves and the tail end air valves; if the current operation number of the electric butterfly valves is not equal to the number of the currently operated direct expansion units or the current operation number of the tail end air valves is not equal to the number of the currently operated direct expansion units, controlling the current operation number of the electric butterfly valves or the tail end air valves to enable the current operation number of the electric butterfly valves and the tail end air valves to be equal to the number of the currently operated direct expansion units.
Further optionally, in step 1026, controlling the current operation number of the electric butterfly valves or the terminal air valves so that the current operation number of the electric butterfly valves and the terminal air valves is equal to the number of the currently operated direct expansion units, including:
if the current operation number of the electric butterfly valves or the tail end air valves is larger than the number of the currently operated direct expansion units, closing the currently operated electric butterfly valves or the tail end air valves until the current operation number of the electric butterfly valves or the tail end air valves is equal to the number of the currently operated direct expansion units;
if the current operation number of the electric butterfly valves or the tail end air valves is smaller than the number of the currently operated direct expansion units, the electric butterfly valves or the tail end air valves which are not operated are opened until the current operation number of the electric butterfly valves or the tail end air valves is equal to the number of the currently operated direct expansion units.
For example, if the number of currently operating direct expansion units is 3, the number of operations of electric butterfly valves in the direct expansion air conditioning unit system is 4, and the number of operations of end air valves is 2, it is necessary to close 1 operating electric butterfly valve and open one non-operating end air valve.
In some alternative embodiments, step 102 may also be implemented by, but is not limited to, the following processes:
step 1027: acquiring the opening number of the currently operating electric butterfly valve and the opening number of the currently operating cooling tower butterfly valve according to the equipment operation parameters of the direct expansion type air conditioning unit system;
step 1028: judging whether the opening number of the currently operating electric butterfly valve is consistent with the opening number of the currently operating cooling tower butterfly valve, if so, keeping the opening number of the currently operating electric butterfly valve and the opening number of the currently operating cooling tower butterfly valve, and executing step 1029; if the command is inconsistent with the command, issuing a command for opening the electric butterfly valve corresponding to the opening number of the currently operating cooling tower butterfly valve or closing the electric butterfly valve not corresponding to the opening number of the currently operating cooling tower butterfly valve, and executing step 1029 after issuing the command for a first time period;
for example, assuming that the electric butterfly valve operated in the direct expansion type air conditioning unit system is the No. 1 electric butterfly valve and the cooling tower butterfly valve operated in the direct expansion type air conditioning unit system is the No. 2 cooling tower butterfly valve, it is necessary to close the No. 1 electric butterfly valve and close the No. 1 electric butterfly valve in place, open the No. 2 electric butterfly valve and open the No. 2 electric butterfly valve in place.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present invention, the first time period is not limited, and may be set by a person skilled in the art according to engineering requirements or experimental data; in some alternative embodiments, the first time period is 1 second.
Step 1029: acquiring the on-off state of a currently running tail end air valve and the on-off state of the tail end air valve before the last shutdown of the direct expansion type air conditioning unit system according to the equipment operation parameters of the direct expansion type air conditioning unit system;
step 10210: judging whether the on-off state of the currently running tail end air valve is the same as the on-off state of the tail end air valve before the last shutdown of the direct expansion type air conditioning unit system, and if so, keeping the on-off state of the currently running tail end air valve; if not, adjusting the on-off state of the currently operated tail end air valve to enable the on-off state of the currently operated tail end air valve to be the same as the on-off state of the tail end air valve before the last shutdown of the direct expansion type air conditioning unit system, and setting the frequency of the fan of the cooling tower as the starting frequency set value of the fan of the cooling tower.
For example, if the terminal air valve is opened and put in place before the last shutdown of the direct-expansion air conditioning unit system, and the currently operating terminal air valve is closed in the opening and closing state, the currently operating terminal air valve needs to be opened and put in place; assuming that the terminal damper is closed and closed in place before the last shutdown of the direct expansion air conditioning unit system, the currently operating terminal damper needs to be closed and closed in place if the switch state of the currently operating terminal damper is open.
In some optional embodiments, the on-off state of the end air valve before the direct expansion type air conditioning unit system is shut down last time can be checked from the current mode of the direct expansion type air conditioning unit system; for example, assuming that the terminal air valve is opened and in place before the last shutdown of the direct-expansion air conditioning unit system, the terminal air valve should also be opened and in place in the current mode; assuming that the end damper is closed and closed in place before the last shutdown of the direct-expansion air conditioning unit system, the end damper should also be closed and closed in place in the current mode.
In some alternative embodiments, step 102 may also be implemented by, but is not limited to, the following processes:
step 10211: acquiring the in-place opening number of electric butterfly valves at the cooling side, the in-place opening number of electric water valves of the direct expansion unit, the in-place opening number of air valves, the operation number of cooling water pumps, the preset opening requirement number of the direct expansion unit and the number of the currently operated direct expansion unit according to the equipment operation parameters of the direct expansion type air conditioning unit system;

Further optionally, the closing the currently operating direct expansion unit or opening the non-operating direct expansion unit in step 10213 to make the number of the currently operating direct expansion unit equal to the preset opening requirement number of the direct expansion unit includes:
if the number of the currently operated direct expansion units is smaller than the preset opening requirement number of the direct expansion units, starting the direct expansion units which are not operated until the number of the currently operated direct expansion units is equal to the preset opening requirement number of the direct expansion units;
and if the number of the currently operated direct expansion units is larger than the preset opening requirement number of the direct expansion units, closing the currently operated direct expansion units until the number of the currently operated direct expansion units is equal to the preset opening requirement number of the direct expansion units.
For example, if the number of the currently operated direct expansion units is 2 and the number of the opening requirements of the direct expansion units is 3, 1 direct expansion unit which is not operated needs to be opened; assuming that the number of the currently operated direct expansion units is 3 and the number of the opening requirements of the direct expansion units is 2, 1 currently operated direct expansion unit needs to be closed.
