According to the invention, triclosan is supplemented with linear alkyl benzene sulfonic acid sodium (LAS), fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether sodium sulfate (AES), coconut oil fatty acid diethanolamide (6501), ethanol and other components to design an antibacterial kitchen detergent with dual effects of hard surface washing and antibiosis.

Triclosan, known by the chemical name of triclosan, is a green and environment-friendly bactericide as a bactericidal component of a detergent, can be compounded with various surfactants, can be used in various washing products, and has broad-spectrum antibacterial property.
The invention introduces the triclosan into the hard surface detergent for kitchens, so that the hard surface detergent has the functions of washing and antibiosis at the same time. Triclosan has wide application in detergents and good bactericidal effects.
In addition, sodium linear alkyl benzene sulphonate (LAS) is low cost and has a strong cleaning power, but is sensitive to water hardness which affects its detergency. Therefore, the environment-friendly anionic surfactant fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether sodium sulfate (AES) is added, the AES has an excellent decontamination effect, is mild, non-irritant and easy to degrade, and most importantly has excellent hard water resistance.
The surfactant is a main active component of the detergent, and at present, the environmental protection requirement is stricter and resources are increasingly tense, and the application of the low-cost, renewable and environment-friendly surfactant is one of the development trends of the current washing industry.
In order to remove two impurity ions of Ca2 + and Mg2 + in hard water and dirt, the content of the surfactant in a detergent formula is reduced, and in addition, the foam is also favorable for removing oil stain, dust and the like on the hard surface, so that the washing aid coconut oil fatty acid diethanolamide (6501) is added to improve the stability and the decontamination effect of the foam and is favorable for improving the solubility of triclosan.

The kitchen detergent disclosed by the invention is high in detergency, good in stability, good in antibacterial effect, safe and efficient, has broad-spectrum antibacterial property, solves the problem that the traditional kitchen detergent formula is not environment-friendly, has double effects of washing and antibacterial, and effectively solves the problem that the kitchen detergent product is single in function.

The antibacterial kitchen detergent as claimed in claim 1, characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: 3-9 parts of linear alkyl benzene sodium sulfonate (LAS), 9-19 parts of fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether sodium sulfate (AES), 1-5 parts of coconut oil fatty acid diethanolamide (6501) and 1-2 parts of triclosan.
