Preferably, the filter assembly comprises a filter dust plate 18 and a filter cover 12, the filter dust plate 18 is assembled between the mounting plate 11 and the filter cover 12, and the filter dust plate 18 forms a detachable clamping and/or movable connection relationship with the mounting plate 11 on one hand and the filter cover 12 on the other hand; the filter cover 12 is buckled on the filter scrap plate 18, and the filter cover 12 forms a detachable clamping and matching relationship and/or a movable connection relationship with the filter scrap part on one hand and forms a detachable clamping and matching relationship and/or a movable connection relationship with the mounting plate 11 on the other hand; the side of the filter chip plate 18 close to the fluid inlet 13 forms a first filter structure 16; the side of the filter debris plate 18 close to the direction of the fluid outlet 14 forms a second filter structure 17; the debris plate 18 forms a debris structure between the first filter structure 16 and the second filter structure 17. Preferably, the side of the first filter structure 16 away from the fluid inlet 13 is provided with a one-way water inlet mechanism which enables the fluid to flow in only one way.
This embodiment has simplified this filter equipment structure based on embodiment 1, and it is through setting up double-deck filtration on straining the bits board, through first order filtration and second filtration's combined action, has improved enough efficiency of improving debris collection such as flocks, improves the filter effect. As shown in fig. 6, the present embodiment provides a washing machine including an inner tub 2, the inner tub 2 having a sidewall provided with the filtering device 1 of any one of embodiments 1 to 3, the fluid inlet 13 and the fluid outlet 14 of the filtering device 1 being formed in a circumferential direction of the sidewall of the inner tub 2. The fluid inlet 13 and the fluid outlet 14 are arranged on the two side surfaces of the filtering device 1, when the inner cylinder rotates to drive water flow to rotate, the flow of washing water entering the filtering device 1 is increased, the rotating force of the inner cylinder is effectively utilized to drive the washing water to better enter the filtering device 1, and the filtering efficiency is improved.
Preferably, a plurality of filtering devices 1 are arranged in the inner tub 2 of the washing machine, and are axially symmetrically distributed relative to the inner tub 2 of the washing machine.
Preferably, the height from the highest point of the filtering device 1 to the bottom of the inner barrel 2 is less than or equal to the height of the lowest water level line of the inner barrel 2, and the inlet and the outlet of the filtering device 1 are arranged along the rotation direction of the inner barrel 2.
Preferably, the mounting plate 11 is provided with a positioning post 111, and the inner side surface of the inner barrel 2 is provided with a positioning hole 21 corresponding to the positioning post 111. Preferably, the washing machine is a pulsator type washing machine.
In the washing machine in the embodiment, the fluid inlet and the fluid outlet of the filtering device used in the washing machine are distributed in the circumferential direction of the inner barrel of the washing machine, namely the fluid inlet and the fluid outlet are arranged on the side surfaces of two sides of the filtering device, and the design can utilize the rotation of the inner barrel and the inertia of water flow to flow out of the water outlet, which is different from the arrangement of the water outlet of the existing filtering device on the front surface. Meanwhile, after the washing water enters the filtering device, the washing water and the second filtering structure enter the scrap filtering plate through the first filtering structure and then flow out of the second filtering structure, and double-layer filtering can be achieved. The second filtration with inner tube rotation drive rivers flow opposite direction, this design of filter equipment fluid outlet has not only realized that double-deck filterable effect has also utilized the inner tube revolving force to drive rivers and has rotated, increases the flow that rivers flowed in from the filter screen, promotes filtration efficiency. Meanwhile, due to the design of the one-way water inlet mechanism, the inner barrel of the washing machine rotates reversely, so that fluid cannot go out from the fluid inlet when passing through the filtering device, the problem that impurities such as flocks and the like in the filtering device are washed out is solved, and the filtering effect is improved.
In summary, the present invention provides a filtering apparatus, which includes: the filter comprises a mounting plate and a filter assembly, wherein the mounting plate is internally provided with a hollow mounting cavity, and the side wall of the mounting cavity is provided with a fluid inlet and a fluid outlet which are arranged along the flowing direction of fluid so that the mounting cavity can flow in and out the fluid; the filter assembly is embedded in the installation cavity and positioned between the fluid inlet and the fluid outlet, and a first filter structure and a second filter structure are formed on the filter assembly, wherein the first filter structure corresponds to the fluid inlet in position, so that primary filtration of fluid is realized; the second filtering structure corresponds to the position of the fluid outlet, and secondary filtering of the fluid is realized. The side of the filtering device forms a fluid inlet and a fluid outlet which are combined with a double-layer filtering structure, and the efficiency of collecting impurities such as flocks is improved by the combined action of the first-stage filtering structure and the second filtering structure.

Claims (20)

1. A filter device, characterized by: the method comprises the following steps:
the mounting plate (11) is internally provided with a hollow mounting cavity, and the side wall of the mounting cavity is provided with a fluid inlet (13) and a fluid outlet (14) which are arranged along the flowing direction of the fluid so that the mounting cavity can flow in and out the fluid;
a filter assembly embedded in the mounting cavity between the fluid inlet (13) and the fluid outlet (14), the filter assembly being formed with a first filter structure (16) and a second filter structure (17), wherein,
the first filtering structure (16) corresponds to the position of the fluid inlet (13) to realize primary filtering of the fluid;
the second filtering structure (17) corresponds to the position of the fluid outlet (14) to realize secondary filtering of the fluid.
2. The filtration apparatus of claim 1, wherein: the filter assembly comprises a filter cover (12), and one side of the filter cover (12) close to the direction of the fluid inlet (13) forms the first filter structure (16); the side of the filter cover (12) close to the direction of the fluid outlet (14) forms the second filter structure (17).
3. A filter arrangement according to claim 2 wherein: the filter cover (12) is also provided with a scrap filtering structure between the first filtering structure (16) and the second filtering structure (17), and the scrap filtering structure is composed of a plurality of bulges formed on the back surface of the filter cover (12).
4. A filter arrangement according to claim 3 wherein: and a one-way water inlet mechanism which can only make the fluid flow in a one-way is arranged at the fluid inlet (13) of the mounting plate (11).
5. The filtration apparatus of claim 1, wherein: the filter assembly comprises a filter dust plate (18) and a filter cover (12), wherein:
the filter dust plate (18) is assembled between the mounting plate (11) and the filter cover (12), and the filter dust plate (18) forms a detachable clamping and/or movable connection relation with the mounting plate (11) on one hand and forms a detachable clamping and/or movable connection relation with the filter cover (12) on the other hand; the filter cover (12) is buckled on the scrap filtering plate (18), and the filter cover (12) forms the detachable clamping relationship and/or the movable connection relationship with the scrap filtering part on one hand and forms the detachable clamping relationship and/or the movable connection relationship with the mounting plate (11) on the other hand;
the side of the filter dust plate (18) close to the direction of the fluid inlet (13) forms the first filtering structure (16); the side of the filter dust plate (18) close to the direction of the fluid outlet (14) forms the second filtering structure (17); the filter dust plate (18) forms a filter dust structure between the first filter structure (16) and the second filter structure (17).
6. The filtration apparatus of claim 5, wherein: one side of the first filtering structure (16) far away from the fluid inlet (13) is provided with a one-way water inlet mechanism which enables fluid to flow in only one way.
7. The filtration apparatus of claim 1, wherein:
the filter assembly includes a filter cover (12) and a debris filter (18), wherein:
the filter dust plate (18) is assembled between the mounting plate (11) and the filter cover (12);
the filter debris plate (18) forms a detachable clamping and/or movable connection relationship with the mounting plate (11) on one hand and forms a detachable clamping and/or movable connection relationship with the filter cover (12) on the other hand; the filter cover (12) is buckled on the scrap filtering plate (18) and forms the detachable clamping and/or movable connection relationship with the scrap filtering plate (18) on one hand and forms the detachable clamping and/or movable connection relationship with the mounting plate (11) on the other hand;
a first filtering structure (16) is arranged on one side of the filtering cover (12) corresponding to the fluid inlet;
a second filtering structure (17) is arranged on one side of the scrap filtering plate (18) corresponding to the fluid outlet (14);
the filter dust plate (18) is formed with a filter dust structure at a position between the first filter structure (16) and the second filter structure (17).
8. The filtration apparatus of claim 7, wherein: and a one-way water inlet mechanism which enables fluid to flow in only one way is arranged on one side of the chip filtering plate (18) corresponding to the first filtering structure (16).
9. The filtration apparatus of claim 8, wherein: the mounting plate (11) forms a first side wall A1 on the fluid inlet (13) side and a second side wall B1 on the fluid outlet (14) side;
the debris filtering plate (18) comprises a first side wall A2 on the fluid inlet (13) side and a second side wall B2 on the fluid inlet and outlet side, a second filtering structure (17) is arranged on the second side wall B2, the one-way water inlet mechanism is arranged on the first side wall A2 and corresponds to the position of the fluid inlet (13), and the second filtering structure (17) corresponds to the position of the fluid outlet (14);
the filter cover (12) comprises a cover plate and a first side edge which is positioned on one side of the cover plate and corresponds to the position of the fluid inlet (13), and the first side edge is provided with a first filter structure (16) and corresponds to the position of the one-way water inlet mechanism; the cover plate is covered on the scrap filtering part and forms a fluid scrap filtering space with the scrap filtering part;
when the fluid enters the installation cavity from the fluid inlet (13) of the first side wall A1, the fluid firstly flows through the first filtering structure (16) on the filtering cover (12) and the one-way water inlet mechanism of the filter chip plate (18) in sequence to enter the fluid filter chip space, and then flows out of the installation cavity through the second filtering structure (17) of the filter chip plate (18) and the fluid outlet (14) of the second side wall B1.

A filter arrangement according to claim 9 wherein: the unidirectional water inlet mechanism comprises a rubber sheet (151), a rubber fixing seat (152) and ribs, wherein the rubber fixing seat (152) is arranged on the scrap filtering plate (18); the rubber sheet (151) is rotatably arranged on the rubber fixing seat (152), and the ribs are arranged between the rubber fixing seat (152) and the fluid inlet (13) to prevent the rubber sheet (151) from rotating towards a direction away from the fluid inlet (13) and the fluid outlet (14) at the same time, so that the fluid cannot flow out of the fluid inlet (13).

The filtration apparatus of claim 7, wherein: the filter cover (12) is provided with a buckle, a clamping groove is arranged at the position corresponding to the mounting plate (11), and the buckle and the clamping groove are matched to ensure that the filter cover (12) is buckled on the mounting plate (11).
