2) a separation process: hydraulic oil supplied by a main pump enters a rod cavity of the hydraulic integrated switcher 15, meanwhile, a reverse oil circuit of a hydraulic control one-way valve is communicated, a piston rod 15.4 is pushed to move from a high pressure cavity to a low pressure cavity, the piston rod 15.4 is recovered, a locking pin shaft 15.2 and a valve body A15.1 of the hydraulic integrated switcher 15 are recovered, the locking pin shaft 15.2 is separated from a welding pin shaft 19, the valve body A15.1 is separated from a connecting seat valve block B20, meanwhile, the hydraulic oil in a rodless cavity returns to an oil tank through the hydraulic control one-way valve 15.7, and the machine and the liquid are disconnected;
3) forward rotation process: hydraulic oil supplied by a main pump enters a hydraulic rotary motor 7 through a motor control valve block 8, a pilot is started at the same time to drive the hydraulic rotary motor 7 to rotate, and low-pressure oil in the hydraulic rotary motor 7 returns to an oil tank through the motor control valve block 8 to finish forward rotation; in the process, the hydraulic oil supplied by the main pump is suddenly interrupted, and the loop is interrupted because the pilot pressure is not started, so that the motor realizes hydraulic braking, and personal injury caused by inertial rotation of the accessory is avoided;
4) and (3) reversing process: hydraulic oil supplied by a main pump enters a hydraulic rotary motor 7 through a motor control valve block 8, and meanwhile, a pilot is started to drive the hydraulic rotary motor 7 to rotate, and low-pressure oil in the hydraulic rotary motor 7 returns to an oil tank through the motor control valve block 8 to complete reverse rotation; if the high-pressure oil supplied by the main pump is suddenly interrupted in the process, the loop is interrupted because the pilot pressure is not started, and the motor realizes hydraulic braking, thereby avoiding personal injury caused by inertial rotation of the accessory.

Claims (10)

A hydraulic rotary oil way quick-change device comprises a link part (3) connected with an excavator accessory, and is characterized by further comprising a rotary part (1) butted with an excavator forearm and a connecting rod, wherein a main body part (2) is arranged between the rotary part (1) and the link part (3), the main body part (2) is fixedly connected with the rotary part (1), and the main body part (2) and the link part (3) are detachably assembled and installed in an assembling mode; the rotary part (1) comprises an adapter (4), and a rotary speed reducer (6) is fixedly arranged on the surface of an adapter base plate (4.1) of the adapter (4); the inner ring and the outer ring of the rotary speed reducer (6) realize relative rotation through a hydraulic rotary motor (7); the top of the main body part (2) is provided with an oil separator (11), the lower part of the main body part (2) is provided with a hydraulic integrated switcher (15), and an oil way is connected between the oil separator (11) and the hydraulic integrated switcher (15); a quick-plug female joint (15.8) is arranged on the hydraulic integrated switcher (15); the link part (3) is provided with a quick-plug male connector (21); the quick-insert female joint (15.8) is used for butt joint with the quick-insert male joint (21).
2. The rotary hydraulic oil circuit quick-change device as claimed in claim 1, wherein a motor control valve block (8) is fixedly mounted at the oil port of the rotary hydraulic motor (7).
3. The rotary hydraulic oil circuit quick-change device according to claim 1, wherein a pair of parallel riser blocks (4.2) are disposed on the adapter base plate (4.1), and a pair of housing fixing pins (5) are mounted on the riser blocks (4.2).

Hydraulic rotary oil circuit quick change device according to any claim 1-3, the hydraulic integrated switch is characterized in that the main body part (2) comprises a main body (13), the main body (13) comprises a main body connecting plate (13.1) fixedly connected with the rotary speed reducer (6) and a pair of switch mounting side plates (13.2) used for mounting a hydraulic integrated switch (15), the switch mounting side plates (13.2) are connected with the main body connecting plate (13.1) through the main body side plates (13.3), a locking pin mounting plate (13.5) is arranged at the front end of each switch mounting side plate (13.2), a locking pin hole is formed in each locking pin mounting plate (13.5), each locking pin mounting plate (13.5) is perpendicular to the corresponding switch mounting side plate (13.2), a connecting bayonet (13.6) is arranged at the rear end of each switch mounting side plate (13.2), and a limiting shaft B (17) is arranged on the side surface of each switch mounting side plate (; the hydraulic integrated switch (15) is mounted between two switch mounting side plates (13.2).

The rotary hydraulic oil circuit quick-change device according to claim 4, wherein the main body side plate (13.3) is provided with an opening, two ends of the two main body side plates (13.3) are connected through the main body sealing plates (13.4), and the two main body side plates (13.3) and the two main body sealing plates (13.4) form a square box-packed structure.

2) a separation process: hydraulic oil supplied by a main pump enters a rod cavity of the hydraulic integrated switcher (15), meanwhile, a reverse oil circuit of the hydraulic control one-way valve is communicated, a piston rod (15.4) is pushed to move from a high-pressure cavity to a low-pressure cavity, the piston rod (15.4) is recovered, a locking pin shaft (15.2) and a valve body A (15.1) of the hydraulic integrated switcher (15) are recovered, the locking pin shaft (15.2) is separated from a welding pin shaft (19), the valve body A (15.1) is separated from a linking seat valve block B (20), meanwhile, the hydraulic oil in a rodless cavity returns to an oil tank through the hydraulic control one-way valve (15.7), and the machine is interrupted and the liquid is;
3) forward rotation process: hydraulic oil supplied by a main pump enters a hydraulic rotary motor (7) through a motor control valve block (8), a pilot is started at the same time to drive the hydraulic rotary motor (7) to rotate, and low-pressure oil in the hydraulic rotary motor (7) returns to an oil tank through the motor control valve block (8) to finish forward rotation;
