Background
Under the strategy of novel urbanization and preferential development of public transport, the application prospect of modern tramcars and subways in China is generally accepted, and the modern tramcars and subways gradually step towards the stage of diversification and large-scale development. With the increase of the total weight and service time of the steel rail, various diseases such as wavy abrasion, fat edge, stripping and chipping and the like are generated on the surface and inside of the steel rail. If the diseases cannot be cleared in time, the stability and the comfort of train operation can be influenced, serious safety accidents such as derailment of a running train and the like can be caused in serious cases, and high maintenance cost is brought.
Rail grinding is one of the most effective rail maintenance technologies recognized worldwide, and a grinding tool is used for removing a damaged layer material on a rail tread so as to improve the contact relation of a wheel rail, prolong the service life of the rail and ensure the safe operation of a train. The abrasive belt grinding is a newly proposed steel rail maintenance technology, has the characteristics of elastic grinding, cold grinding and the like, has the advantages of high efficiency, high quality, high safety and the like in the steel rail grinding operation process, and is gradually put into steel rail maintenance operation.
Although various large, medium and small-sized devices such as abrasive belts, grinding wheels, milling cutters and the like serving as grinding tools appear in the field of rail grinding, the application of the modern tram line has a plurality of defects, which are specifically shown as follows:

As shown in the figure, the rail dual-purpose steel rail abrasive belt grinding vehicle comprises a vehicle frame, and a rail conversion system, a steel rail grinding system, a carriage 14, a cab 18, a front wheel pair 21 and a rear driving wheel pair 16 which are connected to the vehicle frame; the rail conversion system is positioned in front of the grinding wagon and comprises a connecting base 1, a supporting chassis 2 and a butt shaft sleeve 4, wherein the connecting base 1 is fixedly connected with the frame, and a swing mechanism is fixed on the supporting chassis 2. In this embodiment, the revolving mechanism is a revolving cylinder 3, one end of the revolving cylinder 3 is hinged to the connection base 1, the other end of the revolving cylinder 3 is fixedly connected to the docking sleeve 4, one side of the cylinder body is fixedly connected to the support chassis 2, the support chassis 2 is rotatably connected to the connection base 1 through the revolving cylinder 3, and the support chassis 2 is connected to the docking sleeve 4; the device also comprises a track wheel pair 5, and the rotary air cylinder 3 and the track wheel pair 5 are driven by air pressure to move relatively. One end of the frame lifting cylinder 8 is hinged with the frame, and the other end of the frame lifting cylinder is fixedly connected with the polishing trolley frame 13; the grinding trolley frame 13 is fixedly connected with the locking device, the abrasive belt grinding unit 12, the positioning gear train 9 and the grinding trolley traction mechanism 7; one end of the grinding trolley traction mechanism 7 is hinged with the frame, and the other end is hinged with the grinding trolley frame 13. Specifically, the frame lifting cylinder 8 drives the polishing trolley frame 13 and the sub-modules connected with the polishing trolley frame to lift along the direction of the cylinder body of the cylinder, and the locking cylinder 10 and the bearing plate 11 are driven to move relatively through air pressure.

As can be seen from the figure, the number of the frame lifting cylinders 8 is 4, and the frame lifting cylinders are distributed at four corners of the grinding trolley frame 13. Of course, one skilled in the art can arrange a suitable number of frame lifting cylinders as desired.
