The advantage lies in, simple easy operation, utilizes the not hard up location of adjusting C shape card from top to bottom of C shape card screw, utilizes 5 round holes on the shoulder pole to satisfy the regulation about the fire control riser simultaneously. The use of the fire-fighting riser is more flexible, the C-shaped clamp, the U-shaped bolt and the fire-fighting riser after being detached can be reused, manpower and material resources are saved, and the construction cost is greatly reduced.

secondly, welding and fixing the carrying pole 4 and the C-shaped clamp 1, enabling the carrying pole 4 to be tightly attached to the temporary fire-fighting vertical pipe 6, then clamping the fire-fighting vertical pipe 6 by utilizing a U-shaped bolt 5, and penetrating through two round holes in the carrying pole 4 for fixing (shown in figures 2, 3 and 4);
thirdly, when the fire-fighting vertical pipe 6 needs to be adjusted left and right, the U-shaped bolt 5 is loosened, and then the U-shaped bolt 5 is inserted into the other two round holes of the carrying pole 4. When the fire fighting riser 6 is not used any longer, the nuts of the bolt 2 and the U-bolt 5 of the C-shaped clamp 1 are loosened, and then the fire fighting riser 6 is protectively removed without being damaged. The removed C-clamp 1, U-bolt 5 and fire riser 6 can be reused (fig. 5, 6).
The method is simple and easy to operate, the C-shaped clamp is vertically adjusted by loosening the C-shaped clamp screw, and meanwhile, the left and right adjustment of the fire-fighting stand pipe is met by using 5 round holes in the shoulder pole. The use of the fire-fighting stand pipe is more flexible, the disassembled C-shaped clamp, U-shaped bolt and the fire-fighting stand pipe can be reused, manpower and material resources are saved, construction cost is greatly reduced, and good economic benefits are obtained for companies.

firstly, a C-shaped clamp 1 and a carrying pole 4 are machined, the C-shaped clamp 1 is machined by a 6mm steel plate, the carrying pole 4 is machined by 60mm equilateral angle steel, and 5 circular holes with equal intervals are formed in one surface of the angle steel. Then fixing the C-shaped clamp 1 with a flange plate of a steel column 3 through a screw 2, and adjusting the positioning of the C-shaped clamp 1 up and down through loosening the screw 2;
secondly, welding and fixing the carrying pole 4 and the C-shaped clamp 1, enabling the carrying pole 4 to be tightly attached to the temporary fire-fighting vertical pipe 6, then clamping the fire-fighting vertical pipe 6 by utilizing a U-shaped bolt 5, and penetrating through two round holes in the carrying pole 4 for fixing;
thirdly, when the fire-fighting vertical pipe 6 needs to be adjusted left and right, the U-shaped bolt 5 is loosened, and then the U-shaped bolt 5 is inserted into the other two round holes of the carrying pole 4. When the fire fighting riser 6 is not used any longer, the nuts of the bolt 2 and the U-bolt 5 of the C-shaped clamp 1 are loosened, and then the fire fighting riser 6 is protectively removed without being damaged. The removed C-clamp 1, U-bolt 5 and fire riser 6 can be reused.
When the frame structure of the sintering main factory building is constructed, a temporary fixing method is adopted for the temporary fire-fighting stand pipe, and a good effect is achieved. The C-shaped clamp and the carrying pole rod are machined firstly, the carrying pole rod is formed by machining angle steel, 5 circular holes are formed in one surface of the angle steel at equal intervals, the C-shaped clamp is fixed with the steel column flange plate through screws, and the positioning of the C-shaped clamp is adjusted up and down through loosening the screws. The carrying pole is welded and fixed with the C-shaped clamp, the carrying pole is tightly attached to the temporary fire-fighting vertical pipe, then the fire-fighting vertical pipe is clamped by the U-shaped bolt and passes through two round holes of the carrying pole to be fixed, when the fire-fighting vertical pipe needs to be adjusted left and right, the U-shaped bolt is loosened, and then the U-shaped bolt is inserted into the other two round holes of the carrying pole. When the fire-fighting stand pipe is not used any more, the C-shaped clamping screw and the nut of the U-shaped bolt are loosened, and then the fire-fighting stand pipe is protectively dismounted without being damaged. The removed C-shaped clamp, U-shaped bolt and fire-fighting riser can be reused. 1. A temporary fixing method of a fire-fighting riser is characterized by comprising the following specific process steps:
firstly, processing a C-shaped clamp (1) and a carrying pole (4), wherein the C-shaped clamp (1) is processed by a 6mm steel plate, the carrying pole (4) is processed by 60mm equilateral angle steel, and one surface of the angle steel is provided with 5 round holes with equal intervals; then fixing the C-shaped clamp (1) with a flange plate of the steel column (3) through a screw (2), and adjusting the positioning of the C-shaped clamp (1) up and down through loosening the screw (2);
secondly, welding and fixing the carrying pole (4) and the C-shaped clamp (1), enabling the carrying pole (4) to be tightly attached to the temporary fire-fighting vertical pipe (6), then clamping the fire-fighting vertical pipe (6) by utilizing a U-shaped bolt (5), and penetrating through two round holes of the carrying pole (4) for fixing;
and thirdly, when the fire-fighting vertical pipe (6) needs to be adjusted left and right, loosening the U-shaped bolt (5), and then inserting the U-shaped bolt (5) into the other two round holes of the shoulder pole (4). When the fire-fighting stand pipe (6) is not used any more, the screw (2) of the C-shaped clamp (1) and the nut of the U-shaped bolt (5) are loosened, and the fire-fighting stand pipe (6) is protectively dismounted without being damaged. The disassembled C-shaped clamp (1), the U-shaped bolt (5) and the fire-fighting riser (6) can be reused.
