背景技术
在核设施退役治理过程中,经常需要临时搭建各种骨架结构。常用的骨架连接件一是球形连接,二是梭形连接,采用承插式结构。这种连接件的不足之处在于需要的连接件数量多,搭建结构时用时较长,工作量较大。
发明内容
为了简化骨架结构并保有足够的强度,本发明提供了一种核退役管管多角度快速连接件,可以加工成多种角度,并同时夹紧多根连接杆。使骨架结构搭建更加方便快捷,用时较短,工作量小,外形美观,为核设施退役治理提供有力的支持。
为达到上述目的,本发明所采取的技术方案为:
一种核退役管管多角度快速连接件,连接件沿横截面剖分为剖分件A、剖分件B,连接件插口分布于剖分件A、剖分件B上;锁紧螺栓穿过剖分件A的通孔与剖分件B的螺纹孔,伸缩弹簧套在锁紧螺栓上。
所述的连接件插口朝不同角度的方向分布于剖分件A、剖分件B上。
所述的连接件插口设计为凹凸台形式。
所述的锁紧螺栓和伸缩弹簧相互配合,自动调节剖分件A、剖分件B开口大小,连接杆插入后使用锁紧螺栓锁紧剖分件A、剖分件B,此时伸缩弹簧处于压紧状态,松开锁紧螺栓时,利用伸缩弹簧的弹力使剖分件A、剖分件B张开。
本发明所取得的有益效果为:
解决核设施退役治理过程中,搭建骨架所需连接件数量多、时间长的问题。新型连接件与连接杆配合后安全可靠,稳定性高,拼接拆卸快速。满足核设施退役治理工程的使用技术指标,为退役治理队伍提供专业化的设备支持,为项目的深入拓展提供强有力的技术支持,满足退役治理项目的需求。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明进行详细说明。
如图所示,一种可以沿不同角度分布的剖分式多角度快速连接件,整体结构由剖分件A1、剖分件B2、锁紧螺栓3与伸缩弹簧4组成。整个连接件沿横截面剖分为剖分件A1、剖分件B2,连接件插口可以按实际需求朝不同角度的方向分布于剖分件A1、剖分件B2上。连接件插口设计为凹凸台形式,用于防止连杆脱落。锁紧螺栓3穿过剖分件A1的通孔与剖分件B2的螺纹孔,由此控制两部分剖分件的夹紧。为使连接杆与连接件快速装配,连接件中间装有伸缩弹簧4,伸缩弹簧4套在锁紧螺栓3上,通过锁紧螺栓3和伸缩弹簧4相互配合,可自动调节剖分件A1、剖分件B2开口大小,连接杆插入后使用锁紧螺栓3锁紧剖分件A1、剖分件B2,此时伸缩弹簧4处于压紧状态,松开锁紧螺栓3时,利用伸缩弹簧4的弹力使剖分件A1、剖分件B2张开。

1.一种核退役管管多角度快速连接件,其特征在于:连接件沿横截面剖分为剖分件A、剖分件B,连接件插口分布于剖分件A、剖分件B上;锁紧螺栓穿过剖分件A的通孔与剖分件B的螺纹孔,伸缩弹簧套在锁紧螺栓上。
