本发明涉及节能环保板材技术领域,具体为一种节能环保板材。
背景技术
随着中国生态、绿色、环保住宅的发展,必然促进环保建材节能材料的持续发展,我国建筑节能目标是努力实现城镇建筑夏季室温低于30℃、采暖区冬季室温达到18℃的基本要求,要求采取多种有效的节能技术与管理措施,把新建房屋单位面积的能耗较大幅度地降下来,对原有建筑物进行有计划的节能改造,随着人们环保与健康意识的提高,环保板材受到越来越多的人的关注,建筑节能环保便成为了一个目标,但是实施这一目标,无疑必须全面推广新型建筑系统和节能环保材料的应用,国内现有的部分保温节能材料已经达不到国家相关规定的要求,建筑板材通常采用聚氨酯泡沫塑料进行保温隔热,这些材料虽然导热系数较低,但是其机械强度也低,耐火性能不高,只能作为建筑外墙的辅助材料或者建筑内墙的装饰材料,有些采用钢夹板内部填充板材的方式进行加工,但是这就加工方式的难度较高,且板材存在腐蚀的问题。
现有的节能板材存在保温隔热效果较差,表面易腐蚀,且相邻板材之间的拼装缝隙较大,导致整体的隔热效果降低,因此需要一种节能环保板材对上述问题做出改善。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种节能环保板材,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。

与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
1、本发明中,通过设置的环保隔热基板的内部开设的均匀分布的中空保温腔可在一定程度上提高节能环保板材本体整体的保温隔热及隔音的效果,与此同时,阻热蓄能层可在板材的外部起到第一层隔热的效果,中间保温板可在板材的内部起到进一步的保温隔热及隔音的效果,整体来说以上结构的设计可大幅度的提高节能环保板材本体的保温隔热及隔音的效果。
2、本发明中,通过设置的左侧连接板、左侧板材连接槽分别与右侧板材连接槽、右侧连接板配合使用使得相邻的板材可在上下和左右方向的相互牵制,与此同时上侧板材搭边与下侧板材搭边的配合使用使得相邻板材之间进行部分重叠,从而保证相邻的板材之间不会产生缝隙。
3、本发明中,通过设置的第一加强筋、第二加强筋与加强网使得本装置的强度得到大幅度提高,从而延长本装置的使用寿命,另外装饰板粘合层采用废陶瓷、岩棉废料、改性贝壳粉加工制作而成,可在一定程度上进行废陶瓷、岩棉废料的再利用,从而实现节能环保,整体来说本装置结构的设计使得其不易出现腐蚀情况,且具有较好的保温隔热及隔音的效果。
