Abstract
本发明涉及一种手机双层保护壳式支架,属于手机和数码产品配件技术领域,本发明解决了现有手机支架的缺陷,安装在手机或者平板电脑上不会影响正常使用。平时作为手机保护壳使用,需要支架时候可以伸展开把手机固定在适合的角度,适合手机拍照,直播,观看视频的角度调整和固定。说明书摘要附图如说明书附图1所示,是本发明安装上手机的效果图。

本发明涉及一种手机双层保护壳式支架,属于手机及数码产品配件技术领域。
背景技术:
现有手机支架很多种类,他们的作用是固定手机在一个角度来满足使用需求,但是这些支架都有一个缺点,都是不能长期安装在手机上,安装后会影响手机的正常使用。
发明内容:
本发明解决了现有手机支架的缺陷,长期安装在手机和平板电脑上不影响正常使用。平时作为手机保护壳使用,需要支架时就伸展开把手机调整并固定在适合的角度。适合手机拍照,直播,观看视频等操作使用。

具体实施方式:
这里描述手机双层保护壳式支架的具体实施方式。
通过塑料注塑成型定制(03)内壳。材料是塑料。
通过金属五金配件加工定制(04)小板,(05)底板,(06)上盖,(08)封口盖,材料可用航空铝材。
通过阻尼铰链生成厂定制(07)阻尼铰链。
通过磁吸生产厂定制强力磁吸(10)内壳扣件,(17)外壳扣件。
通过锁扣生产厂定制(11)开锁装置按钮。(11)开锁装置按钮和(16)锁扣固定勾配合组成锁扣。
这里描述手机双层保护壳式支架的配件安装实施方式。
将(04)小板,(05)底板,(06)上盖对齐,把(07)阻尼铰链安装进(13)上盖铰链安装口,(15)底板铰链安装口,(09)小板铰链安装口。将(08)封口盖安装在(13)上盖铰链安装口上。这样(07)阻尼铰链就把(04)小板,(05)底板,(06)上盖组合成外壳,将(11)开锁装置按钮固定在(06)上盖对应的位置。
在(03)内壳背后(10)内壳扣件的位置用胶水贴上(10)内壳扣件。在(04)小板(17)外壳扣件位置用胶水贴上(17)外壳扣件,完成发明的全部安装。
需要注意的是(07)阻尼铰链的阻尼力度要足够支撑固定手机,(10)内壳扣件,(17)外壳扣件是一对磁吸,其吸附力要足够固定手机。遇到在屏幕曲面边操作的手机,可以用镶嵌方式在相应的位置改变材料来实现。内壳和外壳都留有根据不同型号手机对应位置的孔洞和控制键保证手机的日常使用。
发明合上如图1状态时,(10)内壳扣件收纳在(18)内壳扣件收纳位。
按下(11)开锁装置按钮用作于(16)锁扣固定勾可以打开外壳如图7的状态,继续操作成图8状态,将(05)底板,(06)上盖作为支架底座,把(10)内壳扣件吸附在(17)外壳扣件上。
手机的横竖屏以(10)内壳扣件为圆心无级旋转来调整,手机的俯仰角度通过(04)小板通过(07)阻尼铰链旋转配合无级调整定位。
(04)小板,(05)底板,(06)上盖交接截面都带有斜面,这样的设计使(04)小板,(05)底板,(06)上盖只能够作单向开合,使本发明的整体性更好。
以上所述是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明所述原理的前提下,还可以作出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。
Claims (3)
1.一种手机双层保护壳式支架,由内壳和外壳组成,其特征表现为外壳包裹着内壳组成手机保护壳,内壳和外壳都留有和不同型号手机位置对应的孔洞和控制键,保证手机的日常使用,作为支架使用时,外壳打开可以变身为支架,支架和内壳配合把手机调整并固定在需要的使用角度。
2.根据权利要求1所述的内壳,内壳用缓冲材料包裹手机并要带有内壳扣件,其特征表现为内壳和内壳扣件连成一体,内壳扣件是一对圆形磁吸的一个,内壳可以通过内壳扣件吸附在外壳扣件上,以内壳扣件为圆心转动使内壳带动手机无级调整竖到横的任何角度。
3.根据权利要求1所述的外壳,外壳由上盖,底板,小板,阻尼铰链,锁扣,外壳扣件组合而成,其特征表现为合上并锁定的外壳作用是保护内壳,按下开锁装置按钮开启锁扣打开外壳,上盖和底板通过阻尼铰链旋转打开组合成支架底座,小板的外壳扣件是一对圆形磁吸的另一个,可以吸附着内壳扣件,小板通过阻尼铰链旋转可以调整吸附的内壳来调整手机的俯仰角度,阻尼铰链要有三道足够的阻尼力度把上盖,底板,小板固定在一个需要的角度。
