Abstract
The invention provides a water-based non-cured asphalt waterproof coating which is prepared by mixing A, B components and comprises the following components in parts by weight: the component A comprises: 70-80 parts of emulsified asphalt, 50-60 parts of butylbenzene emulsion, 1-3 parts of coagulant, 1-2 parts of dispersant, 0.5-1 part of stabilizer and 5-10 parts of filler; and B component: 5-10 parts of demulsifier and 10-20 parts of water. The component A adopts emulsified asphalt and butylbenzene emulsion as main materials, is assisted by a coagulant, a dispersant, a stabilizer, a filler and the like, does not contain an organic solvent, has good environmental protection performance and low cost, and can be stored for a long time. The component B is demulsifier and water, and is convenient to store. The water-based non-cured waterproof coating provided by the invention has the advantages of short demulsification time, high dehydration rate and short forming time, can be used for construction in rainy days or under low temperature conditions, and is suitable for vertical surface spraying.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of waterproof coatings, and particularly relates to a water-based non-cured asphalt waterproof coating.
Background
The non-cured asphalt waterproof coating has good adhesiveness, extensibility and self-healing property, has good flexibility at low temperature, can realize seamless construction in waterproof construction, and is a novel asphalt waterproof material. The water-based non-curing waterproof coating disclosed in Chinese patent CN105038593A consists of a component A and a component B; the component A consists of cationic rubber modified emulsified asphalt, tackifying resin emulsion, self-adhesive auxiliary agent, interfacial agent, antifreezing agent and anti-aging agent; the component B consists of inorganic salt, a buffering agent and water, wherein the mixed rubber in the cation rubber modified emulsified asphalt consists of carbon black reinforced SBR rubber, SBS rubber and SIS rubber. However, in practical use, the problems of long demulsification time and slow dehydration exist, so that the forming time of the coating is prolonged, the coating is suitable for a horizontal plane, the phenomenon of sagging is easy to occur in vertical surface spraying, and the problems of low demulsification speed and the like occur in rainy day construction or low temperature conditions.

The invention aims to provide a water-based non-cured asphalt waterproof coating, which is prepared by taking 50% of emulsified asphalt and 50% of styrene-butadiene emulsion as main materials to prepare a component A and taking a demulsifier as a component B, and stirring A B components in proportion before construction.

the component A comprises: 70-80 parts of emulsified asphalt, 50-60 parts of butylbenzene emulsion, 1-3 parts of coagulant, 1-2 parts of dispersant, 0.5-1 part of stabilizer and 5-10 parts of filler;
and B component: 5-10 parts of demulsifier and 10-20 parts of water.
Preferably, the emulsified bitumen has a solids content of 45-50%.
Preferably, the accelerator comprises any one or a mixture of both of potassium aluminium sulphate and calcium chloride.
Preferably, the dispersant comprises a sodium polyacrylate salt.
Preferably, the stabilizer comprises an organic amine stabilizer.
Preferably, the filler comprises a mixture of any one or more of bentonite, kaolin and mica powder.
Preferably, the component A also comprises 1-2 parts of an antifreezing agent, and the antifreezing agent comprises any one of ethylene glycol and propylene glycol.
Preferably, the demulsifier comprises any one of carboxylates, sulfonates and polyoxyethylene fatty sulfate.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
the water-based non-cured waterproof coating provided by the invention is obtained by uniformly mixing A, B components before use, wherein the component A adopts emulsified asphalt and butylbenzene emulsion as main materials, is assisted by a coagulant, a dispersant, a stabilizer, a filler and the like, does not contain an organic solvent, has good environmental protection performance and low cost, and can be stored for a long time. The component B is demulsifier and water, and is convenient to store.
