Specifically, one of the two sets of internal components is close to the dispensing opening 11 relative to the other set of internal components, when the detecting structure 40 of the internal component far from the dispensing opening 11 detects that the height of the clothes in the corresponding basket structure 20 reaches the detection height, the first main gear is meshed with the first auxiliary gear, the rotating structure 50 drives the two sets of internal components to rotate, so as to exchange the positions of the two sets of internal components, and after the exchange is completed, the second main gear is meshed with the second auxiliary gear of the rotating shaft 35 of the internal component close to the dispensing opening 11, and the rotating shaft 35 drives the winch 31 of the corresponding driving structure 30 to rotate, so as to pour the clothes in the basket structure 20 of the internal component out of the automatic clothes supplying device.
Specifically, the swivel structure 50 includes a swivel bar 51, the swivel bar 51 is a U-shaped structure, the swivel bar 51 includes a first segment 511, a second segment 512 and a third segment 513 which are connected in sequence, the first segment 511 and the third segment 513 respectively extend into the corners of the basket structures 20 of the two internal assemblies, and the length of the second segment 512 can be adjusted. By configuring the second section 512 to have a length-adjustable structure, it can be ensured that the two internal components will not be jammed during rotation.
Specifically, a line connecting the corner where the first section 511 is located and the corner where the third section 513 is located has an angle with the arrangement direction of the two internal components.
Specifically, the rotating structure 50 further includes a winch link 514 and a rotating shaft 515. The rotating shafts 35 of the two groups of internal components respectively penetrate through the corresponding winches 31 and extend into two ends of a winch connecting rod 514; the rotation shaft 515 passes through the winch link 514 and the second segment 512 in sequence, and drives the rotation rod 51 and the winch link 514 to rotate.

Claims (15)

1. An automatic clothes supply device, characterized by comprising a housing (10), wherein the housing (10) is provided with a containing cavity, the side wall of the housing (10) is provided with a throwing opening (11) communicated with the containing cavity, the automatic clothes supply device further comprises an internal component positioned inside the housing (10), and the internal component comprises:
a basket structure (20), wherein the basket structure (20) is movably arranged inside the housing (10), and clothes can enter the basket structure (20) through the throwing opening (11) or can be poured out of the housing (10) from the basket structure (20);
a drive mechanism (30), wherein the drive mechanism (30) is drivingly connected to the basket mechanism (20) such that driving the basket mechanism (20) within the housing (10) effects the dumping action and the resetting action.
2. The automatic clothes supply apparatus according to claim 1, further comprising:
a detection structure (40), the detection structure (40) being disposed on a side of the basket structure (20) proximate to a top of the housing (10);
the control part is in signal connection with the detection structure (40) and the driving structure (30), when the clothes in the clothes basket structure (20) reach the detection height of the detection structure (40), the detection structure (40) sends a dumping signal, and the control part receives the dumping signal and drives the clothes basket structure (20) to perform dumping movement through the driving structure (30).
3. The automatic laundry feeding apparatus according to claim 1, characterized in that the basket structure (20) comprises:
an adjustment lever (21);
a positioning rod (22) that is fixed in height with respect to the positioning rod (22) and that is positioned inside the housing (10) relative to the adjustment rod (21) in the direction of entry of the placement opening (11), the adjustment rod (21) being adjustable in position in the direction of height of the housing (10) and being movable toward the placement opening (11);
the first end of the wrapping cloth (23) is overlapped on one side, close to the throwing opening (11), of the positioning rod (22) and provided with a first driving rod (24), the wrapping cloth (23) bypasses the positioning rod (22), extends downwards and bypasses a second driving rod (25) to transversely extend into the shell (10), then bypasses a third driving rod (26), extends upwards and bypasses the adjusting rod (21), and then a fourth driving rod (27) is arranged at the second end of the wrapping cloth (23);
when the clothes basket structure (20) performs a dumping action, the driving structure (30) drives the adjusting rod (21) to move towards one side of the throwing opening (11), the first driving rod (24) and the fourth driving rod (27) both move downwards, and the second driving rod (25) and the third driving rod (26) both move upwards.

The automatic clothes supply apparatus according to claim 3, wherein the basket structure (20) further comprises two side flaps (28), two side flaps (28) are symmetrically disposed on both sides of the width direction of the wrapping sheet (23), the side flaps (28) are further provided with a first rail (281), a second rail (282) and a third rail (283), the first rail (281) and the second rail (282) both extend along the height direction of the housing (10), the first driving rod (24) and the second driving rod (25) slide along the first rail (281), the third driving rod (26) and the fourth driving rod (27) slide along the second rail (282), and the adjusting rod (21) slides along the third rail (283).
5. The automatic clothes supplying apparatus according to claim 4,
the third track (283) is an arc track, and the top end of the third track (283) is close to the first track (281) relative to the bottom end of the third track (283), and the curvature center of the arc track is positioned at one side of the arc track close to the first track (281); and/or
The clothes basket structure (20) further comprises a soft collecting basket (29), at least one part of the wrapping cloth (23) is arranged inside the soft collecting basket (29) to form a containing space for containing clothes, the first end and the second end of the wrapping cloth (23) respectively extend out of the soft collecting basket (29), and at least one part of the side blocking cloth (28) is located inside the soft collecting basket (29).
6. The automatic laundry feeding device according to claim 5, characterized in that the driving structure (30) comprises:
a winch (31), said winch (31) being arranged on the side of said collecting soft basket (29) remote from said third track (283);
two first steel cables (32), wherein the two first steel cables (32) are respectively wound on the winch (31) and connected with the first driving rod (24) and the second driving rod (25), two ends of the first steel cable (32) are respectively connected with the first end of the first driving rod (24) and the first end of the second driving rod (25), and two ends of the second first steel cable (32) are respectively connected with the second end of the first driving rod (24) and the second end of the second driving rod (25);
two second steel cables (33), wherein two second steel cables (33) are respectively wound on the winch (31) and connected with the third driving rod (26) and the fourth driving rod (27), two ends of the first second steel cable (33) are respectively connected with the first end of the third driving rod (26) and the first end of the fourth driving rod (27), and two ends of the second steel cable (33) are respectively connected with the second end of the third driving rod (26) and the second end of the fourth driving rod (27);
the number of the third steel cables (34) is two, one ends of the two third steel cables (34) are respectively connected with the winch (31), and the other ends of the two third steel cables (34) are respectively connected with two ends of the adjusting rod (21);
the rotating shaft (35), the rotating shaft (35) is connected with the winch (31) and can drive the winch (31) to rotate, and the control portion of the automatic clothes supplying device controls the rotating shaft (35) to rotate.
7. The automatic clothes supplying apparatus according to claim 6,
the two third steel cables (34) enter the third track (283) from one end of the corresponding third track (283) close to the first track (281) and extend towards one end of the third track (283) close to the second track (282), and the third steel cables (34) firstly pass through the first track (281) on the same side as the third track (283) before entering the third track (283).
8. The automatic clothes supply apparatus according to claim 6, wherein the driving structure (30) further comprises:
the number of the first pulleys is two, the two first pulleys are respectively in one-to-one correspondence with the two first steel cables (32) and the two third steel cables (34), the two first pulleys are respectively arranged at one ends, far away from the third track (283), of the two first tracks (281), and the two first steel cables (32) respectively pass around the corresponding first pulleys;
two second pulleys are respectively corresponding to the two second steel cables (33) one by one, the two second pulleys are respectively arranged at one end, far away from the third rail (283), of the two second rails (282), and the two second steel cables (33) respectively pass around the corresponding second pulleys;
and two third pulleys are respectively in one-to-one correspondence with the two third steel cables (34), the two third pulleys are respectively arranged at one ends, far away from the second rail (282), of the two third rails (283), and the two third steel cables (34) respectively pass around the corresponding first pulleys and the third pulleys.

The automatic clothes supply device according to claim 4, characterized in that the basket structure (20) further comprises two side guards (284), the two side guards (284) are respectively arranged corresponding to the two side guards (28), the side guards (284) are arranged between the side guards (28) and the wrapping cloth (23), the automatic clothes supply device further comprises a plurality of detecting structures (40), and at least one detecting structure (40) is respectively arranged on each side guard (284).
10. The automatic clothes supplying apparatus according to claim 9, wherein the side guards (284) are provided with relief notches (2841) corresponding to the first rail (281), the second rail (282), and the third rail (283), respectively,
a brush (2842) is arranged at the position, corresponding to the abdicating notch (2841) of the third track (283), of the side baffle (284); and/or
The bottom end of the side baffle (284) corresponding to the abdicating notch (2841) of the third track (283) is provided with an avoidance opening extending transversely.

The automatic clothes supplying apparatus according to claim 3, wherein the driving mechanism (30) further comprises four sets of hinged clamps (36), one set of hinged clamps (36) is respectively disposed at both ends of the positioning rod (22) and the adjusting rod (21), the positioning rod (22) is fixedly disposed through the hinged clamps (36), and the adjusting rod (21) is movably disposed through the hinged clamps (36).
12. The automatic clothes feeder according to claim 2, characterized in that said internal components are in two groups, two groups being mirrored, said automatic clothes feeder further comprising, arranged inside said casing (10):
the rotating structures (50), the rotating structures (50) are respectively connected with the rotating shafts (35) of the two internal components;
a powered shaft (60), the powered shaft (60) being positionally adjustable disposed within the housing (10), the powered shaft (60) having a first primary gear and a second primary gear, the rotating structure (50) having a first secondary gear cooperating with the first primary gear, the rotating shaft (35) having a second secondary gear cooperating with the second primary gear, the second primary gear disengaging from the second secondary gear when the first primary gear is engaged with the first secondary gear, the first primary gear disengaging from the first secondary gear when the second primary gear is engaged with the second secondary gear.

The automatic laundry feeding device according to claim 12, characterized in that one of the two sets of inner assemblies is close to the dispensing opening (11) relative to the other set of inner assemblies, when the detecting structure (40) of the inner assembly far from the dispensing opening (11) detects that the laundry in the corresponding basket structure (20) reaches a detection height, the first main gear is engaged with the first pinion, the rotating structure (50) drives the two sets of inner assemblies to rotate, so as to exchange the positions of the two sets of inner assemblies, and after the exchange is completed, the second main gear is engaged with the second pinion of the rotating shaft (35) of the inner assembly close to the dispensing opening (11), and the rotating shaft (35) drives the winch (31) of the corresponding driving structure (30) to rotate, to pour the laundry within the basket structure (20) of the inner assembly out of the automated laundry feeding apparatus.

The automatic laundry feeding apparatus according to claim 13, characterized in that the rotating structure (50) includes a rotating bar (51), the rotating bar (51) is a U-shaped structure, the rotating bar (51) includes a first section (511), a second section (512) and a third section (513) which are connected in sequence, the first section (511) and the third section (513) respectively extend into the corners of the laundry basket structure (20) of the two sets of inner assemblies, and the length of the second section (512) can be adjusted.
15. The automatic laundry feeding device according to claim 14, characterized in that the rotating structure (50) further comprises:
the rotating shafts (35) of the two groups of internal components respectively penetrate through the corresponding winches (31) and extend into two ends of the winch connecting rod (514);
and the rotating shaft (515), wherein the rotating shaft (515) sequentially passes through the winch connecting rod (514) and the second section (512) and drives the rotating rod (51) and the winch connecting rod (514) to rotate.
