The DSJ telescopic belt conveyer is a continuous haulage equipment with tractability, mainly used for the crossheading transportation of comprehensive mechanical coal face, and also used for the crossheading and roadway driving transportation of common coal face. The belt conveyor has wide application, is suitable for various industries such as coal, metallurgy, mines, ports, building materials, chemical industry, light industry, petroleum, traffic and the like, and can be used for conveying blocky, granular and bulk materials. A DSJ telescopic belt conveyor for underground use is composed of a fixed H-shaped frame, a self-moving tail with buffering roller supporter, and a DSJ telescopic belt conveyor moving towards tail part along with the movement of tail part overlapping unit, such as transfer loader and crusher. Among the prior art, fixed fuselage relies on traditional mechanical type adjustable H frame to carry out the end to link up with moving the formula tail certainly, and it is inconvenient through the height of artifical lift and bolt fastening's mode adjustment H frame, adjusts inefficiency, and can't guarantee the continuous mechanized transport between tail and the fuselage.

In order to solve the technical problems, the invention provides a hydraulic combined type underground lifting device, which comprises a fixed base, a movable sliding frame, a single hydraulic impeller and a steel wire rope, wherein the fixed base comprises a first cross beam and a first upright column connected to two ends of the first cross beam, the movable sliding frame comprises a second cross beam and a second upright column connected to two ends of the second cross beam, the second upright column is connected to the first upright column in a sliding manner, the fixed end of the single hydraulic impeller is connected to the outer side end of the bottom of the fixed base, the telescopic end of the single hydraulic impeller is connected with the top of the second upright column on the corresponding side of the movable sliding frame through a connecting seat, the first upright column and the first cross beam are internally provided with rope grooves which are communicated, the rope grooves of the first upright column are internally provided with an upper sliding roller and a lower sliding roller, one end of the steel wire rope is fixedly connected to the connecting seat, and the other end of the steel wire rope sequentially passes through the second, and downwards sequentially pass through the first cross beam after passing through the upper sliding roller and the lower sliding roller in the first stand column on the corresponding side of the connecting seat, then upwards pass through the lower sliding roller and the upper sliding roller in the first stand column on the other side and then are connected with the connecting part at the bottom end of the second stand column on one side of the connecting seat, which is far away from the connecting seat, of the movable sliding frame, and the fixed base is provided with a sliding groove matched with the connecting part on the first stand column on one side of the connecting seat.

The working principle of the device is that the single hydraulic impeller is arranged on the fixed base, the driving force is transmitted to the movable sliding frame by the connecting seat and the steel wire rope, the movable sliding frame is pushed to adjust the height, the telescopic length of the steel wire rope is controlled by the single hydraulic impeller, extra electric power driving is not needed, the structural arrangement is simplified, and the manufacturing cost is reduced.
The invention has the advantages of simple structure, flexible adjustment of height, low manufacturing cost and high adjustment efficiency, and can ensure continuous mechanical conveying between the tail and the body of the underground DSJ telescopic belt conveyor.

Examples
As shown in figures 1-2, the invention provides a hydraulic combined type underground lifting device, which comprises a fixed base 1, a movable sliding frame 2, a single hydraulic thruster 3 and a steel wire rope 4, wherein the fixed base 1 comprises a first cross beam 1-1 and first upright posts 1-2 connected to two ends of the first cross beam 1-1, the movable sliding frame 2 comprises a second cross beam 2-1 and second upright posts 2-2 connected to two ends of the second cross beam 2-1, the second upright posts 2-2 are connected to the first upright posts 1-2 in a sliding manner, the fixed ends of the single hydraulic thrusters 3 are connected to the lateral outer ends of the bottom of the fixed base 1, the telescopic ends of the single hydraulic thrusters 3 are connected with the tops of the second upright posts 2-2 on the corresponding sides of the movable sliding frame 2 through connecting seats 5, and through rope grooves are arranged in the first upright posts 1-2 and the first cross beam 1-1, an upper sliding roller 6 and a lower sliding roller 7 are arranged in a rope groove of the first upright post 1-2, one end of a steel wire rope 4 is fixedly connected to the connecting seat 5, the other end of the steel wire rope sequentially penetrates through the tops of the second upright post 2-2 and the first upright post 1-2 on the corresponding side of the connecting seat 5 downwards, then sequentially penetrates through the first cross beam 1-1 after sequentially passing through the upper sliding roller 6 and the lower sliding roller 7 in the first upright post 1-2 on the corresponding side of the connecting seat 5, then is upwards connected with a connecting portion at the bottom end of the second upright post 2-2 on one side, away from the connecting seat 5, of the movable sliding frame 2 after sequentially passing through the lower sliding roller 7 and the upper sliding roller 6 in the first upright post 1-2 on the other side of the fixed base 1 and the first upright post 1-2 on one side.
The lower end of the movable sliding frame 2 is detachably connected with a lower carrier roller bracket 8, the upper end of the movable sliding frame is detachably connected with a hanging carrier roller bracket 9, a lower carrier roller 10 is arranged on the lower carrier roller bracket 8, a hanging carrier roller 11 is arranged on the hanging carrier roller bracket 9, and the lower carrier roller 10 and the hanging carrier roller 11 are convenient to adjust and replace in height. The two ends of the hanging carrier roller bracket 9 and the two ends of the lower carrier roller bracket 8 are connected with the second upright posts 2-2 on the two sides of the movable sliding frame 2 through bolts, and the middle part of the hanging carrier roller bracket 9 is connected with the second cross beam 2-1 through bolts, so that the hanging carrier roller bracket 9 and the lower carrier roller bracket 8 are convenient to adjust and maintain, and meanwhile, the connection strength of the hanging carrier roller bracket 9 is also favorably ensured. The working principle of the device is that the single hydraulic impeller 3 is arranged on the fixed base 1, the driving force is transmitted to the movable sliding frame 2 by the connecting seat 5 and the steel wire rope 4 to push the movable sliding frame 2 to adjust the height, the steel wire rope 4 is controlled by the single hydraulic impeller 3 to extend and retract, no extra electric power is needed to be provided for driving, the structural arrangement is simplified, and the manufacturing cost is reduced.
